This book is the written, story-driven equivalent of Taylor Swift’s “I Did Something Bad” and “Vigilante Shit.” It drags you in from the start, you feel everything the main character feels, and sometimes you even relate to the darkness she carries. Emotion this well-woven is rare, and it makes the story unforgettable.
I tore through it in about three or four days because I simply could not put it down. It came everywhere with me, and I was practically praying for spare moments just to squeeze in another couple of pages.
It’s a true page-turner, an addictive, empowering reminder that you really don’t have to take crap from anyone. And if someone does push you too far… well, let’s just say the revenge in this book is extremely satisfying and shocking to read (though definitely not recommended in real life!)
An amazing read I could revisit and still enjoy every time.
