This is the 5th book in the devil deciples series & the conclusion of vienna & gabriellas story & wow what a story & what a conclusion!!!
This starts off where hidden ended & it definitely started off with a bang!
I dont want to say to much about the story itself as it will ruin hidden for those who haven't read it yet & you need to read hidden to understand whats going on in healed but I will say this book had my nerves on edge jm johnson has a way to lull you into a false sense of security then when your not expecting it BOOM!!! shit is going down! Nico is still a sadistic pig & just gets more & more unhinged as the story progresses the stuff he does made me feel physically sick 😫
I loved that we got to see a lot of the other devil deciples members & their old ladies & 90% of the scenes with all the gang together had me laughing out loud the banter between all the characters was 1st class! And of course it goes without saying that if there's banter happening vienna is at the centre of it 🤣 he is a comedy god!
Vienna & gabriellas story is definitely a bumpy ride & the stuff they both go through & have to overcome is heartbreaking but watching them grow & work on their issues (not so much vienna hes a stick my head in the sand & deal with it a clowns way kinda guy) made my heart happy & of course it wouldn't be vienna & gabriellas story without the comedy some of their scenes were so funny the banter & also love between them was top tier!
Like all the devil deciples books please check your triggers healed is just as dark & depraved as the rest of them but if you can get passed the triggers please please please pick this series up it has you feeling every emotion & you definitely wont want to put the books down as they grab you from chapter one!

What a way to finish the Devil's Disciples series!
Healed picks up where Hidden left off, so you definitely need to read that first. I don't want to say too much because I don't want to spoil anything, but wow... what a story!
Vienna and Gabriella's story had me going through ALL the emotions I laughed, I cried, I got angry and there were moments when I wanted to scream at my Kindle!
Gabriella has been through so much, and my heart really broke for her. She is such a strong character, even when she doesn't see it herself. I loved watching her finally start to deal with everything she's been carrying.
And Vienna... honestly, I absolutely love this man! He is completely crazy, protective, possessive and morally questionable, but somehow, he is also hilarious. His way of dealing with problems had me laughing out loud.
The relationship between Vienna and Gabriella was emotional, intense and full of love. They've been through so much, and the ending was exactly what I wanted.
I also loved getting more of the Disciples family. The banter between everyone is one of my favourite things about the series. Some of the group chat moments had me crying with laughter!
This book has some very dark and difficult themes, so please check the trigger warnings before reading, but if you can handle them, this series is absolutely worth it.
I'm honestly sad that the series is finished, but in my heart of hearts I'm hoping it's just a see you laters!
And I have just one thing left to say...
I NEED A VIENNA!

This was the perfect conclusion to the Devil's Disciples and it didn't come easy. This series, especially this book, is a masterpiece in dark romance. For me, Vienna is the absolute gold standard for a morally questionable antihero. He would do anything for those he loves and to protect the innocent. He doesn't pretend to be good; he doesn't apologize for who he is and yet you cannot help but love this man in spite of that. He is intense, complex, ruthless, utterly captivating, dangerously attractive and absolutely hilarious. (The group chats sent me into orbit!) Gabby has lived a traumatic and horrendous life of torment and abuse. Her strength is other worldly. She really is everything you want in a heroine. In a world full of chaos and darkness she stands her ground with a grit and resilience that makes her a force to be reckoned with. The tension and dynamic between Vienna and Gabby is protective, passionate and raw. The way they love and have loved each other despite everything they have endured is deeply moving. If you love morally misaligned heroes who will burn down the world for their woman, paired with and FMC who has a backbone made of steel, this series is what you're looking for.

TTFN Disciples, but what a way to say goodbye. As with the rest of the series this was a rollercoaster of emotions from start to finish, at times I wasn’t sure whether to laugh, cry or punch the wall but there were plenty of full on laugh out loud, belly laugh moments - but it’s Viennas story so of course there were!! (The group chat scene and bar jousting duel had me crying with laughter!)
Jo has truly delivered once again.
There has never been a book of hers that I haven’t picked up and devoured from the first to last page and this was the same, I couldn’t put it down!
If you’ve been with the Disciples from the beginning then I’m sure you’ll agree that this Duet was everything we’ve been waiting for and wanted it to be. Just when I thought things couldn't get any more unhinged, along comes Healed.
Having been on this journey since book 1, Healed was always going to be bittersweet. The eagerness to read the next installment in the series, while also knowing that the end is drawing ever closer.
And yet, it doesn't feel like a goodbye...more like a 'see ya later'
Healed has all the insane and unhinged twists that the previous 4 books have. The dark elements that make you feel uncomfortable, the gory bits that make you clench your teeth, but also the banter, the camaraderie and the love.
To be able to be so consistent through 5 books, in a way that keeps the reader engaged from start to finish is a real skill and is testament to the Authors talent for weaving words and writing such likeable, real and raw characters.
This is a series I will never stop recommending to others, because everyone needs like they are a prospect waiting to be patched in to the Devil's Disciples family.

I would never have thought a dark romance could be so humorous. It was perfect, though. Because sometimes that is what you need in a book that can be really intense.
Gabriella was a lot stronger than she realized. I wanted to scream and yell at her and knock upside the head and call her stupid. At the same time, I completely understand she was doing what she thought she had to. But my heart was breaking for Vienna. They both definitely go through hell and back for each other.
Healed was the perfect book to end the series on. You get to follow the whole club while they support and protect each other.
This is a dark romance, not just in the spicy way, so you may need to check your trigger warnings if you have any. Because there is a lot. But it is worth the read. You do need to read Hidden first.

After the previous book cliffhanger I had to know what was next.
How was Vienna going to get out of that situation? And at what cost? And how that would affect his relationship to Gabriella?
And how would their relationship be received by the other club members?
I have to say that I was pleasantly surprised on how the author decided to aproach this subject and how the whole club behaved as a big family.
After a while we see her settling in the Devil's Gabriella became one of them and their interactions and mainly hers and Rachel's were perfect fot this story.
Just as the previous one is dark and has a lot of touchy subjects and several TW. So... I loved it!
How was Vienna going to get out of that situation? And at what cost? And how that would affect his relationship to Gabriella?

What an ending.
I’m so incredibly grateful to have received an ARC, and my gosh what a way to draw their story to an end.
Both Gabby and Vienna deserved their happy ending. The rings, my god the rings. Everyone knows how much of a joker Vienna is but he is still so incredibly thoughtful.
As per usual JM Johnson has knocked it out of the park, although, poor Heather, that’s all I’m saying!
I hope to see a return of Devils Disciples at some point because truthfully it will never be enough!!

Healed is book 5 in the Devil's Disciples MC series. It picks up Vienna and Gabriella's story where Hidden left off and Healed is every bit the rollercoaster of emotion that Hidden was. Their journey had me completely in tears one minute and laughing until my side hurt the next. This author has brought another fantastic, engaging, consuming story. From beginning to end there's nothing about this story, it's characters or the previous books in this series that is not absolute perfection!

Wow wow wow what more can i say. The wildest most amazing ride i have been on. All 5 books in this series, books 1-3 stolen, saved and salvation and then 4-5 hidden then healed are the most fantastic books i have ever read. The author pulls on every emotion and has the right balance for all. So sad for this series to end i wish there was more and more and more

Great ending to this duology. I have loved the whole series, I was captivated from the start all the disciples characters are just perfect even the birds. Honestly the humour and chosen family vibes and banter just make the book a million times better.

Another amazing book, hooked from page one, to say I love this series is an understatement. This book alone has everything you need in one book, laughs, tears, suspense, love and everything in between. Im absolutely gutted ive finished it but cant wait to have a reread of all the amazing characters and the story. Honestly hands down my favourite reads. Will never stop recommending these books.

Aaahhhh. I LOVED it. This one was so good! Talk about some Girl Power! The last chapter had me giggling so much! In other news, this author likes to pick at old scabs, but thankfully it was short lived. I’m so sad that we have to say ttfn, but so excited to see where else this author takes us.

Vienna is one of my all time favourites, I knew I needed his books since the very beginning! They absolutely did not disappoint either.
This book had it all, the banter, the gore and the spice! Honestly the group text message chapters had me in stitches!! Alongside this we have the most epic love story and some kick ass females (which if you know me, are my go to)!

I absolutely loved this book! The devils disciples have been a wild ride. Vienna is hilarious 99% of the time but his love and devotion to his childhood sweetheart is swoon worthy. Gabby is a force to be reconned with in this book too. Amazing read!
