She's a slayer with sass, attitude and sharp things to make the bad guys go away

And when she's all out of ideas she relies on tea, toast and pure brass chesticles to make sure the bad guys stay away from her country, her county, her village and her sister. Don't even THINK about hurting her sister because then Nyssa becomes creative!
The banter, the laughs and the peril are all real in this book and duet. Seriously I lost count how many times I belly laughed at the antics and banter .... Not to mention the side characters, I mean, c'mon Melvin is a riot all on his own 😁 talk about Eeyore being his spirit animal!

In Wraith Crown, Nyssa is dealing with her new titles and powers, and I really loved how the men in her life respond to that. Instead of feeling threatened, they rally around her and support her, and that made their dynamic even better to read. After everything that happened in the first book, their relationships feel deeper and more real. Nyssa used to be so sure of herself and the path she was on, so watching her struggle after finding out so much of her life was built on lies was really impactful.

I also really enjoyed the addition of the other gods. Their personalities were fun and endearing, and they brought a lot of extra life to the story. This book throws problems at Nyssa, Dastian, Voren, and Dreven from every direction, but help comes from an unexpected place. Love, loyalty, and family play a huge role here, and they become the reason Nyssa fights as hard as she does against The Devourer. The plot twists were so good, and the steamy moments just made everything better.

Nyssa really comes into her own in this book, and watching her step into everything she’s becoming was such a fun ride. Every chapter feels like something new is unfolding, whether it’s her growing strength, another unexpected twist, or the chaos that comes with loving three gods at once.

One of my favorite parts of this book was seeing how much her relationship with her men grows, especially near the end. Those moments really hit and made the whole journey feel worth it. Blake Quinn absolutely nails the balance between action, humor, and just the right amount of spice.

By the end, I felt completely satisfied with how everything wrapped up for this duet and honestly wasn’t ready to say goodbye to this world.

Her bond with Dastian, Dreven, and Voren deepens in all the best ways protective, possessive, and soaked in slow-burn tension.

The worldbuilding grows even richer and darker, as ancient forces stir and a cursed crown threatens to destroy everything Nyssa has left. It’s twisty, beautifully written, and full of “what the hell just happened” moments.

Well. What can I say? Nyssa started out as your bog standard slayer and somehow manages to become a goddess. It’s amazing what dying can do for a girl.
Now she’s this all singing, all dancing, sassy slayer, those bad guys better watch out. Even that terrifying to all gods Devourer. Guess you really do need a woman to do a man’s work!
We also meet some of the other gods, which nicely rounds out the story.
All that’s left to do is save the world. Easy, right?
I would love to hang out with Dastain for a day. He seems like a blast.
An absolutely deserving ending for Nyssa and her gods.

Wow! This was wrapped up so nicely, it felt like Christmas morning. I loved the ebb and flow of this book. We got to see into each character more and man those twist were great. I wanted to shake our FMC so much during this but I'm glad she did certain things throughout the book once I got to the ending. This book kept me on my toes and sometimes on my knees. *Wink Wink* (Was extra spicy and full of action)


PS Voren is still my favorite, but don't worry I love the other two Gods as well.

Side note: "Fish face" and "Frank" had me cackling!! Great job Blake!

If you love a fast paced action packed dark paranormal read then pick up this series. This second book gives it all and so much more. Nyssa has 3 gods that love her and will do anything for her and her powers are coming in. They do what must be done to save the world and the connections they have are just phenomenal. I loved each character and the world that was created. I couldn’t put it down and can't wait to see what we will get next.

Wow what a story. I have literally been reading it all day. I serious couldn’t put it down. This is book 2 in the Sins of Divinity. I absolutely loved Nyssa. Who happens to be a slayer. Plus add in the 3 Gods and you have one heck of a story. Book has tons of action and let’s not forget steam. Definitely one of those books you will not be able to put down. Highly recommend reading. Absolutely loved book!!!

In this book Nyssa, Dastian, Voren & Dreven have problems coming out in all directions but help comes from an unexpected source. Love, Loyalty and family are major factors here. They become the reason for everything Nyssa needs to do in order to succeed against The Devourer. Brilliant plot twists and some steamy scenarios. I loved reading these books so much. Second book in duet and it is everything I wanted and more. The twists and turns are keeping me on the edge of my seat. I love these gods and goddess really. It is something very different for me to read and I am absolutely in love with Nyssa as FMC and the guys are making sure she gets the love she needs. Loved it so much!

Heavy is the crown.....so much happens in such a short time. Book two is fast-paced, full of heat, action and and so much growth for all of them. They learn that in order to achieve what they want, they have to let go, and isn't that the hardest thing ever? Loved this story. And some of the Gods just made me giggle not gonna lie...

Heavy is the crown....

Book 2 is AMAZING. it is fast paced and pulls you in at every turn. This was a great ending for our gods and goddess. The mcs relationships are layered and tension filled, the plot keeps you driven. Nyssa is a favorite of mine and I thought this was a great end for her.

This was the perfect conclusion to the duet. Nyssa is hard-core. She is not afraid to use sharp, pointy objects to get her point across. She is loyal to her God's and her sister.
