Okay... okay.. my apologies to the men of the NY Nighthawks because Micah Daughtry just may be my favorite. I am absolutely in love this generous, possessive, little bit stalkery man 🥵!!! While I loved Rylin as well, I couldn't help but give her a literary side eye because she gets him 😒🤣. Their story was so good. I loved it.

I love the Nighthawks Series from Fiona Davenport.

Full Contact gives us all the instalove goodness, with Micah falling hard and fast from the moment he lays eyes on Rylin in The Tight End. I love how caring he is towards her, and how much he supports her in anyway she'll allow him to.

Rylin is a independent, strong willed FMC which makes you like her even more. She doesn't want handouts or to be viewed as charity, so works herself to the bone to ensure she's able to support her younger sister.

Nice short read, which will give you the feels and have you rooting for Micah and Rylin from the start.

I loved this one, it might just be my favourite of the series. Micah was so gentle and patient with Rylin, it was so sweet and tender, and then he would go completely feral for her during steamy times. He was the perfect dichotomy for an OTT obsessed MC and I enjoyed every moment of it. Rylin was brave and stubborn and had life knock her down way too many times to take things at face value. She made Micah work for it, but not it a mean way or even a conscious way, just a please make me feel safe way. And boy did he ever deliver! Even when she tried to pull away, he’s fight for her right back and showed up for her every-time. Pretty low in drama all things considered though. There were a few spelling mistakes and I wasn’t sure how they got from in bed in her apartment to in his bed in his from one chapter to the next. But they didn’t take me out of the story too much. No cheating or OM/OW drama, virgin FMC, dual POV, lite breeding kink, HEA and a steamy epilogue to end it off. Really hoping to get her sister Reese’s story, maybe even with a team member?!

Another Nighthawk I swooned over. He knew what he wanted and nothing is standing in his way not even the no dating the boss rule she had in place.

Micah Daughtry the co-owner of The Tight Line restaurant and pro football player for The New York Nighthawks. He has been looking for his Mrs. Right for a long time and finds it with Rylin Curtis a waitress working at his restaurant. These two couldn’t be more different in their life situations.
I loved Micah in his easy manner, he was obsessed with making her happy and making life better for her and building her confidence. I am all for br££dıng and he gives us that in spades, HOT! Rylin was strong, upbeat and determined to make it on her own even when everything was dragging her down with exhaustion.

Micah just might be my favorite Nighthawk and that saying something. I absolutely adored Micah and Rylin’s story so much. Micah has been teased by the team for a while because his dates never go past the first one. If they aren’t gonna be forever, he isn’t wasting his time.

In comes Rylin. Independent, working to save her sister from their mother and refusing to take a handout from anyone. Especially the co-owner of the deli she works at.

I loved that Micah wasn’t afraid to stand up for Rylin and also helped support her dreams. Dreams she had to put aside and didn’t think she would ever accomplish.

Their chemistry was incredible and that kitchen scene on the counter was smoking hot, but the epilogue was even hotter. This was another incredible installment from the Nighthawks and I can’t wait to see who falls next!!!

Micah & Rylin are ten stars & a favorite couple! I LOVE that he works gently to get through her tough shell. He doesn't pressure her (of course) but shows up for her every day, showing her she can count on him. I also enjoyed seeing more of the deli he & Raiden created.

Rylin is so strong & resilient! And talented. When Micah discovers her secret, the way he encourages & supports her - again not pressuring her but creating a safe space for her dream... perfect!! The love & relationship with her sister also made me smile.

This is a slow burn that explodes into lots of 🌶🔥🌶🔥🔥🔥 when they get there. 😄 I love their interactions so, so much! Also very much enjoyed the way she finds out she's pregnant. That was worth a few chuckles. 😁

As we all know, from reading others in this series (you have, right?!), there's not much that can stop these guys from securing their forever loves, and the singlemindedness of Micah was very entertaining.

The insta-love energy around his teammates wasn't a big concern for him, until Rylin and her sweet determination caught his attention - and he was smitten. Sooo steamy!!!!

I happily lost myself in the OTT, intense passions between these two, and the pages turned much too fast... I think I'll have to enjoy it again!! :)

I recommend this author duo, and there numerous addictive and entertaining books. Once done with this series, please visit their catalog for more unforgettable reads.

Micah is a professional football player for the Nighthawks and a partner in a restaurant. From the moment that he sees Rylin, one of the waitresses, he knows that she is the woman he has been waiting for and now he needs her to realize it as well.

Rylin is focused on working as many hours as she can so that she help the person she cares the most about, however it is taking longer than she wanted. She can’t afford to be distracted by anyone or anything and that includes getting romantically involved with her boss.

The chemistry between them is intense. Micah is both protective and patient as he supports Rylin in working toward her dreams and showing that she is no longer alone.

The last story this far in the Nighthawks series and what a delight that was. Micah is searching for his One for years and he never found her, because no woman even got to the first date stage. But everything changes when he gets into his diner 'The Tight Line' and sees the new waitress Rylin. Rylin had a hard upbringing and just needs enough money to get her little sister from her abusive mother. Micah feels that Rylin needs patience and love to finally give herself and Micah a chance. Instalove, age gap, down on her luck heroine, sweet, steamy, fun to read, sweet banter ,romantic and safe with a sweet HEA and no drama😍😍😍😍😍

Love this team so much! Rylan was just breaking my heart. She’s working so hard and just barely holding on. In comes Micah. He sees her - really sees her. He doesn’t take over. He wins her over and helps her to see herself like he does. So good! I freaking loved this one - couldn’t put it down! Short, sweet and steamy!

This was a wonderful book! I love Rylin and Micah. Rylin is struggling and is barely getting by but Micah sees her. I really enjoyed Micah taking his time with Rylin and supporting her every which way he can. This is a little bit of a slow burn but gets very steamy! I really enjoyed this book and I am looking forward to more soon.

The Nighthawks are a great football team and each of their members is finding love. Micah partnered with his friend and teammate to invest in a restaurant, what the least I hope was that ahi would hire Rylin who would be the woman of his life. The story of these two is very beautiful, wanting to protect her and she being independent and wanting to achieve their goals. The happy child and waiting to read the following stories.

Usually Fiona's insta-love books start with the couples jumping right into the nitty gritty, but these last couple of the New York Nighthawks books have the guys playing the slow and long game. No pun intended. Nothing like the slow and steady sexual buildup. Whew!! I really loved Micah and Rylin's story and can't wait for the next book.
