Review of advance copy received from Netgalley
This is a great survey of American history and law focused on environmental policy. I appreciated that the authors acknowledged how policy was affected by racist ideals and the resultant impact on disenfranchised Americans. I was hoping for a few more legal case reviews, but the important ones were covered. The prose is a little dry, but informative.
