Rate this book
Something is changing inside her. And it threatens to consume her.

Lucia can’t explain the visions that haunt her — a red‑haired girl dying in her arms, the taste of blood turning sour, a warmth growing inside her that has lingered for centuries but now refuses to be ignored.

Branded by a mark from an ancient rite and driven by vengeance against a priest, she searches for answers. But when a claw print surfaces at a building site, Lucia must ask: is their old foe rising again, or is it a cruel trick laid by the coven on her trail?

Across a labyrinth of mystery and peril, Lucia faces danger at almost every turn. With only a handful of friends to shield her, she must uncover the truth behind her pain, her visions and the mark left in concrete.

Will there be an end to her wandering through the night and will the revelation bring closure… or unleash a darkness no one can contain.
A tale of fractured memory, vengeance, and forbidden power — perfect for readers of dark fantasy who crave intrigue and danger woven through every page.

About the author

Milo Spires

Milo Spires writes brutal, lyrical dark fantasy where vampires, werewolves, and ancient gods collide in the Lucian War. His debut, And Still They Feed, unleashes the raw horror of true werewolves—twelve‑foot carcass‑beasts, relentless and rotting, tearing through worlds of loyalty and blood. Milo’s work is ritualistic and cinematic, fusing poetic violence with mythic atmosphere to drag readers into the abyss. Beyond the page, Milo thrives in strange architectures—ritual gyms, broken machines, and mythic engines—always building, breaking, and remaking worlds.
