Finely has a secret, and he’s finally ready to come out of his shell and share it with Hazel. Also a witch, he has a little more experience with spell casting and wants to impress Hazel.
With a power outage during a library after-hours date, the stage set with candles and a picnic, the haunted library comes to life. Their desires for each other bubble to the surface as they let down their barriers and enjoy each other.
The ghosts that haunt the library— you just have to read to find out what happens. I’m not going to spoil it! My mouth was wide open as I was reading!

Hazel & Finley were a fun read….I should have read this in Halloween….It would have made a fun, spooky read
Hazel & Finley were both into spirits & witchcraft…they really didn’t know each other that well….one stormy night in the library (Finleys job) with the power out was all it took….oh & the help of 3 ghosts…yes, ghosts….by the end of the night did the ghosts help Finley get the girl or did Hazel cast a spell to show Finley the light???
It was a quick read….can definitely be read in one sitting….but be prepared there are ghosts involved…if you are familiar with Willow Winters books then you already know the ghosts were very we’ll say helpful

This book is short, captivating, and had a gang session that I had never read before in a romance book… and let me tell you, what a hot session it was!!😮💨

I absolutely love Willow, and she's my most read author. When I saw that she had done another collaboration with Amelia, and it was a spooky read, I hit buy instantly. I think the reason I didn't rate this higher is that I took so long to read it, constantly picking it up and putting it down again. Due to that, I kind of got a little uninterested. I think this would have served better as a novel, as it kind of felt like I opened a random page in a book and read a few chapters. All things considered, I did like this story and absolutely loved the addition of the ghosts.

Hazel is a witch who comes from a long time of witches and she runs the Bewitched Boutique selling everything from candles, books, crystals, coffee to curiosities.
The Library is her favourite place to be so she can do her research but it also happens to be the workplace of Finley, the hot secretive librarian.
The book was so magical and enchanting, I was on the edge of seat reading as I needed to know what would happen in the library and between Hazel and Finley, what I wasn't expecting was how HOT ghosts can be!.
This was such a cosy, witchy, spooky read, it's perfect for Halloween and for book lovers.

Oh my what a brilliant way to spend a morning ….a library with a difference
Hazel needs to know the history of those before her and what better place than the library and there’s the added bonus of Finley and there’s something there she casts a spell to make sure he notices her but unbeknown to her he’s already noticed her ….
Hazel took over a little shop in Cedar Lane that sells candles , crystals , books and curious things and I love the little bells that chime and she has the coziest of homes 🥰and she feels a connection that she can’t place but she seems content …
Finley is a strange character but I see the attraction that Hazel has and he had me chuckling every now and then especially his description of his stitching ladies 🙈😂 oooo and the way he got lost in books as a child 📕❣️ my kind of kid that 😉
Finley and Hazel have a date and there’s a power outage and it worked it Finley’s favour especially with all those candles to “set the stage” but there’s a a strange spice added to their discovery of each other ( I’m trying not to give to much away ) that left me agape but hey each to their own 😉
I love the library and despite feeling watched there’s something there that attracts you i don’t know if it’s the librarian , the smell of books or if a spell has been cast on me 😉

Ok, I did not expect what was going to happen in this book — and honestly, I was completely surprised, in the best possible way. This story may be short, but it’s packed with emotion, magic, and that touch of warmth that only WW can deliver. You can actually read it before The Witch’s Fate, and it adds such a lovely layer to the whole universe.
From the very first page, I was hooked. The writing is fluid, vivid, and full of feeling — WW has this incredible gift for making you live every single moment with her characters.
And let’s talk about the spicy scene… oh my! I wasn’t expecting that, and yet it fit perfectly. So much was happening — tension, emotion, chemistry — and I can’t say more without spoiling it, but trust me, you’ll be blushing and smiling at the same time.
This little story surprised me, touched me, and reminded me why I adore WW’s writing so much. You definitely need to read it. ❤️✨

I'm convinced that it doesn't matter what Willow Winters writes. Whether it's a 3 book collection series or a novella. If she's writing solo or co-writting with someone. Willow puts everything she has into her writing. She knows how to get you into the mood for any type of genre or sub-genre, and her co-authors are the same way.
Haunted Desires by Willow Winters and Amelia Wilde puts you into a spooky, paranormal, spicy mood and it's off the charts addictive. Hazel and Finley’s connection is written already. Fate, Hazels magic(and some help from the other side) bring their Desires front wards and neither one of them can resist.
This is a cute and spicy short novella but has an impact of a full novel. I wanted more but LOVE how they came together and let fate get it's way. You can't put this down and you can't help falling for this couple.

This was a quick sweet little spice novella that I really enjoyed!
Hazel is the owner of the Bewitch Boutique in Salem. She is a witch who has a calling for finding out the history of the witches before her. So every night after closing her little shop she goes to the local library to do research and to also admire from afar the handsome and mysterious librarian Finley who she has being crushing for a while.

I also was not expecting Finley’s secret. I enjoyed getting to know his character a bit more. I loved the connection between Hazel and Finley, the magic, and passion. Finley and Hazel are both enthralled by witchcraft. So much so that they read all the books in the library that Finley works for. They pour over the ancient texts. Hazel owns the unique shop called Bewitched Boutique, a witchy shop of candles, crystals, books and a little room with curiosities. Hazel is in love with Finley. So much so that one night she casts a spell asking if he is interested in her he shows her that interest that very night. Oh my gosh !!! I loved this book so freaking much . Spooky, steamy , cute , fun and utterly addictive!!! I loved Hazel and Finley . Watching them work up the nerve to reveal their feelings for one another was so much fun . I could not stop rooting for them . And to make it even more fun , is a bit of magic and spells . Spells that allow someone to express their true feelings. I’m not typically someone who reads paranormal , supernatural or fantasy romances, but willows books , well I’ll read anything she writes

This was such a short and spicy read and how I feel about it is, this was the hottest book I've read in a while even though I have read a witch romance in the past by Willow Winters but this is a first that had both her and Amelia Wilde's writing as a duo and these ladies did their thing for the spiced up story and it definitely deserves the high rating that I gave it. So please give it a try if you like your paranormal with some spice.

This novella was just what I needed to pull me out of a reading funk. It was sexy and a fast read that left me wishing it were a full length novel. My only complaints were there was one or two errors that had me rereading and realizing, "ohhh that r was supposed to be an e." But it was not common and it did not affect my enjoyment of it at all. She's human. It happens to the best of us. And my second complaint is a me problem. I went into this knowing it was a novella and it ended far too soon for my liking.

This was a quick read with spice that gave good punches. This book is perfect for Halloween, but it is not necessarily needed to be read then. I enjoyed this book and it’s a great palette cleanser. Spells were casted to see if they are interested in each other and the universe sure listened by making sure the answers were crystal clear with a resounding answer!

The story is told in a dual POV by Hazel and Finley. Hazel recently took over the Bewitched Boutique and often goes to the library for historical books. She made also find the local librarian, Finely to be irresistible. Secretly they are both pining after each other, but after Hazel casts a spell their relationship moves quite quickly, with the help from some added guests.

Wow! This book definitely took a turn I wasn't expecting. Hazel is a witch and runs the Bewitched Boutique. She goes to the library often ro do research but also to see the librarian Finley because she has a crush on him.
Finley has some secrets of his own and you have to read this to find out what they are. See what spells are put and enjoy the magical sp!ce of this book. I really enjoyed this novella!
