My first encounter with him did not play out like it happens in cheesy romance movies. In reality, it was the exact opposite, with me ugly crying, not looking where I was going, because I was an emotional wreck and crashing smack into my new neighbour. And my oh my was he Hot!
Honestly, I would have totally recognised how incredibly attractive Cameron Smith is if I hadn't been heartbroken after discovering that my pro basketball player boyfriend was just a fraud and a cheater.
I was tired of arrogant, wealthy self self-entitled assholes who believed their money made them exempt from the rules of morality. I was done with men and dating at least for the foreseeable future. My focus would be my career which was about to explode because I’d just landed a lead role in a movie to work with A list actor Brenden Ryan.

When I suggested my realtor find me the best apartment in LA, I was pleased he was able to tick all the boxes off my list. I was not in the mood to live with the young social media influencer type who would be filming content all day throughout the building or the musician who would have noisy parties till the wee hours of the morning. All I wanted was peace and quiet and a place to recover and heal from a past I longed to leave behind. What I had not expected in the process was that I would have a stunning Latina as a neighbour and that it would unravel all of my well-laid plans.
To Valentina, Cameron’s a charming, too attractive for his own good six foot three inches tall, solid-muscle of distraction. He’s everything she knows she should avoid, especially after what happened between her and her ex. The only problem is that Cameron is exactly her type and the definition of too hot to handle.
For Cameron, Valentina could be the key to moving on from the past and looking forward to the future.

This was a decent read. I have been waiting for Cameron’s book and it’s finally here! After a crappy and heartbreaking couple of years, Cameron needs a fresh start. He takes a work trip to California and there he meets Valentina. On a day that should’ve been one of the best days of her life, she is left heartbroken and accidentally bumps into Cameron, and injures herself. From that moment on these two become constantly engrossed in each other. We get to see Cameron’s soft side. I really liked seeing Cameron be so vulnerable with Valentina and see him taking care of her. However, I was a little disappointed in this book. I felt as if their chemistry could’ve been a lot better. Also at times I felt as if the story just rambled through chapters. Nevertheless this was a decent read. I can’t wait to see what the next book has in store.

I just finished reading A Blazing Attraction by Olivia Tasker, and oh my, this third book in the Temptation series got even hotter! Olivia has written a truly wonderful series and ended it brilliantly with this installment. I have no words for how wonderful this book was.
This story centers on Valentina, who is fresh off a painful breakup with her cheating pro basketball player boyfriend and completely done with arrogant, wealthy, self-entitled men. Her focus is now strictly on her career, which is about to take off with a lead role alongside A-list actor Brenden Ryan. Unfortunately, her first encounter with her new neighbor did not play out like a cheesy romance movie; she was ugly-crying and crashed smack into him, a moment that definitely obscured how incredibly attractive Cameron Smith is.
Cameron, a six-foot-three solid muscle of distraction, had just moved into his new LA apartment, seeking peace and quiet to heal from a past he longed to leave behind. He certainly hadn't planned on having a stunning Latina as a neighbor who would unravel all his well-laid plans. To Valentina, Cameron is charming and entirely too hot for his own good—everything she knows she should avoid, especially since he is exactly her type and the definition of too hot to handle. I was so excited to hear about this new book of the series from the author and feel lucky to have received an early copy of the book. I really enjoyed reading the last two books and had a nice time reading this one. I have been looking forward to reading Cameron and Valentina’s story and it was nice to see the connection they have. The emotional connection and sexual connection they have is what makes them so perfect, Cameron is such a gentleman of a character and I totally understand how Valentina had fallen so much for the guy. I really don’t like Donte for making Valentina go through such a hard time when clearly he’s the problem. While the story plot and the whole dynamics between the characters were written really well, I feel as if the book seemed a bit jumpy at times and rushed compared to the last two books the author has written. If you enjoy reading some fast paced smut romance, I would recommend giving this book series a try!
