William A. Cohen, Ph.D. (Pasadena, CA) is an authority on leadership and strategy formulation and deployment. He gives speeches and seminars for the Industrial College of the Armed Forces, the Air War College, the FBI Academy, all four armed services, and corporations from Boeing to The Cheesecake Factory. He is the author of many books including The New Art of the Leader, The Wisdom of the Generals , and How to Make It Big as a Consultant (978-0-8144-7073-2).

الكتاب يلخص خبرة جنرالات، و يجمع منها ما له علاقة بالعمل و العلاقات العامة.
المعلومات المكتوبة فيه ليست بجديدة، و الغالب منها عام و مكرر في كتب أخرى، و موجود كذلك في مواقع الإنترنت التي تهتم بتطوير صفات الشخصية.

الكتاب تلاثة فصول الفصل المهم الثاني، الأول مقدمة بسيطة، والثالث نبدة عن الشخصيات التي تطرق إلى إقتباساتهم وحكمهم الكاتب.. لم اجد ان له داع.. على كل؛ الكتاب سيفيد اكثر من هم في مناصب إدارية -مدير- مثلا واي احد مهتم بالمجال القيادي في اي مهنة، الكتاب سلس وبسيطة وطريقة عرضه ليست مملة.

Many interesting quotes from generals concerning a variety of topics. Cohen pulls together five or six quotes on each topic and then puts them together in a helpful way. There are also brief biographical sketches on all those quoted in the book. My copy is a hardback copy.
