Don't Be Shy: How to Beat Shyness and Face the World

Rate this book
Shyness is a psychological problem associated with a poor self-image, and a shy person's behaviour can often be misunderstood as snobbery or rudeness. It is a problem suffered, to varying degrees, by an enormous number of people. Dr Kenneth Humbly sets out a plan of action to build up self-image, learn social skills, gain confidence, sweep away devastating shyness, and project the real you to the outside world. He shows how to make conversation and how to be relaxed in company with the opposite sex.
