Awesome debut! I’m definitely hooked and want to see where Thalon and Leyla’s journey takes them. Smooth and easy read

Fae, Vampires, and Witches, oh my! What an amazing debut by K.L. Rutledge! I absolutely loved this story, it’s a rich blend of magic, tension, and character depth that pulled me in right from the start. Rutledge has crafted a wonderful foundation for what I hope becomes a long and thrilling series.
The characters were a real highlight for me. I enjoyed watching their relationships evolve and seeing how their personalities balanced and clashed in all the right ways. It’s clear that Rutledge has big plans for this world, and I, for one, am completely on board.
This is a great start, and I can’t wait to see where she takes us next!
