For anyone searching for inter peace.

This workbook is such a wonderfully written piece of writing. Each section builds on the last starting with self-awareness, moving through acceptance and forgiveness, and culminating in integration and self-compassion. The tone is supportive rather than judgmental, which makes even the most uncomfortable revelations feel like steps toward growth rather than shame.
