Dark forces rise. A kingdom unites. A hero is born.
When members of the Royal Family vanish on the night of Mazgamor’s great celebration, peace shatters like glass. In the silence that follows, an ancient darkness stirs once more.
Odemog never sought to be the Kingdom Keeper. Haunted by the death of his father and burdened by doubt, he must find the courage to lead before the shadows consume everything he loves. Guided by his mentor, the Storyteller Morlog, Odemog journeys north in search of the Sanctitoro—a legendary gold said to hold the power to destroy evil itself.
But every legend carries a cost. And before the final battle begins, Odemog must face not only the forces threatening his kingdom, but also the darkness within his own heart.
An epic YA fantasy adventure for readers who believe that hope and courage are born in the quiet between fear and faith.
Kingdom keeper is a thrilling fantasy adventure that blends royal intrigue, magic, and self discovery in a way that feels both timeless and fresh. The story follows characters who must navigate courage, loyalty, and identity while uncovering secrets that could change their world and their place within it.
What I loved most was the mix of magic and realism; it is a story of personal growth as well as a day dream. The pacing keeps you turning pages, immersing deeper into each scene.
If you enjoy Eragon, Keeper of the lost cities, or The Rangers, you’ll likely enjoy this book too. It’s perfect for readers who love destiny, adventure, and a touch or royal drama.
What a treat it is to read Kingdom Keeper. A delightful story about a young hero’s coming of age experience. Getting to know the characters along the way is part of the magic. You can’t beat that little squirrel Skeeter!! Odemog fulfills his destiny while taking the reader on perilous adventures while keeping hope and faith alive. He is a character for all times and this is a story for everyone.
A bold journey about efforts, relationships, connections and inner strength. A richness of friends who face difficult challenges, together. Should be a movie!
