This beginning reader introduces the character Olaf from the Disney animated film “Frozen.”

The illustrations are CGI-animation that match the movie. The text is simple and short.

"Frozen" fans just learning to read will enjoy this book.

My youngest niece and nephew have always liked Olaf. (When they were learning to talk, they didn't use the word 'snowman' - every assembly of stacked snowballs was 'Olaf.') They'll like this book because they can read it but it won't be a favorite.

This isn't a 'story;' it's just a series of statements.

The pictures in this book were really good and mostly taken directly from the movie but other than that this book is not very good. There's no story and it doesn't flow well at all. There are so many better Frozen books to read than this one.

My Review: This is a great book for all those little Frozen fans. It uses the familiar and much loved character to teach simple sight words and sentences. Munchkin enjoyed it and was able to identify some of the words. The pictures on the pages also help readers to figure out the sentences.

this is OLAF.he is a snowman.
elsa made a snowman to play with when she was a little girl.

anna is all grow up now.

sven loves carrots.
OLAF better hold on to his nose!
OLAF wishes for warm days and sunshine.
a day on the beach would be a dream come true.
OLAF would sail.
OLAF would swim.
he would even sit in a hot tub.
Do not melt, OLAF.
elsa has a way to keep OLAF cold even when it is warm.

Another retelling of Frozen, which I can appreciate, because I can only read the original so many times. As I type this Eleanor is, no joke, playing on the floor with her Kristoff doll, watching Frozen. I need all the different versions I can find. Eleanor loves the stickers included, too. Easy text for Eleanor to follow, and I'm sure this one will be memorized in no time, just like all the other Frozen books we have.

There was nothing wrong with this book, other than the fact that it's still the story of the movie retold for the umpteenth time, and I think both Mini-Me and I are a little bored of it.
