The handsome ringleader reveals that your fiancé is his adopted brother, who has stolen his identity, causing your world to fall apart.

Ramel took Meadow from his brother Azaire to get answers until he realizes she is just a pawn in the whole situation. However, when he tries to set her free, she refuses to leave, leaving him no choice but to accommodate her on his family compound.

The family welcomes her with love, not knowing the truth behind her stay and sudden appearance. What they do know is that there is undeniable chemistry between Ramel and Meadow.

Meadow knew she should have run at the first chance she got, but after experiencing the toughest year of her life, she feels at peace on this land and with this handsome man. Ramel has been praying to God to send him the woman he is supposed to spend his life with; he just never thought the love he has been looking for would come into his life under these circumstances.

They say just because you have a plan for your life doesn't mean that that's God's plan for you. Dive into this web to see how true that is!

Sweet Read

This was a solid four for me. The story had a slow start for my taste, but the idea behind it was fresh enough to keep me reading. Veronica Malone gave us a wild setup with one man living under his adopted brothers identity, a fast emotional connection, a sudden kidnapping, and Meadow trying to figure out who she can trust once her situation shifts. She caught feelings for one brother and then ended up with the real one, which made the story feel like a soft twist without turning messy. The family on the compound had a warm vibe and Ramel brought a calm energy that balanced out the confusion she walked into. My favorite part was the creative touch in her chapters. The butterfly theme was beautiful and symbolic. It made Meadow feel like she was emotionally shifting every time she faced something new. Overall it is a lighter drama with a unique premise, a gentle romance, and a few twists that make you question what is real. It is still juicy and still worth the read.

This was so good and refreshing

Whew this gave me all the feels. So emotional. It started off crazy but baby when the butterfly and bee meet it truly transforms. I fell in love with the characters. Love the family dynamics. That 40 acres and a mule directly correlate with this story. Great job

Sweet

A sweet read, with a few twists, lies, deceit, and some truths. I loved the characters, that are interesting, likeable, and well developed.

Just wasn’t my cup of tea

DNF. It was just boring nothing about the story really pulled me in. The writing seemed kind of childish as well.
