I found out about Sam's work via a podcast and as soon as I heard it i wanted to find out more. I love her exploration of the ancient people of Britain and it really resonated for me.

The book was a careful journey of explanation, evidenced sources and personal insight. She uses her own life to flesh out the theories.

I found it insightful, I want to know more and it really has renewed my interest in this area of history and spirituality.

I'm grateful for the teachings and the wisdom.

Loved this book! Sam's depth of knowledge is considerable and the way she weaves the ideas with personal experiences from many years of practice working with this shines through. It's so refreshing to have all the new age mumbo jumbo and practices from other cultures and traditions stripped back. In doing so Sam reveals the richness of what could well be indigenous practices rooted in the land, the waters, the plants and the spirit of the Isles of Britain and Ireland. Important work!
