Regularly seen on film and television, where he is usually cast as a comic character actor, he has pursued a parallel career as a playwright whose work is often dark, politically charged and controversial. He is widely known for his high-pitched nasal voice and slight lisp.

The first star is because I fear this is nothing but pseudo-intellectual garbage. The second star is because I love the writer, know he is brilliant, and want to give the benefit of the doubt that I may be the pseudo-intellectual.
