Dark Obsession

Rate this book
She’s the thought that haunts me every damn day.
The face that owns my dreams every single night.

I’ve tried to fight it. To lock this obsession away, bury it under reason and restraint. But even angels fall. And I was never one to begin with.

Now, I’ve got two choices. Give up or give in.
And giving up on Mia? That’s never happening.

So I’ll give in. To the darkness. To the hunger.
I’ll let it devour me until all that’s left is her.
Because she was mine the moment I saw her.
My stepsister.
My sin.
My Dark Obsession.

I'm giving this a 1.5.

1) The main characters were 19 years old. Jason was way too experienced to be inexperienced. A 19 year old obsessive mmc? Cringe. Sorry.

2) Most of the dialogue between the fmc and her friend was unnecessary.

3) I have way more issues but I feel bad to talk about them. I was confused at the beginning. No build up or proper backstory. The ending was rushed and I really have nothing good to say so I'll stop here. The way Jason stood up to their parents. Again, cringe. 19 years old. No job. No nothing. Just lust disguised as love.

I've been trying to find a book to get me out of my reading slump and this wasnt it.
