The Isolation Experiment: What if the experiment went wrong? A survival horror thriller

Rate this book
What begins as a viral survival show turns into a nightmare that never ends. Cut off from civilisation, trapped in the vast wilderness of Northern Europe, the contestants soon realise they are not alone. Something is out there watching, waiting, hunting.
When the cameras stop recording and no one comes to save them, the game becomes real. Every sound in the forest hides a threat, every shadow could be the last thing they see. The line between the show and reality blurs, and survival is no longer entertainment it’s instinct.
The Isolation Experiment is a gripping survival horror thriller about fear, hope, and the will to live when the world has already ended. Atmospheric, haunting and deeply human, it explores what happens when the experiment goes wrong and the wilderness fights back.
Perfect for fans of Bird Box, The Ritual and The Blair Witch Project.
Survival Horror • Psychological Thriller • Post-Apocalyptic Suspense

Gripping.

But....... Serious editing needed. Punctuation is all over the place or none existent, which meant rereading sentences to help them make sense.
Discrepancies in detail - Tom only chose a blanket not a sleeping bag, yet he pulls himself into one anyway! Various issues like this throughout which spoils the tension as it builds throughout. I
A good read though, and I will read more from this new (to me) author.
