What happens in the Big Easy doesn’t always stay in the Big Easy. Thank goodness.
The Billionaire Bargains, Book 3
When billionaire Emily Steele breaks off her eight-year relationship with the only boy she’s ever dated, she quickly realizes she has a lot to learn. About the world. About herself. And men. Definitely men.
A friend’s bachelorette party in New Orleans is the perfect place to get in touch with her inner vixen. Trouble is, she’s never actually met her inner vixen. Worse, her overprotective uncle’s determination to keep her safe means she’s going to have a babysitter for the weekend. A tall, handsome babysitter who makes her tingle from head to toe.
Will Weston has always thought his boss’s niece was special, and now that she’s single, he’s even more acutely aware of her beauty and charm. Her uncle’s insistence that he accompany her to the world’s sexiest city has mistake written all over it—until she offers his best friend a million dollars to be her date.
Now there’s no way Will is staying behind, even though he knows something crazy is going to happen. Because falling in love in a weekend is definitely crazy.
Contains a woman with enough money to buy a date for a weekend in New Orleans, a guy who’s never going to let that happen, a bachelorette party on Bourbon Street, hot sex to slow jazz, and beignets… because there has to be beignets.
Erin Nicholas is the New York Times bestselling author of over sixty sexy contemporary romances. Her stories have been described as toe-curling, enchanting, steamy and fun.
She lives in the Midwest with her husband who only wants to read the sex scenes in her books, her kids who will never read the sex scenes in her books, and family and friends who say they’re shocked by the sex scenes in her books (yeah, right!).
This is the third book in the series but can be read as a stand alone. However, in order to understand Emily's story it is best to read the first book in the series! Once you read this book you will never look at ice cream the same! Emily has been with Chad for 8 years and it is all she knows. Chad has asked her to marry him but she wants to make sure he is the one. A trip to New Orleans with a family employee helps her find out just what she wants. Each time I pick up an Erin Nicholas book it becomes my new favorite. Her characters, small towns, and food scenes have never left me disappointed.
Do you know that feeling you get when you are so excited to see a best friend or family member you haven't seen in a very long time? The absolute joy in seeing their face for the first time in a while and the warmth of familiarity that spreads throughout your body. That is exactly the feelings I got when reading even the first few pages of All That Matters. Emily Steele is like the long lost friend I haven't seen in almost 5 years. It's been that long since we last saw her in No Matter What, her fathers love story. At first in her Dad's book I didn't want to like Emily. She was so young and in such a bad place in her life, but by the end I fell in love with her spirit and strength. All That Matters meets back up with Emily and she is now single. After being with her first boyfriend for eight years she doesn't quite know what she really wants in life. She does know she doesn't want to play it safe anymore. Meanwhile we met Will Weston in the second Billionaire Bargains Book, What Matters Most. He is Tony Steele's right hand man. Will even lives in Tony's home and is at his beck and call 24/7. Will has discovered that a newly single Emily peaks his libido's interest. Emily has a girlfriend's bachelorette party to attend in New Orleans and she wants to make the most of her time being single and is ready to see what type of adventures she can get into. Will is only happy to personally accompany Emily on her trip.
The relationship between Emily and Will is complicated but not so much that you want to smack them upside the head. They just know that their lives are entwined and while there may be a powerful attraction they will see each other so frequently it could be disastrous. It was a slow, hot burn that when touched scorched and left a lasting mark on the two involved.
I absolutely loved everything about this book. Emily has grown into a women that I admire who is strong willed, persistent, and confident, even if she doesn't see that for herself at first. Will has so many layers. Once you peel away one you can't wait to see all of the others that lie under the next. I can honestly say he is one of my favorite of Erin Nicholas' men and I am claiming him as my Book Boyfriend!
The only part I dislike about All That Matters is now I have to say goodbye to these people that I have come to love. I know that their lives are going to be wonderful where ever Erin would take them but I can't help the feeling that I really want to see more. Will does have a very unique friend named Gus that I wouldn't mind seeing a book for- HINT HINT ERIN!!!
Emily Steele broke up with her boyfriend of 8 years. She wants to go to a bachelorette party in New Orleans but her Uncle Tony doesn't want her to go alone. He wants his PA, Will Weston, to accompany her. She's had a crush on Will for quite some time but Will's only ever seen Emily as his boss' niece, until she broke up with her boyfriend. Now he's got a full blown crush going on. Emily's heard rumors of Will's experience and she's a little intimidated so, she invites his best friend, Gus, to go with them to New Orleans. Can Will handle his best friend being Emily's date during her time of new discovery?
The Billionaire Bargains Series, Book 3 is my favorite! Will and Emily are unexpected but fabulous together. I'm surprised at the undercover sexiness Will's got going on. He is smokin' HOT and the heat level of their story is off the charts! Will's one of the good guys. He's kind, patient (to a point), sexy and he only wants what's best for her. Emily has grown so much since that little girl in the wheelchair. I feel like I really know her and I'm so proud of who she's become. She's a grown, confident but sheltered woman who wants to spread her wings and fly without the safety net of her uncle and father. Fantastic story! Fantastic series! This author is AMAZING and I can't wait to see what the future holds.
I absolutely loved this story! I have been an Erin Nicholas fan for YEARS. And with each story she writes I think it cannot get better than this and then she proves me wrong every time. All That Matters is no exception. I LOVE her sexy heroes and admire the strength of her heroines. I love that she can make me ugly cry and laugh at the same time. And as always I find her voice similar to my own and her books flow for me without rereads to make sense of a scene.
I knew when I read What Matters Most (book 2 in the series) that I was going to love Will. He is an alpha male that I enjoy reading about. Not a tyrant, but a strong male lead that is possessive and protective - LOVE THAT COMBINATION. Emily is a young woman that I met in No Matter What (book 1 in the series) as a teen. Knowing her past and the people who surround her, I felt that Erin Nicholas did an amazing job transforming her into a young adult that was smart and strong, but slightly emotionally unsure of herself. This love story was wonderful. Perfect. Friends to lovers. One of my favorites. I recommend the entire series. But LOVED, LOVED, LOVED this story.
What can I say. I love everything Erin Nicholas....we've waited a long time for this story to come out. Well worth the wait I might add. We first meet Emily Steele in the first book of the 'Billionaire Bargains' series, as a young lady, faced with some hardships, which she overcomes beautifully. Fast forward several years, and we get to see her HEA unfold with Will Weston...and it takes place in New Orleans! Gotta love the Big Easy...:)Sweet, Hot, Fun....This is a great addition to this series, and I highly recommend you add it to your shelf.
I Loved Emily and Wills story!! I was perfect and totaly heart melting! I loved how Emily and Chad remained friends and we cool with each others new loves! Loved this book and all Erin's books
Emily Steele is all grown up and gorgeous. She’s 22 years old, done with college, working with her dad and uncle, and recently ended an eight-year relationship with the only boy she ever dated. Enter Will Weston, her uncle’s right-hand man and a genuinely good guy with lots of experience for someone under thirty. Will and Emily have chemistry – the explosive kind. They’ve been friends for years and Emily loves that Will won’t “let” her win. Emily has always been over-protected, (especially since she lost part of her leg to a childhood cancer), so when she wants to attend a bachelorette party in New Orleans, Will flies her there.
Everyone knows there’s lots of heat in New Orleans, and Erin Nicholas does not disappoint. The characters are well developed, and as believable as billionaires can be. This story is more than a boardroom to bedroom, or even a rich girl/poor boy story. It’s not easy to pigeonhole this one. There’s money galore, but also lots of real-life happenings, and it’s hot – really hot. Get this one. And if you haven’t read books 1 and 2 (and that’s ok since they stand alone), get them, too!
I met Emily in book one of this series when she was 14, recovering from cancer and her amputation, and just getting involved with her first boyfriend. Fast forward 8 years, she's just broken up with her boyfriend and ready to play the field--only she doesn't. Everyone in the book talks about how mature, strong, and decisive she is--only she isn't. We're supposed to believe that romantic relationships are the one area that she's hesitant about, but the way she acts and the way we're told that she acts just doesn't mesh. There are continuity issues in the story, characters are wishy washy in their personality and character traits. The whole narrative just rambles. Not what I expect from this author.
So if you want more of something is it really that bad of a thing??
I loved this story! Emily was an incredible! Her and Will’s love story was unexpected, sweet, hot and everything I could have ever wanted! Even the ending was a surprising delight and I wouldn’t have changed a word. My only things I would change... having Emily’s point of view the last morning in New Orleans ((how is that not included?!)) and then I would have liked some dating stories from either persons’ perspective, heck even if it was Reese’s telling of them. A missed opportunity in my mind.
An incredible read with great development and I would read it again in a heart beat. Enjoy!
Will has a forbidden crush on his employer's niece. He has been liking her since she broke up with her long time boyfriend. Now she wants to experience dating and flirting. He wants her to be with him.
I love Emily and Will. They are a great couple. Emily is very decisive about what she wants. Will is trying not to fall for her. I absolutely love this book. I recommend it.
I enjoyed reading Emily and Will's story. Emily is Adam's daughter who had cancer, she is a survivor and strong character. She is very sweet. Will is just the man for her. I hope that Gus gets his story ❤️❤️(Will's best friend)
This is a book about characters, not just in romance. I loved the laughter, the dirty language, and the solid family bits. I think that I will want to read more about these people.
This was my favorite book of the series. I liked Will in the previous book, but I loved him in this one and I loved him even more with Emily. They made a great couple. I couldn't stop reading and even when it was over I wanted more.
Could not wait for Emily's story and it was all I hoped it would be. Love Will. Wish there had been an epilogue so we had them all wrapped up together. Loved all 3 books.
Seeing Emily grow up over these three books made her story so much more enjoyable. She went from an angry teen girl who fought cancer and won to an amazing woman who wasn't afraid to go against expectations. Will was so much swoon and such a fantastic partner for Emily. Reese is still awful and I don't understand how this family hasn't kicked her to the curb.
The narrator has stilted speech in this audio too so I'm guessing that's just her style. After three books, I think, unfortunately, I'll have to skip anything narrated by Rebecca Estrella.
I have enjoyed Emily Steele ever since Jaden (her physical therapist) put her in her place and changed her crappy outlook on life in No Matter What. After she overcame a bout with cancer in her teens, life was pretty easy for this daughter of a billionaire. So I was pretty surprised to find she had broken up with her long-time boyfriend in All That Matters. Even though the reasoning of the breakup made sense, I was confused a bit by what that breakup would mean for Emily over the next six months. To keep this review spoiler free, I am going to leave it at that, but this decision led to the rest of the story, involving Will. Will was first introduced in the series during What Matters Most, as Tony’s right hand man. In that story, he felt a bit like Tony’s whipping boy, but in All That MattersErin Nicholas gave us a much better glimpse into the working relationship between these two men and their genuine friendship. Not only did I enjoy getting to know Will better in this way, but in a relationship as well.
Will and Emily have known each other for quite some time and I loved how their interactions with each other changed over time in this story. They were cautious with each other, but obvious to me, interested in the other. I loved the evolution of their love story and the barriers they broke down for each other. I also enjoyed the contributions of the rest of the Steele family in their relationship. The combination of these two things made this my favorite story of the series.
I loved the conclusion of All That Matters. Even though their love story wasn’t easy, I enjoyed the ease in which things came together in the end. Now that the Steele’s have all found their happily ever after, I am afraid this series will end. If not, I will keep reading. If it is coming to an end, I will happily look to other books by Erin Nicholas and by the narrator Rebecca Estrella.
One final thing I learned while reading All That Matters is I MUST go to New Orleans, enjoy some jazz, and eat some beignets with the man that gave me my happily ever after!

Emily Steele has a secret admirer. Will Weston has had a thing for her the entire five years that he’s known her; it’s just always been unconscious since she’s been placed firmly in the friend zone. Emily had a long time boyfriend, and add to that that she was the niece of his boss Tony? Totally off limits. Plus, she’s six years his junior. In your twenties and thirties that doesn’t matter, but since he’d met her when she was eighteen and he was twenty-four, it was kind of taboo regardless of the other two issues. So, his awareness of her was always kept in the just friends zone, never to go any further. Until… Emily realized that she’d always been playing it safe. Having the same boyfriend since she was fourteen, she wasn’t sure if she was with him because it was habit or if she just couldn’t live without him. Unsure and uncertain, she asked him for a break of a year. Of course it was kind of awkward timing since he was preparing to propose! Oops! She just wanted twelve months to try all the other flavors of ice cream out there and make sure that she wasn’t just sticking with Chad because she’d always been with Chad. He’d reluctantly agreed, and she’d set out to start taste-testing. So far it’d been a complete zero; she’d really had no interest in anyone. Unfortunately, Emily took it as a sign that she didn’t know how to act around other men, so she asked for some help. Some flirting help. She asked her Aunt Reese, Tony’s wife, for advice. Reese suggested Will as a coach. Already uncomfortable around Will because of a growing awareness of him since hearing stories about his sexual prowess from a friend’s sister, she demurred. Unfortunately, her Uncle Tony, Will’s boss, forced the issue and insisted that Will accompany her to New Orleans that weekend to a bachelorette party since he couldn’t. Uncomfortable with the sexual tension between them, she sidesteps and asks his friend and roommate Gus. Like that’s going to help? It only sparks Will’s interest more and sets off his possessive instincts like gangbusters. If anyone is going to “teach” her about other men, it’s going to be him! The story is fast-paced, the writing well done, and the sex scenes are great! Not raunchy or too kinky, but just right. Add in the backdrop of New Orleans and you’ve got the atmosphere for great things to happen, ala the Hustler store. Blindfolds, anyone? And even though this was the third in the series, I don’t feel that I was out of the loop or that I missed anything by not having read the other two books first, which was nicely done. In fact, I’ve gone and bought the other two to read since I enjoyed this one so much. See, Ms Nicholas, you’ve gotten a reader out of this review!
All That Matters: Have I said before that I LOVE Erin Nicholas? If I haven’t…..let me say it now! I LOOOOVVVE her! And all of her books! All That Matters is no different. This is book 3 in the Billionaire Bargains series and my favorite. Don’t get me wrong….I love the other two, but there is just something about this one. All That Matters follows Emily Steele (Adam’s daughter from book 1) and Will Weston (Tony’s….Emily’s uncle….assistant). Emily has ended her 8 year long relationship with the only man she has ever been with. She is looking to spread her wings and experience new things and going to a bachelorette party in New Orleans is just the way to make that happen. Will has experience. He has already spread his wild oats. He has always known Emily is beautiful and special, but she has always been spoken for. After the big break up, it’s almost as if both of their eyes are really opened for the first time. After hearing a story about a friend of a friend who had a wild night with Will, Emily finds it impossible to get him out of her head. When Tony suggests that Will be the one to escort Emily to New Orleans, Emily thinks that he is too much for her. Will isn’t willing to sit back and watch his best friend and business partner take the woman he fantasizes about to the sexy city.
What can I say about Will and Emily? I mean, they are just explosive. Like, light the short fuse that is strapped to twenty sticks of dynamite explosive! While the build-up is slower, it is so sexy. These two are so perfect together. I love how fast Will falls in this one. He figures out very quickly that Emily is the one for him. But he knows that Emily needs to experience the world. Emily is young , a romantic and so smart. She is so decisive but so innocent at the same time. She knows what she wants but let’s her worry over falling so fast affect her decisions. Their happily ever after is one of my favorites of all times!
You’ll get sexy, sweet, ice cream, a bar scene that will rock your world, New Orleans, intense build-up and a visit to a sexy toy store you won’t likely forget.
Double Fudge Brownie Sundae with whip cream on top!
I have been waiting on pins and needles to read how Emily from No Matter What (Book 1) has grown from being a head strong teenage girl learning to walk again to smart business savvy woman learning what she wants in a man.
Emily just put a 8 year relationship on hold to make sure she is happy with a strawberry ice cream romance or if a double fudge brownie sundae romance is what she wants. (What girl in her right mind doesn't want fudge, right!)
Will has been working for Emily's uncle Tony for years being his personal assistant (You have to read What Matters Most to see what crazy things Tony demands, so freaking funny). On the side he is working to get his friend Gus's revolutionary recycling project funding.
Will and Emily have enjoyed a friendship in the past where they can play video games and just be themselves. When Emily decides to break up with her long time boyfriend to explore what else is out there, suddenly both Will and Emily's eyes are opened to the sexy smart appeal of each other. This would be all great if the two of them weren't scared to act on their feelings.
When they travel to New Orleans for a bachelorette party, the fun really begins in The Big Easy.
Erin did an excellent job of taking us on this journey of self-discovery and love!
This book is the third in the series The Billionaire Bargains Series. It can be read as a standalone but why on earth would you do that all three books in this series rocks! No Matter WhatWhat Matters Most
This is a cute, sexy tale about friendship, love, attraction and daring to do the unexpected. I really like that Emily is the millionaire here, not that money comes into it since Will works for the family and knows exactly what to expect from the Steeles. I also liked that although Will is pretty experienced, he’s also a good guy – he doesn’t feel any interest in Emily until she’s single, and even when he gets together with her he doesn’t want to hold her back.
Together they’re adorable, with plenty of things in common and a habit of wanting to let the other shine even in ways that person might not want. I love that Will doesn’t feel intimidated by Emily’s money or her family or her past. He just loves her for who she is and all that she is, but he’s also not afraid to stand up for himself either.
Emily is great, and the whole reason I want to go back and read the earlier books in this series since she’s clearly been an important character throughout. She’s strong and assertive and confident, and yet she has her weaknesses too – not least her doubts about whether she can cope alone, and if Chad really is all and everything for her. True, some of the ways she handles things with Will are a bit daft – not least paying his best friend to accompany her to New Orleans – but she’s allowed a couple of emotional missteps since she’s still new to the whole dating game, after all.
Hot and flirty in places, with a sweet romance, this book is a lovely, undemanding read with likable characters, a great family dynamic and a wonderful ending. I’ll definitely be reading more from this author.
(I received a free copy of this book in exchange for an honest review.)

I was wondering if Emily would get her own book in this series. I wasn't sure since she was a teenager when we first met her. I love that we not only get her story but we also get a bit of a sneak peek into the lives of Adam & Jaden and Tony & Reese-BONUS!! I was worried how I would feel about this one since Emily is clearly not with Chad anymore and they started dating way back in No Matter What. But of course Erin makes it all work out just like she always does. Things were moving along as planned and when had proposes to Emily she decides they both need to explore a little before they commit to each other for the rest of their lives. This makes perfect sense since they've never experienced romance with anyone else. I knew things were going to get good when Reese was encouraging Emily to use Will to test her flirting and fling skills. And boy do things get good! Will makes an effort to let Emily have the chance to flirt around but he can't let her near anyone else. Of course we have to throw in some tension so Emily freaks out after they hook up. The lead up to the sex was crazy hot and so worth the build up! It was freaking HOT!!!! As I've come to expect from an Erin Nicholas book i was hooked from the start and never wanted to stop reading. I also never wanted this one to end. I have my fingers crossed for more in this series. I'm thinking I need a story for Chad-hint hint.
Billionaire Emily Steele has always played it safe when it comes to relationship. After eight years with only one man, she breaks off her engagement and questions if he is the right person for her since he is the only one she ever had. He was her first everything and wonders how other guys would be like. She does not know how to flirt or ever been kiss by any other man.
When she is invited to a bachelorette party in New Orleans she decides she wants to slowly experience what she is missing. But her over protective uncle does not want her to be alone as he sends a very attractive baby sister to watch over her in his place.
Will Weston is already smitten with Emily since he first met her four years ago and they have formed an easy going friendship during that time. Now that she is free, he has become more aware of her beauty and charm.
In New Orleans these two realized what they feel for each other as they succumb to the attraction and admit their love but Emily leaves the next morning. Can these two find their way back together after being separated again?
