Okay, let’s get one thing straight, Theo Knight is pure danger in a hockey jersey. Calm on the ice, chaos off it. And Sloane Harper? A badass reporter who doesn’t just ask the hard questions, she is the hard question.
One interview later, and boom, fire meets ice, and suddenly, everyone’s melting.

This isn’t your cute little sports romance. Nope. It’s forbidden, it’s steamy, and it’s packed with emotional punches that hit harder than Theo’s slapshots. The tension between them? Chef’s kiss.

What really hits though is how real it feels, Theo’s walls, Sloane’s hustle, and the ugly side of fame. It’s messy, passionate, and honestly, so addictive you’ll forget to blink. C.L. serves heartbreak, heat, and healing all in one swoony, sweaty package.

And when the truth finally drops? You’ll be sitting there like, no way, they didn’t just do that. Spoiler: they did. And you’ll still forgive them because, it’s Theo and Sloane. You can’t not.

So yeah, Fire and Ice? It’s emotional, spicy, and just the right amount of chaotic. 10/10 would risk my career for a hockey player again.

Good book overall. Slow burn, forbidden romance. A bit predictable but in the best way, definitely the outcome you're hoping for. I give it 3 stars because it was very repetitive - I felt like I read the same scenes multiple times. With that being said, enjoyable book and I look forward to reading others in this series.

Steamy Slow burn, and forbidden romance between PR and hockey player.

The concerns I had with book 1, were solved in book 2. Like more hockey related scenes, such as practices. Games. Etc.
I loved the slow burn. I loved the mysterious part about her father, but I had hoped that would have been worked out. I got the impression the father would should show up or something. There were lots of steamy parts, but I didn’t felt the connection with the MC’s.

There were some very repetitive parts, and felt like I was reading the same thing twice. Some parts were slow as well. I missed the funny banter the first book had, that this one didn’t have as much.

This book was insanely good from start to finish! I wish we got a bit more continuation of the past characters besides the players, but maybe we’ll see them in the next one! This one was definitely spiced than the first one. I cannot wait to see where book three goes! Thank you for the arc!
