The stars chose her. Fate demanded him. Together, they burned.
Kaelith is the Starborn Prince, unyielding, bloodied by war, and bound by a curse that ties his life to another’s. Fierce and unrelenting in battle, he shields those he loves with every breath, even when it costs him everything. Beneath his steel exterior lies a man who carries his realm on his shoulders, a protector who would rather bleed than let another fall. His love is not gentle, it is consuming, sacrificial, the kind of devotion that can save a world or shatter it.
Liora never asked to be chosen. Mortal yet marked by starlight, she is fiery, stubborn, and vulnerable in ways that make her both fragile and unbreakable. Torn between fear and duty, she discovers a power within herself that is as vast and dangerous as the stars that branded her. Her courage is raw, born not from destiny but from love and loss, and it is that courage that forces her to rise when all else crumbles.
Together, their bond is tested by betrayal, shadows, and the weight of sacrifice. But when the stars demand blood, and curses weave their cruel threads, love may not be enough to hold them together.
In a realm where light and shadow wage eternal war, one choice can tip the scales of fate. One sacrifice can change the stars themselves.
Incredible Beautiful Heartbreaking Funny Noora i have some words for you for that ending 😭 i loved it so much every chapter had me giggling until the end 🩷 these characters will stay with me forever

Noora was not playing around with this book because why did it consume my entire personality for days?
The action starts immediately and I’m not even kidding when I say I was thrown headfirst into this world. At first I was like wait…what is happening right now? But the second everything started connecting together, I was done for. Completely obsessed. Fully invested. Mentally living inside this book.
And can we please talk about this world! the atmosphere, the magic, the tensionI I genuinely felt like I was inside it. Every chapter pulled me deeper and deeper until suddenly I was neglecting real life responsibilities because I physically could not stop reading. Noora created a world that feels so vivid and addictive that even after finishing the book I still can’t stop thinking about it.
Also the slow burn! Oh. My. God. The tension was actually insane. Every little interaction had me giggling, kicking my feet, and internally screaming because the build up was torture in the absolute best way possible. I ate it up completely.
This book is not predictable…Every single time I thought I had figured something out, I was humbled immediately…That ending? Excuse me? My jaw was on the floor.
The FMC. Absolutely top tier character development. I loved her so much. Watching her grow throughout the story was one of the best parts of the book for me because she felt so real. Strong but flawed, emotional but resilient. I was rooting for her the entire time. Noora writes characters in a way where you genuinely connect to them and feel everything alongside them.
And the side characters! Why am I emotionally attached to all of them now…I loved how characters I didn’t expect to become important slowly ended up being such huge parts of the story. Every relationship, every interaction, every emotional moment. Perfection!
The magic woven into the characters and storyline was honestly incredible too. It felt unique, emotional, dangerous, beautiful…all at once. And yes, the 🌶️🌶️ was absolutely there and added perfectly to the tension without taking away from the plot.
This book made me laugh, stress, panic, cry internally, and emotionally spiral in the best possible way. I finished this book with emotional damage and a desperate need for book two immediately!
I really enjoyed Stolen Starlight and found myself completely pulled into the world Noora Kaafar created. The world-building was immersive, magical, and full of intrigue, making it easy to get invested in the story from the very beginning. The storyline itself kept me engaged throughout, with enough tension, emotion, and mystery to keep me wanting to read more. 🔥
One thing I did struggle with slightly was the number of names and characters introduced. At times, I found myself getting a little lost trying to keep track of everyone and their roles in the wider story. However, the strength of the plot and the emotional moments more than made up for it. By the end of the book, I loved all the characters and really enjoyed seeing how much they developed as the story progressed.
What stood out the most for me was the reveal surrounding Liora and her bond to the brothers. I absolutely loved the way this was revealed and developed. It felt emotional, satisfying, and added so much depth to the relationships and the overall story. The dynamics between the characters were one of the strongest parts of the book for me.
Overall, this was an engaging fantasy with strong emotional reveals, compelling relationships, and a beautifully crafted world. Despite occasionally feeling overwhelmed by the number of names, I genuinely loved the story and am excited to continue with the series.
Hopefully we won't be waiting to long for book 2, as I'm fully invested now 🤭
Stolen Starlight by Noora Kaafar is the kind of debut novel that makes you stop and think: "How is this a debut?"
The story follows Liora, a young woman trying to survive the bleak circumstances of her life. When a star falls to Earth, she tries to steal it. But that single act pulls her into a realm filled with magical beings, wonder, danger, and a world far larger than anything she could have imagined.
And from there, a truly beautiful romantic fantasy unfolds.
What impressed me most was how well thought out the worldbuilding is. The magical realm feels rich, vivid, and layered, without ever becoming overwhelming. It has that perfect fantasy balance of wonder, mystery, and danger, the kind of world you want to keep exploring long after you’ve turned the final page.
But the heart of the book is its characters. They are distinct, memorable, and full of life. Each one feels like they belong in the story, with their own voice, presence, and emotional weight.
This book made me laugh. It made me ache. And yes, it absolutely broke my heart
Noora Kaafar has written a debut that feels confident, heartfelt, and unforgettable. I cannot wait for the sequel!!!!
This book had me hooked from the first page, no lies, I swear! 🤩📖 I loved all the characters (except the bad ones) 😂. I could not put this book down; when I wasn't reading it, I was thinking about it. 🤔📚 There wasn't a part of this book I didn't like. I was smiling while reading and then crying like a baby (I won't spoil it). 😢😭 OMG, I can't wait for book 2; I need it now. 🙏✨ I will be thinking about this book for a while. 💖🧠
Well well well. I bought this book to support this wonderful author I met. Man oh man am I glad I did! Excuse me, where did you leard to write like this? and why did I feel I lived in the world of the movie Stardust? I LOVED IT! 🙌🏼 This book is so well written, the plot is amazing and the characters are someone you end up loving hard. Noora, thank you. This was one of the best books I have read this year, if I could give it 6 🌟 then I would! From the moment I opened it and read the first line to the last sentence. AND let me just say that I definitely didn’t see that ending coming, and I am very impatiently waiting for the second one to come out!
I really loved the humour in this — it balanced the emotional moments perfectly. The main female character was such a strong highlight for me, and I felt really connected to her journey. This story made me feel all the emotions, from laughter to heartbreak. A great, engaging read that kept me invested.
