My best friend’s sister. Off-limits. Forbidden. Mine anyway.
They call me Bear. Fully patched Savage Legion. Brotherhood first. Rick isn’t just a brother—he’s the closest thing to blood I’ve got. What we share was forged in pain and fire. Which makes his sister, Natalie, untouchable.
She’s a former foster kid who’s been through hell. Soft voice. Gentle grace. An innocent beauty that makes you wanna shield her from the whole damn world. Rick lays it down—off-limits. So I keep my distance.
Until he ends up in a coma after a dirty hit. Now I’m the only thing standin’ between Natalie and the bastards circlin’. She’s under my roof. Under my protection. Under my skin. All warmth and shy smiles, blushin’ when I look at her too long— makin’ me forget how rough my world really is.
There are lines you don’t cross in this club. Loving her could cost me my patch—and the man who bled beside me. But the second she reaches for me… the line’s burned to ash.
She’s mine now.
And anyone dumb enough to come for her is about to learn exactly how savage I can be.
"Bear’s Grip" is the 17th installment in the captivating "Savage Legion MC" series. Get ready for sizzling, rugged bikers exuding fierce protectiveness and irresistible charm. Each book in the series is a standalone with a guaranteed happily ever after for the couple, though it is recommended to read them in order for maximum enjoyment.
Aria Ray writes suspenseful, hot, and intense romance stories featuring powerful alpha-men and witty heroines, full of sacrifice, love, and happily-ever-afters. Like the heroines of her novels, Aria has always had a crush on sinfully sexy bad boys - dark, controlling, irresistible, but tender and loving.
When she is not writing or daydreaming about new stories, she loves to spend time with her own gang of alpha males - a husband and twin boys. But the real mob boss of the family is Don Corleone - the cat.

I found I just had to kinda go with things in this one. I liked that Natalie and Rick were able to find each other, but it seemed like both of them accepted things without many hard facts. Even if it wasn't true, both seemed to really want the connection, so that was good. Also, the situation Natalie came from seemed odd, that despite her calling things in, they were never caught, but with help from Mattie and the text messages it all imploded for them?? Then it was the quick relationship between Natalie and Bear, Bear especially due to all the warnings from Rick. I did like how Natalie was very forward with Bear and let him know what she wanted, him. I was glad to see how things ended, glad that the siblings worked things out and that the brother's friendship wasn't ruined and even how they still kept their living situation the same.

The Brother’s Best Friend trope is the foundation of the love story between Bear and Natalie. Bear and Rick were foster brothers in the system, and they own a business together and share a house. Bear is a patched member of SLMC, but Rick is still prospecting because he’s too impulsive and full of misplaced energy, and I honestly wonder if he doesn’t have undiagnosed ADHD. That’s how well the author wrote that character. Natalie, who is Rick’s blood sister, tracks him down and the three of them start living together with Rick putting Natalie off limits to all the brothers, especially Bear because Bear is his bestie. (If a guy is good enough to be a best friend and club brother, why isn’t he good enough for your sister? Le sigh…) Of course, that’s like a guarantee that Natalie and Bear will fall for each other. Bear is not so named because he’s petite. He’s huge and strong, and the description of him is so very hot. I’ve decided he’s on my list of book boyfriends because he sounds both irresistible and he would be able to open jars really easily, too. I like Natalie. She has grown up in a repressive, religious household full of other foster children for whom she was responsible as if she were the nanny. She is plucky (a word specially reserved for orphans). So she tracks down Rick, who had no idea she even existed. I like the found family the three of them create together. The suspense plot is exciting and I thought it was also logical. It was an important part of the story. I also enjoyed the love story portion and I think that the characters and their relationship were well thought out and made sense. Ray doesn’t create drama for the sake of drama, and the characters have depth and their motivations make sense within what we know about the characters. I can even understand Rick’s motivations for making his sister off-limits, though I don’t agree with them. This is Ray’s particular skill that elevates this book to five-star status. Cat’s Stats Safety? Y Bechdel test? Failed. Heat: explicit with an interesting twist of Bear being afraid he’s going to crush Natalie, so they have to work that out. Triggers: violence, illegal substance trafficking, abuse of minors, use of the word plucky in a review. Tropes: brother’s best friend, off-limits, long-lost sibling, former foster children, Instalove, forced proximity, virgin heroine.

I love this genre of books. MC romances are awesome because they have all sorts of elements you don’t find anywhere else but at the same time they have a family bond that’s similar to mafia or hockey romances.
I had a hard time with this book. It felt off somehow, I’m not sure how to articulate how, it just did to me. I struggled to finish this story, not because the plot wasn’t great it was and I like the characters but something about it was off to me.
Bear is a patched member of the Savage Legion Motorcycle Club in Las Salenas. He loves his club and is working with his bff Rick to get his own business up and running while participating in club business. Life is good and he thinks he has everything he needs until a tornado of a woman comes into their lives claiming to be Rick’s sister. Now he wonders if he can keep his hands to himself and if he is actually cut out to be in a relationship.
Natalie grew up in a foster home with abusive foster parents. Not physically absiuve but religious backed abuse. (Please keep in mind these books have trigger for some). She found out she has a brother in Las Salenas and basically runs away to find him. Her foster family wants her back and has been texting and threatening her since she left. But her brother Rick and Bear refuse to let anyone get to her. Until someone tampers with Rick’s bike and puts him in a coma. Now Natalie must trust Bear the the Savage Legion family to help her find who did this.
The story had really great characters. I loved Natalie’s spunk and when she finally decided she wanted Bear she refused to let him turn her down. I love how she was very reaffirming to him as he grew up in the system too and had self esteem issues that he tried to play off.
Bear had a hard time seeing what Natalie sees in him but is thankful that someone as beautiful and kind as she is sees worth in him and he decides after taking her virginity that she is his. Forever.

*Bear’s Grip* is the 17th book in the Savage Legions MC series. The story revolves around Bear and Natalie, a compelling love story involving a best friend’s little sister and the theme of forbidden love, especially with the "off-limits" rule about not touching the best friend's sister.
The twist is that Bear and Rick grew up in foster care, and Rick never knew he had a little sister until recent events brought Natalie into his life. Several years ago, Natalie discovered she had an older brother named Rick, and she has been counting down the days until she could finally find him. However, her foster family is not willing to let her go easily and starts to harass her. When that doesn't work, they begin to target her brother, Rick.
This is when Natalie makes it clear to Bear that she chooses him and wants to be with him. Bear is confused about why she would choose him, but cannot deny the deep connection they share. He refuses to let Natalie slip away, as she is the best thing that has ever happened to him. Their chemistry and attraction are fierce, intense, and absolutely sizzling.
However, both Bear and Natalie are apprehensive about revealing their relationship to Rick once he wakes up. They worry about the fallout and whether Rick can genuinely support them in finding happiness together.
As always, Aria has delivered amazing characters that are complex and relatable, making the emotional journey truly wonderful. The way their connection grows stronger through various ups and downs makes it hard to put down their love story. I was so engrossed that I finished it in one sitting, and I can't wait for the next book about another brother in the series!

Bear and Rick have been best friends since they met in foster care as teenagers. Rick is still prospecting while Bear is now patched in. Bear is always trying to keep Rick on the right path, but chaos seems to gravitate towards him. One day, a girl, Natalie, comes looking for Rick, she says she is his younger sister. It takes Rick a bit to accept her but Bear convinces him that this is a good thing. Rick tells everyone, including Bear, that his sister is off limits. Bear is such a sweetheart, over the years he has been picked on for his size and tries to make himself smaller. Bear and Natalie have a chemistry; he tries to keep her at a distance. Things change between them after Rick’s accident and Natalie is not going to take no for answer. The path to HEA has bumps in the road, they will have to deal with telling her brother and what she ran from.

I cannot believe this is book seventeen in the Savage Legions MC series and each book feels just as fresh as the last book. This author always delivers on steam and action that keeps you on the edge of your seat. That alone made this made this book a big page turner.
Rick and Bear both grew up in a foster home and now they are brothers in the Savage Legion MC. Rick never knew he had a sister who was also in foster care but with Natalie showing up at the clubhouse he accepts her. She and Bear have chemistry and with her past coming for her Bear knows he needs to protect the woman he’s falling for.
Keep these books coming because I will always be there to devour them.
Having grown up in a foster home, Rick and Bear chose to become brothers with their friendship, together in business and with the Savage Legion MC. On the run from her foster family, Natalie shows up on the doorstep of the clubhouse looking for her real brother, Rick. He had no idea of her existence, but didn't hesitate to accept her as family. Natalie is trying to start a new life, but her old one involving her abusive foster parents refuses to let her go. She may have been raised to be submissive in a cult like home, but she was fearless in protecting herself, the other children and going after what she wanted with Bear.
When Rick, Bear's best friend, gets a surprise, Bear is immediately told that Natalie is off-limits. Bear tries to abide by his friend's wishes, but Natalie makes it hard when she lets him know that she is attracted to him, and her brother is not the boss of her.
Natalie has a past that refuses to let her go. Can she ever be free of them? When things take a turn for the worse, Bear is by her side, her protector. But she knows if she ever wants a future, she needs to confront her past. Can she get justice once and for all?.

Rick and Bear have grown up together and joined the MC together. Brothers in every way but blood. Then his sister he never knew about shows up. Bear knows the rules she’s off limits. But with Rick not able to he has to be the one to protector. The thing is he can’t follow the rules and she’s is his no matter what it costs him. This is an action packed love story that takes Bear from being the roughened MC brother to this man in love protecting what’s his. This is an amazing read. It will pull you in and keep you wanting more right to the end.

Bear and Rick's relationship was created through trials and tribulations, so his sister is a no brainer for being off limits, but when his friend is serious injured Bear is the only line of defense she has for safety. Once again Aria Ray fully pulled me into the intense and enjoyable SLMC world. Natalie is on the run from her foster family looking for the brother she lost. Bear is attracted to his MC brother’s sister from first glance. Forbidden love always tugs my heart as I know the journey will be a rollercoaster but it is worth it in the end. Loved how Natalie was determined to be Bear’s forever. Always a great read and I love this series.

Natalie grew up in foster care and did not know she had a brother. When she goes looking for him, her foster parents become a problem. Bear and Rick (Natalie's brother) are best friends. Bear breaks the best friend rule when he develops feelings for Natalie and begins a relationship with her.
Bear is good for Natalie and I enjoy the development of their relationship. They make a great couple.
Bear's Grip is Bear and Natalie's story. It's a forbidden, best friends sister journey. Their story is intense and emotional. Keeping secrets, even with the best intentions is never a good thing. Bear and Natalie find that out quickly but are they prepared for the fallout from it. Bear will stop at nothing to protect Natalie even from his best friend.
This was a very spicy and intense story. Bear and Natalie are looking at each other in ways they shouldn’t be. She’s off limits. But boundaries be dammed. Once they’re crossed, these two are fire. I really l loved reading this one. This was so good. But now I have to go back and read the other 16 lol
