Happy Dance! I can't tell you how ecstatic I was when Cass announced Hell for the Holidays. I've been waiting for a crossover. One epic storyline, multiple series, and a whole host of characters all converging just in time for the holidays. Hecks yeah!

The story takes place just after the events in Discordia University, Faetal Attraction, and Secrets of State U. While none of those cliffhangers get resolved, everyone does come together in the most unexpected way. An alliance is finally formalized, some super sleuthing is done, and a few other developments occur as well. I loved seeing the characters from the three series come together. It was complete chaos with a bunch of different personalities. It gave off one big happy family vibe. I enjoyed seeing who got along with whom, the different skill sets, and how they got along.

There's a lot of seriousness going on in the main series, but Holidays was a light read. It was fun. I read the entire thing in one sitting. I enjoyed seeing how well the groups mesh, better than I expected, that's for sure. The grumps in each group were certainly put in their places by the others. It was spectacular. However, it was the friendship forming between Kit, Rogue, and Morgana that really made me light up. They were so supportive of each other. They cared and were bonding over all the craziness they had to put up with. I could feel the humor and love flowing. There were some emotional developments across the board, but it was Kat's magical ones that caused my eyebrows to raise. I'm really excited to see where Cass takes this new development. Hell for the Holidays was excellent. My only complaint is that the group from the Misfit Protection Program missed out. Hopefully, Cass has another crossover planned with everyone.

It's a crossover!!!!

An unexpected but absolutely critical crossover.
I hope the readers are ready for this jelly.
Rogue and her mates have entered hell to find clues on who took Rebel, who bought Reckless and how to stop the oncoming war. They're intercepted by the royal demon Caliphate, who're all on basically emotional lockdown after the ending of 'ZS' where the big secret was revealed and Prince Jasper is all salty about it even though (spoiler) he knows what's up. Then men decide that KitKat and Rogue should have a sleepover and they call Morgana to make triple the fun.
The boy bands all split up into equal/balanced groups and go hunting for clues and the girl gang get ruthlessly drunk on fae wine and the big girls give KK some much needed advice and truths including the fated mates talk.
Throughout the book are the incredibly tender moments between each of the families as well as epic moments of stupidity, bravado and earnestness between the groups. A personal favourite is Lucas stepping up to the plate and trying to snap Jasper out of his funk and Kaspar attempting to redirect the education of 'young' shifters/hybrids and giving advice and instruction.
Also, KitKat and Oriel have a spicy moment which is a first for Kit and gives us all hope that this is all going to work out.
Also Dr. Dank is probably my favourite companion.
Also, also, I really think that Rogue and her guys have the hardest path to run right now and I really hope they get some better luck and answers soon.
As always the banter and snark are on point.
I love these books and I beg you all to read them, the bonus material, the novellas and literally everything Cassandra Featherstone publishes.

I feel like the cover of this book needs a cheerleader, because I was totally ready to grab some pompons and start to cheer some people on in "Hell for the Holidays". That moment where Lucas goes all in to tell our prickly prince what he thinks, was worth a personally writen cheer and choreo. And then there is that first spicy scene with Kat... Oh boy.

Honestly: this book makes total sense in the series. I know not everyone is a fan of holiday themed novella's, because quite often it feels like the story doesn't need them, but this one is totally different. I don't think the storylines of Kat, Morgana nor Rogue will be the same after this book where they all meet up, and that's why I am confident to say this book was needed. But it was also massively fun to see Kat, Morgana and Rogue getting drunk and sharing things with each other. A lot of these characters who got stuck in their ways, needed the outside perspective to take the next step, and I can't wait to find out what this means for their path forward. I'm not even sure anymore what book I would love next; I'm just here for the experience at this point.

So yeah, if you're still having doubts about reading this book: don't! It's absolutely needed to be able to read the rest of the series, and it was honestly one of my favorite books in the whole world so far.

I voluntarily reviewed "HELL FOR THE HOLIDAYS" This is an interesting, intriguing crossover with lots of humor, steam, secrets, lots to keep you turning the pages.
Kat, Morgan, Rogue visit with her educating her on mating, sex among other things was quite hilarious.
The three womens mates head out together to go through the University after one of them saw a light that shouldn't have been there they split in three groups they had their own tensions to deal with as well but humorous also meeting up with Keeper Arces.
Kat realizes she might have powers that may not have surfaced maybe til she mates.
The guys return after finding something they think Darkstar let someone into Hell to stow the book on campus to keep hidden Could they have stumbled onto the key to the larger organization Slade says I've never seen so many spell parts that almost demanded the use of my powers , its something big .
It could be a record or some sort of magical artifact or even a weapon found in a maze of magical puzzles being vetted before they mess with it so can't wait for next book to see what happens.

What a fun read!

This was everything I needed and more. All of the familiar faces. All of the banter. THE GIRL TIME!?!? Pure genius. I feel like we get to see so many different sides of our fave characters. Plus let’s be honest…. It can be a weeeee bit helpful when a person who is outside of that group calls things like they see them. Especially when it hits a few different people from different groups square in the jaw. Thank you Lucas for that. You adorable oversized teddy bear you. You deserve all the extra Li and Morgana snuggles for that. Poor Kit Kat got a crash course on girl time and an in depth *cough cough* education on species and potential needs. This was just overall a wonderful addition to this universe. I’m so ready for the bonus content to see what other shenanigans pop up.

Hell for the Holidays is a crossover holiday story with Discordia University series, Secrets of State U series, and Faetal Attraction series and is written by Cassandra Featherstone.

💜 found family
💜 fated mates
💜 mysteries
💜 girl bonding
💜 🌶 spice

This book picks up from where each of the above series have left off. If you have not read any of the series listed above, you need to do that before reading this book. I love how we get to see the different main characters from each of the above series interning with each other. This allows for greater world building along with character building. This was a fun addition to the storylines that each of the characters were dealing with in their own series. I had fun reading this book and can’t wait to see what will happen next in the different series.

This holiday crossover between Cassandra Featherstone’s three series (Discordia University, Faetal Attraction, and Secrets of State U) fills a gap waiting for her next release in each, and brings that bit more you didn’t expect as well (a little spice that brings a spark of joy too)

The combination of these series all set in the Legends of the Ouroboros universe, brings all your favourite unhinged supernaturals, shifters, fae, demons and hybrids together for a festive season mission together in Hell, to search for clues about the evil plans going down around them and search for one groups missing member. Short, sweet, a little spicy, and overall just fantastic. This holiday crossover is essential to the overall story plot, so don’t miss it, and if you haven’t read all her series, start there first, you won’t regret it 😎

I love Cassandra Featherstone and her books! So I was beyond excited to see this holiday novel with many of my favorite characters! I mean who doesn’t love crossovers?!!
This was such an awesome story! I loved that I was able to read about the different packs in this beautifully written story. I loved seeing the interactions amongst all the MMCs. And I especially loved how the FMCs are handling this group integration dynamics. I enjoyed witnessing this new sisterhood is there to support each other since they are surrounded by testerone filled alphaholes!!
Thank you, Cassandra Featherstone, for another incredible and titillating chapter in these sagas. I would love to see more crossovers in these series! I loved it and would be down to reading more of them! To be honest, I am down to read anything written by this wonderful author!

ARC Review! Hell for the Holidays

This novella is the perfect blend of State U, Discordia, and Faetal Attraction. The gangs all team up in hell to investigate all the mystery that they can’t seem to escape. This gives the girls the opportunity to have some much needed girl talk where a lot of truths that we were waiting for come out!

I love how each team’s most cantankerous members are given a reality check that just may be the push they need to pull their heads out of their behinds.

And Kat moving forward through her trauma is perfection! It’s no secret she’s my favorite!

Go read this book!

This crossover is just the best early Christmas present, in my opinion. I love the characters in all three of their respective series, but getting all of them together was even better than I imagined. I will need the author to continue these groups’ shenanigans. It is like the Scooby gang but on quadruple espresso shots! Loved seeing all the different guys interact and try to solve a mystery…in hell of all places. Morgana, Kat, and Rogue sitting around, swapping tales, and getting drunk on Scotch and fae wine was hilarious! It could have been twenty more chapters and I would have lapped up every page!! Loved it! Need more of it!!

It’s release day for Hell for the Holidays and I can finally shout about how much fun this book is. If you want festive chaos, undercover missions, supernatural tension, and a heroine juggling relationship drama with world-ending danger, this is your jam. Also, there is a baby phoenix. Enough said.

Huge thanks to @cfeatherstoneauthor for writing pure unhinged magic and @literaryinspired for organising the ARC.

Another well written, well plotted installment in this universe. This one is slower paced and is more situated into a boys and girls situation as the girls have a girls’ night while the guys split into teams and look for hidden artifacts. While each family deals with a lot in their individual series, this is a bit of a respite…. There is some action, but not to the level of the individual series.

Definitely read the books in each series AND the bonus scenes before you get here or it will make no sense.

Can’t wait for the next bonus scene to see the reveal the next day.

The recommended reading order is available on the author’s website.

This was such a great crossover between the Discordia University, Faetal Attraction and Secrets of State U series’. I loved getting to see the different groups interact for a longer span of time, and we’re able to see characters grow just a bit as they discuss their problems with each other. This book is definitely a must read in each series - a lot of vital information is given, so I think you will be lost if you skip ahead to the next book in each series. Overall, I really enjoyed it and can’t wait to see what happens next!

This was such a fun crossover novel between Discordia, Faetal Attraction and Secrets of State U.

Whilst the guys are looking for clues as to what has been happening, Kat, Rogue and Morgana are having a girls night. This really helps Kat out and we have our first spicy Kat scene. I can't wait to see how this develops and who will be next.

Morgana and Rogue also have their own moments.

I really hope there are more crossovers coming as it so enjoyable. I can't wait for the next book in any of the three series.

Kat, Morgana and Rouge get to have a fun and relaxing night together filled with very fun and informative girl talk, while their love interests get kicked out for the night to search Discordia for a mysterious item.
This book is a perfect lead up for both the holidays and connecting plot lines from the three series’s by their MCs exchanging knowledge, getting a chance to bond and learning that they can work together. We get both humor and intrigue when all the characters strong personalities clash and interact. It truly is filled with spice and everything nice 😉🔥

This book is absolutely brilliant. It brings the characters from 3 different series together flawlessly and moves each of the characters forward. I wasn’t expecting this book and it was a nice surprise when it became available. I now understand why there is so much sex in 2 of the series but not the third. Having Morgana and Rogue talk to Kat about sex is perfect and Kat finally gets some action, though not with who I thought would be her first. I can’t wait for the next book.

What do you get when three women decide to drink while their guys look around? Some hilarious and blunt conversations. While Kat's face imitates a tomato, Rogue and Morgana giggle and smile at her reactions. Meanwhile, the men are investigating the school grounds to, hopefully, find some clues about what's happening around the realms. Will there be holiday cheer or just cheers from each sip of alcohol? Who knows? Both sound fun.

This was such a cute read, and I adore having this crossover! I love how Morgana and Rogue are helping Kit figure out....the mechanics...of her mates, lol. Had some wonderful girl talk, while the guys were scoping out the dangers. The dynamics between all the guys was full of tension, and hilarious at times. I was cheering when Lucas told Jasper EXACTLY what he thought, and what we all wanna tell him, TBH. Kaspar even did very well with some of the guys he didn't know very well. Amazing read!

First off- a holiday themed book may not be everyone’s cup of tea, however, this one adds depth to the leads. Finding out more about Kat, Morgana and Rogue really helped to connect to them better. They finally let loose and you get to see another side of their personalities, it was so fun to read. The spice is 🌶️🌶️ the stars are 🌟🌟🌟🌟

Love all these characters, and really enjoyed their interactions we've seen already so was very excited for this. It was amazing. The way they were able to support and fill in knowledge gaps for each other, really helped move things along in a very natural way, not just in the conspiracy they all suspect, but also in their relationships. So excited to see what follows this!

Yowza! That was a lot going on. I loved that Kat, Morgana, and Rogue got to spend time together just the three of them with Kat getting a lot of excellent information *hint hint*. The discovery of this magical tome is probably going to be a big focus of the next Discordia U book along with the Games. Totally looking forward to it.
