The perfect little Halloween novella!!! I love Kiira’s writing and the characters she’s created. Willa and Ford were honestly so perfect. I always thought I didn’t like insta love…but every single time it just hits SO GOOD! And the Halloween party and the costumes and them going to the museum! And then bonding over their love of history! It was so so perfect!
If there’s one thing about me is that I love a MN reference!!!! Both Ford and Willa are from MN which means this is an automatic LOVE for me 😂 I truly am a simple girl! And I of course knew Kiira has a fictional MN hockey team in her universe! But I still get excited every time!

Spice: open door, but mild

Super cute! I loved how The Mummy was tied in. These two nerdy people had excellent chemistry. This was just long enough. I loved that instead of having them saying I love you after one night she just played on how they felt strongly for one another. I know instalove is common in novellas, but sometimes it's too fast. This takes place on Halloween, but it can definitely be read whenever.
