Sometimes You Need Wine on the way to the Temple: A Midlife Woman's Unapologetic Roadmap Back To Herself

Rate this book
Finally. A meditation book for women who drink wine, curse occasionally, and think most wellness advice is complete BS.

You know those perfectly zen women who wake up at 5am for silent meditation, drink green smoothies, and never seem to have a bad day?

This book isn't for them.

This book is for you. The woman who's lost herself somewhere between soccer practice and board meetings. Who wants transformation but doesn't want to pretend she's someone she's not. Who believes you can find enlightenment without giving up the things that make you human.

Like a good glass of wine. And the occasional eye roll at overly precious wellness culture.

Here's the Truth Nobody Tells
You don't need to be perfect to be powerful.
You don't need to choose between being spiritual and being real.
You don't need to sacrifice your personality for your peace of mind.

You just need to remember who you are.

From the founder of Unstoppable Personal Power luxury wellness retreats comes the most honest, practical, and refreshingly irreverent guide to meditation you'll ever read. No Sanskrit. No judgment. No pretending you don't sometimes need wine to get through Wednesday.

Just real talk, real practices, and a real roadmap back to the woman you've always been underneath all the roles you've played.

Inside This Unapologetic

🍷 Why "perfect" meditation is a myth (and why your messy, wine-loving, beautifully imperfect self is exactly who needs this most)

🍷 Simple practices that work in the real world (no special cushions, apps, or lifestyle overhauls required)

🍷 How to quiet everyone else's opinions without becoming a monk

🍷 The art of unapologetic self-discovery ( it involves saying "no" a lot more)

🍷 Why wanting more doesn't make you ungrateful (it makes you human)

🍷 Meditation for women who think they're "bad" at meditation (plot there's no such thing)

This Book Is For You

You're tired of wellness advice that requires you to become someone else
You want transformation without the transformation guilt
You believe spirituality and wine can coexist beautifully
You're ready to stop apologising for being human while seeking the divine
You want to find yourself again without losing your sense of humour

This Book Is NOT For You

You're looking for traditional, reverent meditation instruction
You think wanting a glass of wine makes you unspiritual
You prefer your self-help with a side of shame and sacrifice
You're not ready to embrace your beautifully imperfect humanity

"I finally found a meditation book that doesn't make me feel like I'm doing life wrong." - Sarah, 52

"This is what I needed - permission to be spiritual AND real." - Michelle, 48

"I laughed, I cried, I poured a glass of wine and meditated. Perfect." - Janet, 55

Your Unapologetic Journey Starts Here
Stop waiting to be perfect before you start being powerful.

Your temple doesn't have to look like everyone else's. Your path doesn't have to be paved with green juice and 5am wake-up calls.

Sometimes the most sacred journey begins with admitting you're beautifully, imperfectly human.

And sometimes, you really do need that glass of wine.

wholly doable meditation practice

This line caught me: “I had been trying so hard to meditate "correctly" - perfect posture, empty mind, spiritual thoughts only. But... instead of trying to empty my mind, I let it wander.” This was me. Also, I'm middle aged. I never knew I needed permission to be messy and human, yet, here it is…a way to meditate to improve my life and my relationships. Interesting ideas and how to that seem wholly doable.
