Charming Olivia
Where can I find my very own Jack Geary? Oh my, he’s the full package. Hot, successful, respectful and caring - and let’s not forget how virile he is too!! I may have needed a cold shower numerous times throughout this narrative – it’s rather steamy 😉
I love Jack and Olivia together – their interactions are fabulous to witness. Olivia’s declaration was not what I was expecting at all - any unpredictable twists and turns will always get a huge tick from me. This story brought out many different emotions in me which I loved. I thoroughly enjoyed the storyline and how Jack and Olivia’s journey unfolded. I completely understood the reasons behind their actions and the difficulties their past and present lives have created for them.
I highly recommend Charming Olivia to you to read. I’m hoping Jack’s brother Elijah will have the same effect on me as Jack did. I'm heading straight into his story next - Loving Lilly.
Loving Lilly
I had a feeling that Jack Geary would have competition from his brother Elijiah and I was correct! I may have felt that Jack is the whole package but Elijah is too. I love the way in which these brothers care for those within their close circle. They have the biggest hearts and obviously know what or who they want and have no second thoughts about going for it/them.
Grace Harper kept me entertained throughout Loving Lilly with the twists and turns she has added to this narrative. I have some questions that will hopefully be answered in the third book - Tempting Angie - which is Mickey’s story. I love that Jack and Olivia’s story developed further throughout this book, so I’m expecting the same in the next.
I’m loving this series. The storylines and characters are fabulous.
Tempting Angie
Tempting Angie is so much more than merely Mickey and Angie’s story. This narrative concludes the series perfectly, taking us from the present to past times, sharing the history of characters within this series. I highly recommend that you read Charming Olivia, Loving Lilly and Tempting Angie in this order. If I could change one thing, it would be the time it’s taken me to read this final book after reading the first two.
It's hard to write this review without giving the storyline away. I absolutely fell in love with Mickey, which means all three leading men from The Devoted Men series stole my heart. I love that each of the stories in this series continue the journeys of previous protagonists, hence my request for you to read each book in order. I have loved reading all three novels. The storylines and characters are all absolutely fabulous.
Having finished reading Tempting Angie, I now have read every single word published by Grace Harper. I may not have read her books in the order in which they were released, however, that only added to my enjoyment of this particular series as I recognised characters from other book series. I do love that Ms. Harper does this.
5 must-read stars is what I award Tempting Angie. I’m hoping it’s not too long before the next Grace Harper novel hits my Kindle.
