Married to Secrets

Rate this book
I have two choices… get married within the year or lose billions.

My main shareholder has been given a year to live. When he dies, his shares will go to his out-of-hand children, and the company my friends and I spent our lives building will burn to the ground.

Unless we can convince him to sell to us.

But he’s not interested in our money; he has a list of demands for us, hoping we’ll turn out better than his kids.

All the demands seem fair, from seeing a personal trainer to taking a quarterly founders' retreat. Until we get to the last item on his list.

“Get married and sign a pre-nup promising your bride 50% of your fortune upon divorce.”

No amount of arguing or money will deter him from his plans. So the five of us are left with no other choice. We all get married. Or we all fail.

Marrying the wrong person could cost us everything.

But we already have everything to lose.

Hi! My name is Kelsie Hoss. I'm an author of relatable, heartfelt spicy adult romance. Being an avid romance reader myself, I always wanted to read books about women like me with curves and stretch marks and flaws that make us beautiful and unique.
Even better than that - I wanted a woman like me to get a true hero. Someone worth bringing home to mama!
Since I couldn't find those books... I wrote them.
It was so fun that I now have multiple stories available with more coming all the time!
When not writing, you'll likely find me hanging out with my three boys, obsessing over sourdough recipes, or channeling my inner goddess in the garden.

I had the alc & arc for this book & while I didn’t love the audio (parts sounded muffled), the story was a good one!!

This book and the plot sucked me in pretty quickly! Some parts felt slower, but the drama & twist in the book had my full attention!!

Jada & Bryce absolutely had the chemistry and their relationship was so fun to watch unfold. A billionaire MMC who has a year to fall in love & marry & an FMC who finds herself in a tough situation. Their relationship definitely isn’t one that follows tradition, but the romance that blossoms is so refreshing!

This book was quick, fun, and twisty. It will keep you hooked & guessing! I cannot wait to see what book 2 holds!!

Thank you Kelsie for the early arc & alc!

as much as I love that series:

Kelsie took us to a whole new level. This is the epitome of all that KH gives us, but dialed up to 11.

If there is something you love about Kelsie’s books, you will find it in MTS. You also get an excellent experience that spans so much more.

This introduction to this series hits hard. Well written with great pacing. The secrets/lies/half truths make you squeal out loud. I felt this story thoroughly while reading.

At the center of it all we get this great relationship between 𝗕𝗥𝗬𝗖𝗘 & 𝗝𝗔𝗗𝗔. I immediately wanted everything for these two. The desires & motivations were perfectly played out. The little things, the interactions, and the dialogue brought everything forward- which really put me in this constant desire to know more and feel more with each page.

The love story within grew naturally and damn I wanted it all for them.

Not last nor least:
MAYA was perfect. Enjoyed seeing her again - in all her greatness. ❤︎

One of my favorite things about Kelsie's writing is how relatable her characters are. This definitely felt sooo different to the Hello Series but in the best way. I have been so excited for Bryce’s book and it was definitely worth the wait. Kelsie’s stories are sooo wholesome.

Thank you, Kelsie, for accepting me to ALC read Married To Secrets it was a pleasure to listen to!

5🌟 2🌶 ARC Review!🥺

If theres one thing Kelsie knows how to do, its to create characters with such depth and complexity, that its hard not to fall in love with them. Her characters are always easy to connect and resonate with. The way she writes her men to fall head over heels, to love and ADORE their women, to be so wholesome and so endearing; is incredible.

I say this with every Kelsie book and every Kelsie ARC read, but she truly does inspire me beyond words. She makes me feel like I am worthy and reminds me that regardless of my size, I am appreciated and I am deserving of being loved and adored. Maybe its the fact that these books hit home for me, but it tugged on my heartstring so much.

Bryce Madigan is no exception. I have LOVED falling in love with his brothers and his dad's story, but I've been SO excited about getting Bryces ever after. He is incredible. His heart knows no bounds, whether its giving back to those in need or those who gave to him. He loves with every fibre of his being, he may just be the most compassionate Madigan. Hes dorky, hes geeky, hes humble, he's ADORABLE when he's nervous or when the tips of his ears go red because he's blushing. Also this man's MOUTH?🥵🥺

Jada, our FMC, is a strong and beautiful woman. She's hardworking, she's relatable, despite life throws at her; she perseveres and doesn't give up. She gets in her head a lot but Bryce grounds her.

This one is a bit (a lot) different from Kelsies romance novels as this is full of plot twists and suspense! Even now the book is over, its a massive cliffhanger and I am NOT okay. The gasps I GUSPED at the suspense in this and how I needed to read more until it abruptly ended😭

One thing that didnt change is how WELL Kelsie integrates every single character, and in depth too. How well you get to know each character, that the witty banter and inside jokes are so easy and quick to catch on to. Its welcoming and warm, its sweet and its hilarious. Its truly a universe that feels like family and I am forever appreciative of @kelsiehoss and the Hello Universe (which now extends to this!)

Thank you to the author Kelsie Hoss and her team for the advanced audio copy for my honest review.

I love Kelsie Hoss, so when I had the chance to listen to an advanced audio copy of her new Married Series, I jumped on it and I was not disappointed.

We return to the Madigan family from the Hello Series, this time following Bryce’s story. Bryce Madigan and his five friends have built a successful tech company with the guidance of their mentor, but they’re suddenly given an ultimatum: get married or risk losing everything they’ve worked for.

Enter Jada, who works in the daycare center in Bryce’s building. She’s a firecracker, fiercely independent but she’s also struggling under financial debt while caring for her elderly grandmother. When Bryce sets his sights on Jada, what starts as reluctant agreement to a date quickly turns into a marriage of convenience and possibly something much more.

Their chemistry is immediate, and the banter between them is top-tier. In true Kelsie fashion, the characters are thoughtfully developed, making it easy to feel connected not only to Bryce and Jada but also to the supporting cast. I especially appreciated the intentional and meaningful representation woven throughout the story.

I experienced this through audio, and the duet narration was absolutely incredible. It added an extra layer that truly brought the story to life. There were a few moments where the FMC felt slightly disjointed, but it never pulled me out of the story.

The twists? Genuinely surprising in the best way. I did not see them coming. And that cliffhanger… ma’am, I’m going to need the next book immediately.

If you love found family, a fresh take on marriage of convenience, a curvy FMC, billionaire MMC, great banter, and just the right amount of spice, this is one you’ll want to pick up.

ARC Review 🩷

I really enjoyed this story! Glamma is amazing. I love that we get to see Maya in this story as well all grown up.

I wish we could’ve gotten more time with Bryce and Jada as they got to know each other and that spark grew between them. It felt like more often they were worried about the marriage, the surprise, and what other people will think. Which I understand seeing as it is a marriage of convenience so makes sense it focused on all of that more.

That bomb dropping towards the end tho! Omg my mouth literally dropped! 🤯 I did not see it coming at all!

I can also appreciate that there was no third act break up in this story because I’m not a fan of those lol I love that they got their HEA.

The ending was insane. Definitely left me NEEDING the next book to drop!
Kelsie Hoss you never disappoint! 🩷

I received an advanced reader copy for an honest review:

We finally got Bryce’s story! If you are a fan of the Hello Series then you know all about the Madigan brothers and saw snippets of Bryce throughout the series. Gone is the college student and you get the distinguished business owner. The relationship between Bryce and Jada was a fantastic read full of twists, turns, and unexpected moments. I always appreciate the authors use of plus sized female characters that get a happily ever after. Representation matters! Overall, thoroughly enjoyed the book and can’t wait to continue the series! This series is like the hot older sister that gives eldest daughter vibes compared to the Hello Series. The change of pace was welcomed and shows how Kelsie Hoss is a talented author not afraid to pivot and still work her magic.

I received an ARC of this book and this is my honest review.

The story I didn't expect from the first line, and with every turn of a page. I gasped at the first sentence, and it felt like the book was already starting with a twist.

I am a fan of Kelsie Hoss as an author and this story did not disappoint. It actually exceeded my already high expectations with the unexpected turns of events throughout. I will be honest and say I did not ready the synopsis and still haven't, so maybe my "surprise" was my own doing. No regrets!

Another definite must read if this is a genre you enjoy! I can’t wait for the next book in the series.

Curvy girls deserve love and spice too, even if secrets are involved! Kelsie Hoss knows how to pull you into the story, and get you a little hot and bothered as well... but how dare you share these secrets with us and then leave us throwing our books at the wall?! All I can say is, this book is so good and I'm glad she writes them and gets them out quick, because what do you mean I have to wait to find out where this is going?

Umm…wow ok!!

I’ve been a Kelsie Hoss fan for a very long time. After reading her Hello Series, I was very excited to enter this new chapter but also curious about what direction it would take.

I was fortunate enough to receive MTS as an ARC and lets just say it did NOT disappoint! I flew through this book in 2 days; I’m pretty sure there was some magic fairy dust sprinkled in it or something 😂

I found the plot so new and refreshing ❤️ Forced marriage isn’t usually my go to trope but I absolutely loved the spin on this one.

And those plot twists??? Diabolical but so perfect!!

If you haven’t tried any of Kelsie Hoss’s books (and even if you have!) this one is guaranteed to become a new favorite ❤️❤️

Kelsie has done it again!

First off, thank you to Kelsie Hoss and her team for the ARC copy of Married to Secrets. I thoroughly enjoyed embarking on this next chapter of your writing!

This book. What can I say? It made me happy, sad, and mad all by the end. Just when I thought I had all of the twists figured out, a new one would get thrown into the mix. Then the end... Let's just say, I need the next book like right now!

I enjoyed every second of this new series and am counting the days until the next one releases.

I hand the opportunity to be an ARC reader! I had only just started the Hello Series, so I was especially glad to read this book as well, even though it’s part of a spin-off series. Bryce and Jada’s story is engaging, full of chemistry, and layered with intriguing twists that kept me hooked. I especially appreciated the refreshing take on a grounded, down-to-earth billionaire, which added a unique charm to the story. I’m already looking forward to the next book in this series!

The first book in the new series Married to Secrets by Kelsie Hoss. I really enjoyed this book, I read it in just over a day, every time I told myself “one more chapter, then I’ll go do this..” I found myself reading multiple chapters. This book gives us Bryce’s story, the youngest of the Madigan boys. A marriage contract, plus size FMC, heath challenges and many secrets to unravel.
While I felt some parts of the story to be predictable, I still really enjoyed reading this booked and I highly recommend this book.

I am a huge fan of Kelsie and the Hello Series and was so excited for this one to come out, especially because the FMC was a fellow WOC. I was so happy that I was selected to receive the ALC because I love Kelsie’s previous story telling and talent for making the readers emotionally invested. That being said, I have to be honest about my thoughts on this book.

Overall I felt like the timeline of the story was rushed, like everything in the beginning was happening too fast but I like the characters so I moved on. The main parts in the story that had me feeling upset and disappointed were:

- Jada’s twist came out of nowhere. If there had been prior mention of a trailing ex or something like that then it would have made sense to me but there was nothing in the story prior to this revelation that would have made this make sense. This twist was disappointing for me because I was so looking forward to seeing another WOC be featured in a book as the desirable, chosen one (like Hen from Hello Temptation) so for this twist to happen and on top of that she is of low income really frustrated me. It’s too reminiscent of what we see in everyday life so I don’t also want to read about WOC struggling in this way in the romance books as well. I didn’t expect to feel that emotional about it but with the state of things in the world it just bothered me to have to read it in a book as well when I want to read as an escape from the real world stigmas.

- I REALLY hated how Grayson (Bryce’s dad) reacted when Bryce and Jada came to CF so he could introduce her to him and the rest of the family. This was, in my opinion, a drastic difference from his Character in the Hello series. In those he was so patient, kind and accepting so for him to approach them in this cold way made no sense. I would have thought he would have read the contents of the folder, assess and give Bryce the chance to explain things before he made his judgement and act so rude and dismissive. Also, her being a WOC just compounds the uneasy feelings I had of him acting that way because it is just too close to the realities of what everyday life is like for us.

- Jude….now that I’ve finished and know there’s a cliffhanger, I am reserving my opinion about him until we found out more about what’s going on behind the scenes with him. What I will say is that I had NO idea that he would be apart of the twist so that was an interesting turn of events.

Even though I had a tough time with this book, I am still very much a fan of Kelsie’s work and look forward to continue on with the other stories in this series.

I have listened/Read almost all of Kelsie’s books and have enjoyed every one of them, including this one. This book was edgier than her books in the Hello Series.

I listened to the ALC of Married to Secrets, and the story was engaging, with secrets being kept or told, surprises being unleashed every which way and romance to make you swoon.

Bryce Madigan and his four co-founders have been instructed by their ex-professor and majority owner, Simon, to get married within 12 months. After receiving a terminal prognosis with a year to live, Simon wants them to find more in life than just work.

Bryce never expected to meet Jada Baker, a provider at his company’s daycare centre. While her voluptuous curves and striking eyes first caught his attention, it was her refusal of his drink invite that truly made her unforgettable.

At work, Jada has a strength like taking matters into her own hands, but it diminishes with personal matters. As the book evolves, so does Jada as she faces more than one decision about her future.

This marriage of convenience will keep you enthralled. For Bryce, marriage is not a business proposition, but rather building a life with someone you love. Jada wants love too, but secrets could destroy a happy ever after.

There are moments in this book that will send you on a rollercoaster of emotions, but there are times when the side characters give you joy, like Glamma, Jada’s grandmother. This woman is a hoot and will make you laugh on more than one occasion. I adore the relationship between Jada and Glamma; you can just sense the love they have for one another.

I also love the relationship between Bryce and Jada. They are comfortable with one another, allowing them to banter and tease lustfully. He wants nothing more than to make life easier for Jada and Glamma and to provide them with safety as Jada expands Bryce’s life beyond work and stands by him.

Narrated in duet by Vernee Smith and Luke Welland, this audiobook features excellent performances for both main and side characters, including impressive shifts in tone and accent. However, Vernee’s audio sounds slightly muffled, as if she were recorded in a box. I hope this is rectified before the official release to ensure a seamless, distraction-free listening experience.

Though the story may have an ending, there is a cliffhanger, urging the reader to return for book two in the Married Series. I will for sure return.

I read Kelsie's Hello Series and was excited to see this one as a READ NOW on Net Galley. Kelsie does a good job at writing plus size female characters in romantic situations were they are taken seriously, seen as beautiful and desired, and not fetishized. She does accomplish this again in this book with the character of Jada. It was nice to see youngest Madigan child Bryce, all grown up and his computer science degree going to good use. Also great to see Fletcher's daughter Maya all grown up (who is her mysterious suitor?) I liked the mystery part of this novel (and series I guess), I don't like how little we know of Jude. I wanted more information about his relationship with Bryce in college, maybe some flashback scenes. I am having a hard time seeing him as a multi-dimensional character. I also have no idea why Bryce took Rei to dinner- didn't need that side quest, or why Rei thought seriously that he was her secret admirer (maybe this will be a pay off in future books?)
I liked Jada's spunk, though I am unsure how this developed as it is in opposition to her never returning to school to finish her degree after the deaths of her parents. I appreciated she had endometriosis. Her experience mirrored so many women who are not diagnosed or given proper information about what that means for them reproductively. I'm not a huge fan of a secret baby trope, but this was handled well- fans of Sap and Secrets by Daphne Elliot would appreciate this.
While reading this novel, which I did in a few short hours, I enjoyed the way Bryce didn't flaunt his money or use it to exaggerate the power dynamic too much - though I could've done without him buying the boutique. I appreciated Jada calling him on stuff and being so communicative about her feelings. On reflection, I don't love all the cliched race dynamics here (Jada being poor and uninsured, Bryce "rescuing her from poverty"). Jada was seen as a beautiful and intriguing woman, I guess maybe I just needed more of her story.
This novel was a fast and fun read, I will definitely be reading the next book in the series. I love Kelsie Hoss' ingenuity and how she created a great self-publishing business. I wonder if a different editor could've helped her work out some of the rough edges to make this even better. 3.5 stars. Thanks to Net Galley and Curvy Girl Romance for this eARC in exchange for my honest review.

Married to Secrets is book one in the new series by Kelsie Hoss. This is a strangers to lovers, billionaire, found family romance and is the story of Bryce Maddigan who we met in the Hello series and Jada.

Bryce and his friends started a company together right out of college and grew it into the billion dollar company it is today, with the help of an investor. But their investor is now sick and has stipulations in his will to keep his shares of the company out of the hands of his degenerate children, the founding members must marry within a year. Bryce meets Jada when she comes demanding that the daycare have some peace during nap time and he is taken with her.

Jada grew up poor with her grandma following the death of her parents. Working two jobs to keep her and Glamma afloat has left her tired and a little jaded. Struggle is not new to Jada, not just surviving but struggling with her health and the potential for never having a child.

While Bryce wants to date and get to know Jada, the marriage stipulation is hanging over his head and he approaches Jada with the marriage and she walks away upset. A one night stand many months earlier leaves Jada unknowingly pregnant and changes everything. The father leaves Jada high and dry and she decides she must do what is best for her child, even doing the unthinkable, marrying a man for financial security.

The audiobook was narrated by Luke Welland and Vernee Smith. Each did such an amazing job bringing Jada, Bryce and the cast of side characters to life. The emotion was palpable and the tension and chemistry was perfect.

I really enjoyed getting to see Bryce as an adult and the man he grew to be from the Hello series. Bryce;s heart and reasoning is in the right place but he feels he is in a difficult place. He and Jada’s connection is so easy and fun to watch grow. She does not give him any slack and is not impressed by his money and status. Their banter and bickering is fun and enjoyable to read. The twists that keep happening left me calling Jude bad names and gasping. This is a fantastic start to the new series and I cannot wait to see how it all plays out in the subsequent books. I received an advanced copy of this book and am leaving an honest review as a show of my appreciation.

If you’re in the mood for a romance that keeps your heart racing while slowly unraveling layers of emotional depth, *Married to Secrets* by Kelsie Hoss absolutely delivers. This is the kind of story that pulls you in quickly and doesn’t let go—equal parts tension, chemistry, and heartfelt vulnerability. I found myself constantly wanting to know what was really going on beneath the surface, especially when it came to Bryce and Jada.

Bryce is such a compelling character because he walks that fine line between guarded and deeply passionate. At first, he comes across as someone who has everything under control, but as the story unfolds, you start to see the cracks in that exterior. His secrets aren’t just plot devices they genuinely shape the way he interacts with Jada, creating this push-and-pull dynamic that feels very real. There’s something incredibly engaging about watching him struggle between protecting himself and letting someone in.

Jada, on the other hand, brings a refreshing strength and emotional clarity to the story. She isn’t naïve, and she doesn’t just accept things at face value, which makes her reactions to Bryce feel authentic and grounded. What I loved most about her is how she balances vulnerability with self-respect. She’s willing to fight for love, but not at the cost of losing herself and that makes her journey especially satisfying to follow.

Together, Bryce and Jada have undeniable chemistry, but it’s the tension created by secrets and miscommunication that really drives the story forward. Their relationship isn’t easy or perfect, and that’s exactly why it works. Every emotional moment feels earned, whether it’s frustration, longing, or those rare glimpses of complete honesty between them.

Overall, *Married to Secrets* is a captivating read that blends romance with emotional complexity. If you enjoy stories where characters have to confront their pasts and grow in order to truly connect, this one is definitely worth picking up. It’s dramatic in all the best ways, and Bryce and Jada’s journey will keep you hooked from beginning to end.

Married to Secrets is a contemporary romance featuring Jada Baker and Bryce Madigan.

Bryce is one of five friends who worked together to build a highly successful company. When they learn that one of their shareholders has been given a year to live, they are shocked. It gets worse when they learn that he feels he failed his own three children, who stand to inherit his shares when he passes. None of them would be a good fit to the company, and would threaten its reputation and continued success. The only way he will agree to sell the founders the shares rather than to leave them to his kids is if they agree to a list of demands including that they all get married and sign a pre-nup promising their brides 50% of their fortune should they divorce. While they are absolutely livid, they are stuck between a rock and a hard place. Fortunately, someone caught Bryce's eye. Jada Baker works in the building. She is a strong-willed, confident, plus size woman who speaks her mind. This is their story.

I don't recall having read previous work by this author however my understanding is that she pivoted from her previous YA works so this is geared to a different, or older, audience. I had the pleasure of listening to the audiobook narrated by Luke Welland and Vernée Smith. I thought both voice actors did a great job bringing the characters to life. I felt their voices well suited my perception of each of the main characters.

I love that Jada was a confident, plus size woman who isn't afraid to say what she thinks. I also appreciated Bryce's calm and level headed yet passionate mind. He definitely would not fall into the category of a morally grey man. Bryce has a big, loving and generous heart which contributes to who he is. I also liked that both had strong relationships with their families. Bryce and Jada clearly had great chemistry together and their relationship quickly evolved from a marriage of convenience to more.

The end of the book sets readers up for the next one in this series: Married to Lies. I hope to enjoy that one in the near future.

Welcome back to Cottonwood Falls (via Dallas)! Kelsie Hoss has *finally* given us the story of the youngest Madigan- Bryce and his absolutely epic lady, Jada. It's the start of an entirely new (yet interconnected) series, so I get the large jump in time. This story takes place 10 years after "Hello Handsome", which is Gray's (Daddy Madigan...Dadigan? I'm workshopping it...) and Aggie's book. If you've read her "Hello" series, you'll be familiar with them, as well as Fletcher, Della, and Hayes who make cameos and Maya, Fletcher's and Olivia's daughter, who is a major character.

You don't need to read the previously mentioned series to understand what goes on in MTS...but fair warning, it ends on a cliffhanger. How you feel about that depends on your personal reading preference. Cliffhangers make me crazy when I'm invested in the book and characters like I am now. The good part about receiving an ARC is you find out what happens before most people. The bad part about receiving an ARC is that you have to wait to find out what happens next longer than most people. There is a twist 3/4 way in the book- but I had figured it out. I also figure out mystery books and as a kid guessed the villain in Scooby-Doo before the first commercial break, so do with that what you will.

If you have read any of Hoss' books before, you already know what you're getting into- a steamy romance with a Plus Size FMC (HELL YEAH REPRESENTATION!) and a hot Texan, that goes through a lot in order to get to their eventual HEA. This story has a fair amount of tropes... Fake marriage,/marriage of convenience, he falls first, surprise pregnancy, BWWM relationship, found family, hot and dominant nerd, boss (kind of)/employee...but they seem to seamlessly blend into eachother and you're not doing the mental check off list, feeling like the author was trying to cram as many as possible down your throat.

I don't want to really give anything more than the tropes away, but there is one thing that I want to specifically mention. As a person who is often anxious, I really resonated with Jada, when she was considering all of the negative possibilities that could come her way. She stopped and said "Equal airtime" and took every negative scenario she envisioned and considered them with positive outcomes. I have never heard that expression and when I tell you it hit me hard. I am going to try to add that practice to my journaling and honestly, to my mental spiraling. I feel like Kelsie put that one in there just for me.

I'd rate this book as a 5/5 read and a 2.5/5 with spice. I'd describe this book as steamy more than spicy, but I read some really explicit stuff- so that might just be me.

Kelsie Hoss knocks one out of the park yet again. This is a slight departure from the writing style of the Hello series, but it is so well written. We are finally getting story of the last of the Madigan brothers, Bryce.
Bryce is the youngest of the Madigan boys. He never had a desire to work the ranch with his family. He is a computer and coding nerd at heart who decided to pursue a degree instead. He has worked tirelessly to build his own tech company with his friends and a silent partner. The ill older man throws he and his other partners for a loop with a final dying demand. He and his partners are required to marry within one year or lose the man's shares in the company to his children along with everything they have worked for.
Jada is spunky and sexy and turned the eye of the southern gentleman tech genius at first sight. They have a brand new budding romance when the ultimatum bomb is dropped. Bryce proposes to Jada since he already feels the chemistry they share and cannot imagine being with anyone else. She is drowning in debt and burdened with responsibility. Trying to care for her older grandmother, working, and dealing with her own health issues is taking its toll. She decides to take Bryce up on his offer of marriage.
Despite the rushed and semi-fake circumstance, the chemistry and connection they share quickly grows and becomes very real. There is intense heat between them, but tenderness and caring as well. Bryce is protective, supportive, and loving and just so darn sweet to Jada and her grandmother it will melt your heart. The two are absolutely perfect for one another.
In addition to the sweet and spicy, there are elements of deceit, sabotage, suspense, and intrigue mixed in making this a well rounded and engaging story. It sucked me right in from the first page and had me up way past my bedtime to finish because I could not put it down. It finishes off with cliffhanger ending had me nearly throwing my Kindle. Basically, the perfect book. I am so ready for the next one.
Thank you to Kelsie Hoss for the advanced copy to read and review.

**Simply Unbelievable!**

**ALC Review!**

"Married to Secrets" is the first book in the new Married series, narrated by Vernee Smith and Luke Welland. Bryce, much like his father and brothers, is a true Southern gentleman. When he meets the curvy goddess Jada, he falls hard and fast. He will stop at nothing and let no one stand in his way when it comes to showing Jada that she is meant to be his and only his.

Although Bryce and Jada's relationship may not have started under normal circumstances—since both had their own secret motives at the outset—there’s no denying their true feelings, attraction, and desires for each other. As they grow closer, they realize that there’s nothing fake about their relationship, and they can no longer hide the truth from each other. This revelation leads to some very spicy and sizzling moments between them.

Vernee and Luke’s narration of Bryce and Jada is simply amazing; it adds a deeper connection to the characters as they work together seamlessly to bring them to life beautifully. Vernee captures the essence of Jada as a strong, body-positive, independent woman who goes after what she wants and gets it. Luke does an exceptional job portraying Bryce as a self-confident, self-made billionaire with Southern charm.

I truly love Kelsie’s books, as she makes you fall in love with all her couples so easily, and Jada and Bryce are no exception. It's always an extra bonus when we get to catch up with some of our favorite couples from previous series while also getting to know future characters in the amazing world she has created. This new series stands out with its mystery, suspense, and jaw-dropping twists. I am on the edge of my seat, eagerly awaiting the next book in the series!

I received a free copy of this book and am voluntarily leaving a review.

Married to Secrets is the first book in the Married series written by Kelsie Hoss. Thank you to the author for the opportunity to listen to this ALC. Kelsie's books have been on my never ending TBR for a long time. I have not read the Hello series yet, but after reading Married to Secrets I will be! I went into it blind, so I did not know what to expect with her writing. Kelsie is worth all the hype I have seen on social media. If I didn’t have adult responsibilities, then I would have finished it in one day.

I absolutely swooned over Bryce and Jada. These characters are completely loveable and relatable. Both of them were thrown some major curve balls during this story. Bryce is faced with making a difficult decision - get married or lose everything he has worked so hard for. Jada is given a big bag of lemons and picks it up and makes lemonade with it beautifully. Their love came off as natural and magnetic. There were some pretty hot scenes, but I would not describe it as spicy. The steam is legit though. The plot definitely overrides the spice, and it is what will keep you turning the pages.

I am not sure if the previous series is as twisty, but this one was a wild ride. One secret is revealed, and then I think ok that is it. No, in fact the secrets just keep coming. It is very fitting for the title, obviously. One twist I did NOT see coming until it was right there on page...wow. There was a point where I thought everyone was suspicious. I trusted no one involved. Clearly, this story elicited a lot of feelings from me. That is what makes it a great read for me. I am 100% awaiting the next book in the series. I need answers! That cliffhanger is a gut punch. Kelsie has gained another fan and I can't wait to see what else she comes up with.
