Fantastic and still concise

I love mentally coaching books for athletes, as I can apply them not only in my fitness and sports training, but also in my life. This book is a great example. While reading I realized much about my career. But still, I loved most the practical advice for what to do when you make a mistake. The subtitle says, the book is for teens, but I would say that any athlete can profit from it.

The intro was a little confusing to me but the story was well layed out an easy to read

I would recommend it to any athlete but I also feel it can be used in every day life of non athletes.

This book was written well and was very detailed. This book would be good for young adults as well. Thank you for the arc.
