A fascinating overview of a topic more Americans should think about more deeply, hobbled by astonishingly poor editing. Compelling arguments are frequently undercut by misplaced punctuation and there's at least one sentence every few pages rendered incomprehensible by a dropped word or phrase. Hopefully someone takes a serious QA pass before the second edition.
