Robyn Vogel, MA, is the author of the forthcoming book Come Back to Love: A Path to Healing (Feb 2026) and host of the syndicated radio show of the same name, reaching over 100,000 listeners in its first year. An IFS-trained therapist, couples specialist, and trauma-informed Love & Intimacy Coach, Robyn has spent more than two decades helping individuals and couples heal emotional wounds, release shame, and experience deeper, safer, more fulfilling love — within themselves and in relationship.
Blending Internal Family Systems, somatic intimacy practices, nervous system attunement, and heart-centered relationship wisdom, Robyn brings warmth, depth, and a touch of magic to her work. Her gentle yet powerful approach creates spaces where people feel safe to soften, open, and return to the truth of who they are.
Robyn teaches internationally, leads transformational retreats, and trains facilitators in her Come Back to Love® Four Gates Approach method — empowering those ready to break old patterns and cultivate intimacy rooted in self-trust and emotional safety.
When she’s not writing or guiding others home to love, Robyn can be found dancing, practicing yoga, meditating, or wandering somewhere beautiful in nature — following the path of curiosity, devotion, and joy.
I received an advanced copy of Come Back to Love from Netgalley in exchange for my review. It is due to be published 02/09/2026. “Come back to love guides you toward rediscovering the love within your heart, reconnecting with your true essence as a being of love. This work is about loving yourself.” I felt really good about this book at the onset, Vogel had a really strong outline with the Four Gates theory but honestly, the book felt really disjointed and chaotic after the first few bits. It felt like something that needs to be read in small sections if your intention is actually to follow through on the workbooks, self introspection, and the work required to feel like any of this would work for you as a reader. I did go through some of the exercises, particularly one where I wrote down big and little heartbreaks and that was a big feelings exercise.
