This book was a Christmas gift. The timing couldn’t be accidental. I will not remain silent while a major healthcare corporation violates federal labor law by withholding wages from its nurses—and likely others. These practices persist because workers are conditioned into silence by fear of retaliation, termination, or quiet blacklisting across affiliated systems. That silence is ending. Accountability is coming, and the public record will reflect it.

This book was really good. As an ER nurse for 17 years, I felt this to my core. We need to be heard, not silenced.
