I picked up The Aligned Human as I was trying to navigate a chronic illness and seeking guidance with how to make this diagnosis balance with the other parts of my life. I was delighted to find this book is practical and filled with compassion. It’s encouraging. The reflection exercises are valuable.

Her book focuses on this: “The mind, body, spirit, and space are key components that must be in balance to be an aligned human. Alignment…creates the necessary scaffolding for moving toward authentic well-being and conscious growth.” The author defines the Well-being Pyramid and illustrates how it serves as a framework for living balanced lives when we know how to apply it.
