I LOVED the series and I loved that this bundle has extra bonus scenes 😍
Individual reviews here:

Book 1: The Rehearsal Fling

A "new" series. At least for me 😎 And it will be all single dads 🤩🥵
No, I'll never get tired of this trope 😁
This story is a one-night stand becoming a friends with benefits situation 🙈

Dylan is a perfect dad. I would have loved to have such a dad. My dad would NEVER go with me to dance practice. But Dylan does. Scarlett wants him at the "special someone" dance, so there he goes 🥰

I have a love-hate relationship with divorced single dads. Especially when the mom is still in the picture 🙈 Most of the time the ex is a bitch and I just hate her. She often does things to hurt the MMC. But on the other side, it makes the story interesting 🤣 Dylan's ex takes some time to get used to... She isn't the biggest bitch, but she isn't nice either. Especially with how their marriage ended 🤬

I'm very excited to read the stories about the other members of the single dads club.
I love that they met each other because they were at the play center with their kids all the time. And the kids found friends too, because of it 🩷
And yes, I read the titles of the other books, so I know there will be a book about Nate (Gen's brother) too. Even though he isn't a dad (yet) 😎

Book 2: The Nanny Tenure
5⭐|3🌶|13%🌶frequency

“I love my child. I love my child. I love my child.”
That's the first, but also the last sentence of the book 🤣
Of course, Liam loves his son. But yrah, Finn isn't an easy child 🙈 He is a Tasmanian Devil. Through and through. Really. This kid doesn't find a single silent second. And he does everything that could hurt him 🙈 But he is also very cute.
He also has problems speaking.
Liam is a wonderful dad. He does whatever he can to help Finn. But he is also working and can't take care of himself the whole day.
I said in a different review, I "prefer" that the mom of the kid isn't in the picture. Even though I love psycho exes 🤣 Finn's mom is principally in his life. And she loves him. But she is away for a year (that's already discussed in book 1 of this series).

Kennedy isn't Mary Poppins, but I think she is still the best that could happen to Finn 🩷 She is such a wonderful person. And she experienced a lot of 💩 in her life. Especially because she has epilepsy.

I love seeing side characters from previous books becoming MCs (outside of series). That's what's happening here. Kennedy is Taylor's little sister. Taylor is the FMC in "Tangled Ambition".
A lot of Kennedy's story was already part of Taylor's book. But it's all here again, so you won't miss anything if you haven't read it (yet).

There are two more books in this series. And I can't wait to read them soon. One is Jude's story. God, I'm so excited about his book 🤩 He is a widower. And the other book is Nate. He isn't a dad yet. It's an accidental pregnancy, yes, I absolutely love this trope 🤩🤩🤩

Book 3: The Dating Pact
5⭐|3🌶|13%🌶frequency

This is a cute and emotional story.
I already loved Jude through the previous books. I felt sorry for him. It's definitely not easy to be a widower with two small children. Especially Amelia. She was only one year old when her mom died 😭
There were a lot of surprises in the story. I don't talk about plot twists, just things I didn't expect to be this way, but I loved that it's this way 🩷

The pact Jude and Brooke made, lol, yeah, didn't go the way they planned it 🤣 It could have been a good idea, but I liked it better how it ended 😁 I loved the chemistry and all the connection the two have. It's such a special friendship. And it didn't even start as a friendship between them, but between Brooke and Jude's wife.

It's not just Jude who had a dramatic "thing" happen with the death of his wife. Brooke is a cancer survivor. Both happened around the same time, and that brought them stronger together.
There are a lot of things that have changed for Brooke. I don't know anything about endometrial cancer. So, it was informative for me. For example, the things that changed in Brooke's 🌽life. That she can't get 💦 anymore. But it's so cute how Jude reacted to all of that 😍 Not like Brooke's ex-fiancé 🤬

Even with all the sad things, there are a few funny scenes too 😁 So, it's a wonderful mix 🙂

And one thing is for sure, it's not always easy to fall in love with a single dad 😖 Kids can be wonderful, but they also can be a problem...

Wait for my review for the last book in this series. It's about the last of the friends. Nate is an "honorary member" of the single dad club because he isn't a single dad. He isn't a dad at all (yet)... 😉

Book 4: The Bartender's Baby
5⭐|2🌶|12%🌶frequency

I was looking forward to this book since the beginning of the series. Nate is something else 😁
He always was an honorary member of the Single Dad Club. Honorary because yes, he was single, but not a dad. And he never wanted to be a dad. He loves all his "nephews" and "nieces", but his own kids, no. And yes, that's totally fine. But sometimes life goes in other ways than we planned. And yeah...

Nate is the poster child of a golden retriever MMC. Abso-freaking-lutely 😍 And he is sooo 🔥🔥🔥 God. This cover model 🥵 He is so 100% my kind of man 🤩 That's why I love real people on covers so much 😁 And yes, that's 100% Nate. And if you know me, I'm an absolute sucker for dog dads 🤩 And OMG, Lucy... She is such a special dog 🙈 She's a bit crazy. Poor puppy 😞 But still so cute. Especially the scene when Nate put her in the baby carrier 🤣
And he has a LOOOOONG time crush on Tabby. More or less since they met. And now? Now she is pregnant by another man 😖 I so love this trope. Him not being the father but the dad 🥰 And OMG is he OTT protective. I'm so in love with Nate 🩷

Tabby is as special as Nate. She is a black cat. Suitable to his nickname for her "Tabby Cat" 😁 But she also had a very dramatic past, and please!!! check TW for this one! I know not everyone can read about it. I don't want to spoil anything for everyone else. Of course, I felt sorry for Tabby 😭 But she has Nate now and... I really have to stop swooning about him 🙈

This book is just so wonderful. But that's nothing new with Sophie's books. She just knows how to create wonderful men and them falling for the right (or sometimes not so right at this moment) women 🩷

I love that Sophie created additional content for these stories. It was this series that made me a fan of hers.

*The Rehearsal Fling*
Actually, I haven't read the first one until now. I tend not to follow the recommended reading order, lol.

But now things make more sense! Genevieve and Dylan's story was both spicy and captivating. Sophie brings a realness to it while also making it romantic.

*The Nanny Tenure*
I couldn't put this book down.

It was messy, heartwarming, steamy, and perfectly imperfect. Liam (36) needs help fast, Finn is an adorable 3-year-old, but being a single dad is harder than he thought. Kennedy (24) was a ray of sunshine who let her insecurities get the best of her.

However, her best decision was to introduce herself to the hot professor and interview to be his nanny.

It's not insta-love as they fight their attraction but the sizzle is there.

*The Dating Pact*
I was curious if something would come out of Brooke and Jude's friendship and it did. Their story is an emotional one that progressed naturally from friends to more, these two know how to communicate, their banter is 100% recommended.

A sweet, funny, and steamy read with relatable circumstances and obstacles.

*The Bartender's Baby*
It's time for the single guy in the daddy's club to find the woman and the child he never knew he wanted.

This is the last book in the series and I enjoyed it, in Sophie's way the Nate and Tabby felt real with real life baggage and hurdles to overcome.

Nate was a swoon-worthy book boyfriend, he really went out of his way to show Tabby that they were worth it.

I was given a free copy of this book and I'm voluntarily leaving an honest review. All thoughts and opinions are my own.

I have read each of these books individually, but having the whole crew together in one omnibus?? Perfection. I think Sophie Andrews writes my favourite MMC. They’re all bf/husband goals. I could read this series over and over and notice new things each time I do. I love the FMCs as well. They’re all real, developed individuals with flaws and personality and I just love how relatable the whole series is.

As a side note, Sophie is also lovely as an author/hunan being. Any time I’ve messaged her, she’s responded with such kindness. So 5 ⭐️ for her as well. I definitely recommend this omnibus if you don’t have all the books individually, but also all the other books she’s written are great too.

Delightful Reading

Sophie Andrews is a very talented "can't put it down" type of author. Yes, there are some really steamy moments in these incredible books, as well as chuckles, sighs, and perhaps a few tears. Andrews is able to combine humor and love, alongside major life challenges, yet realistic events and believable characters to create balanced entertaining books.
