loved this book! It's packed full of useful information and tips on how to become a more confident person. I struggled my entire life from self doubt and insecurity after having been raised by a narcissistic parent. After reading this book I finally feel like I have the tools I need to move forward and grow into the strong person I always knew I could be. The author breaks the program down into baby steps simplifying the process and making it easy for EVERYONE to do. If you or someone you know suffers from low self-esteem I highly recommend you read this book!
