Korin Marek is a king in a kingdom built from blood and ritual. Rook Marlowe is the chaos that crashes through his gates.
At Greyhaven University, the Orders rule everything—mask, blade, and vow. The Thorns bleed for loyalty. The Aurelians kill for pride. The Nightingales sing for power. And in the middle of it all stands Korin—silent, calculating, untouchable.
Until Rook walks into the Foundry and swings first.
One hit shatters the balance. One touch ruins them both.
In a world of crowns, chaos, and control, falling in love isn’t rebellion— it’s surrender.
Order and Rook is a dark, standalone M/M romance set in a gothic university of secret Orders, brutal rituals, and dangerous devotion. Perfect for readers who crave power play, ruinous tenderness, and the kind of love that leaves marks.
⚠️ Content This book contains explicit sexual content, rough dynamics, blood, pain, praise, degradation, and devotion that borders on worship. Read responsibly—or don’t, but don’t say you weren’t warned.
I love this series with a passion. But the tension between the two characters is (chefs kiss). Also I loved Rook, he’s so unapologetically unhinged and does and says whatever he wants, until Korin puts him in his place. Loved their dynamic and how other orders tested their relationship. Can’t wait for other books by Sage to come out!
Loved it. Though I found the six-six cathedral thing a little too repetitive. Read from start to finish. If you ever write more in this series please do Jules and Blondie. I don’t know about together but like maybe each their own story. Anyways thank you!!!!
