Short, to the point, and very wise

This is one of those books that you could go your whole life without, and be just fine. I didn't get broken up with a month ago. Having read it anyway though, it helped reaffirm I've been taking the right steps.

It's like reading a good book on addiction recovery after having recovered.

That proves that it's a good book and useful for those who need it, because it's methods and results were exactly what I experienced.

And having it put in words saves a whole lot of time, exactly as the author puts it.

So even though you'd never absolutely need to read this, it's certainly one of those that gives you an extra boost to achieving greatness.

A great book for men to go to

Break ups are tough for everyone. Yet, when you google "best break-up books" the large majority of major titles are for women. Which is understandable, but men should definitely start taking their emotions more seriously and this book recognized the need for that.

It's a very easy read that doesn't go overboard with corny jokes like a lot of self-help books can. He hits the issue right on the head in a very succinct way chapter after chapter. I'm leaving this book with hope and a bit more positivity, which is all I can ask for

Maje endorphins work for you :

From this book You can learn to say NO.

There are no girls with a golden pussy, they are all replaceable especially the young ones who are broken inside without integrity and loyalty.

Read it more times , study it and ….have fun and take them a little for a ride until they deserve attention because good behavior.

Stay focused on your life ,your passion ,
never stop doing intense sport,
challenge yourself and improve yourself .
Make endorphins work for you and ….
does she go away?

Good , it’s time for the next one .

It definitely helps.

I have nothing but positive things to say. While I was already aware of some of the advice given in this book, reading it really affirmed it. If you feel completely lost after a break up, but are driven to feel better and get over it, I can not recommend this enough. I couldn't put it down.

Easy reading with practical examples. Really motivational for divorced men willing to recover and move ahead with their life. Myself I completed it in half day, but for sure I will read it again through the break up journey. Thanks!!

Not bad, same general advice - focus on yourself, set goals, build up that ego, let go of the past, find hope in the future.
