Marked For Havoc: An Alien Fated Mates Romance

Rate this book
It was supposed to be a business trip… How did it turn into a fight for survival?

If she doesn’t want her family’s business to wind up as broken as her newly voided marriage contract, Maddison needs a miracle. Too bad for her, the universe is all out. Her ship was shot down. Her plans have exploded. And her best shot at staying alive is a brooding beast of an alien with horns, fangs, and a crazy conviction that she belongs to him.

She’s been hurt too often to trust easily, but there’s no way to survive without his help. He’s the most dangerous male she’s ever met… a threat to their enemies and her heart.

**Buckle up. This sci-fi romance contains an alien with fur, fangs, horns, and a very possessive attitude when it comes to the woman he’s claimed for his own.

This page-turner is a quick read with excellent world building, lots of action, and plenty of found family. Maddison's space ship, the only thing she got from her abus1ve ex-husband after their d1vorce, has crash landed on an unknown planet. She herself had landed in a shuttle with 2 of her shipmates, one of them her bodyguard and good friend. Maddi is a lot stronger than she knows, and she is determined to survive.

Havoc is one of the fa'rel, a small group of alien males living on the planet. They are fighting the verexi, their former masters who are now trying to eradicate them. Havoc and two of his brothers in arms rescue the three women from the crash site. Both Maddi and Havoc are not in the market for a mate, but fate has other plans. It's instalust and instalove between the two of them.

There are a couple of twists in the story that I really enjoyed and I would actually have enjoyed hearing more. I regret that I read the previous books in the series so long ago, because I would have loved to remember more details from those stories to see how they tied in with this book. I just may have to reread them now.

This is book 7 of the crashed and claimed series by Susan Hayes. I really enjoy this series and was happy to get to read the book. This one followed Maddison an abused divorced human whose ship crash lands on the planet where our MMC, Havoc has been living and is unable to leave. Havoc and two of his “brothers” rush to find and help the survivors of the crashed ship. The three men divide up between the three surviving women and Madison is paired up with Havoc. While Initially both are hesitant with each other after they touch one another, they have an instant connection and we follow them as they develop their relationship and escape across the planet. I really enjoyed this book. The characters went together really well and there was good emotional connection. I am excited to read Susan Hayes next book.

A quick and entertaining 130+ page read about human women who crash land and on what they think is an uninhabited planet.

Maddison is sent in an escape shuttle with her female bodyguard and a crew member of her space cruise ship. Three local Maddison, Loris and Joy. Three alien men show up at their shuttle’s
crash site after seeing a spaceship crashing into
The planet’s atmosphere. The men are eager to find the women and potentially claim their mates.

Some instant sizzling attraction, drama/suspense on when anyone would follow the distress beacon the women had turned on and plenty of action in this quick read.

Havoc finds his mate and answers to what happened to him and his breathren.

I received a free ARC from the author and 1852 Media; and I am voluntarily leaving an unbiased review.

I loved all seven books in Crash and Claimed by Susan Hayes and would happily read more. This is a vivid, heartfelt world I’m not ready to leave, and I would be thrilled to see it continued—or expanded into a new series—to further explore this next phase: how they build a thriving planet, welcome new arrivals, and shape a shared future. I would especially love glimpses of our original friends and the lives and families they’ve gone on to create.

Susan Hayes is an extraordinary storyteller, and this world feels far too alive to be left behind. I have no doubt she could bring it back with the same heart, imagination, and emotional depth—breathing new life, love, and adventure into a universe readers would happily return to.

The Touch That Sealed
When their shuttle crashed on the unknown planet the three human women were met with three dangerous looking males. Pairing off is the safest way to escape the hunters who want to kill everybody. Maddison is intrigued by the calm that Havoc seems to possess and he is intrigued by the fragile person she seems to be. Being together on the trip to his home they have to depend on each other and finding the deeper personalities that both try to deny. Once they touched, they knew it was for forever. Lovely romance with a surprise at the end.

Susan Hayes's Marked by Havoc is part of the Crashed and Claimed series, featuring fierce warrior Havoc and human female Maddison, newly divorced and eager to make it on her own on the out of date space liner she won as the divorce settlement. Her nasty ex has arranged for the ship to be taken over, but instead it crashes where Havoc and his brothers are living. The males and several women separate to avoid detection by their old owners, and Havoc and Maddison team up to get to the base camp. Much comes out as they travel. They are fated mates, Havoc's people had actually been kidnapped as children and their families have been located! Can't wait for the other stories!

This was such a fun read and a great adventure romance. Poor Maddison thought she got out ahead by getting the space liner out of her recent divorce, but she didn't realize what her ex had in mind for her future :( Thankfully, if I can say it this way, the ship crashed rather than being overtaken. Here she meets Havoc, a male that has all kinds of plans but no plan for a fated mate. Lol! Maddi ends up finding out that she's way stronger than she thought and gets the HEA of her dreams. I found this romance entertaining and a page turning read. Good fun!

Madison thought that the problems with the company she received in her divorce was problematic, however those problems become second to crash landing on an alien planet. What could have been a bad situation becomes something more when she and the others are rescued by Havoc and his fellow aliens.

The series has been very entertaining. Havoc is just right for Madison. He is a thinker and isn't as quick to react as some of his brethren. Madison isn't as helpless as you might expect. She is a strong character.

This is the sixth instalment in the sci-fi romance Crashed and Claimed series by Susan Hayes. Maddison is the owner of the spaceship that crashed on a planet far from their planned flight route. This time it is her story, meeting and being claimed by one of the alien fa’rel hotties that inhabit this planet. After her rocky marriage and divorce, she is understandably leery, but Havoc is the right man for her. Susan Hayes always delivers a fun story, with enough twists along the way to keep things exciting, and a guaranteed HEA. A great choice for for an afternoon’s stress-free escape.

Well, Madison is in for an adventure of a lifetime when she is shot out of space and lands on a rugged planet. She is definitely not the adventurous type, but she’s going to have to make do if she is going to survive. Then she meets big and brawny and very alien Havoc and they split off from the group. Havoc always had a plan and it didn’t include meeting a little human woman. But Fate has a funny way of creeping up on you. Will will Madison survive the rugged terrain with her heart intact?

A great ending to a heartfelt sci-fi series. This series had it all. I love fated mates, the guys have a brotherhood, they’re covered in short fur with horns but they’re all man. Each book has a wild adventure where the fa’rel learn that human women are tougher than they look. The storytelling brings it all to life and the sexy times are smoking. I will miss these guys but the HEA was stupendous! And don’t forget to get the Bonus Epilogue.

Susan Hayes has written another five star read! I have loved the Crash and Claimed Series but I am glad the storyline is moving in a different direction. Maddison and Havoc have great chemistry and their character development is a worthy read. I love that we get to “see” Rage and Mercy. I so enjoy when we get a glimpse of previously loved characters. I look forward to what happens next…I will keep a watchful eye out for the next release. Worth every penny readers. Download and enjoy❤️❤️

Great Ending

This last story was a great ending to an enjoyable series.
Madison and Havoc were good for each other. They had past experiences that helped them relate to each other. There was no high drama or third act conflict.
I loved the way the author tied everything together from whay happened in the first book to this one. We even got a couple of surprise HEAs.
As always great world building.

Marked For Havoc is a wonderful addition to the series. Havoc is as big and brawny as his brethren but he lives in his head. He always has a plan. But he never could have planned for Maddi. Maddi wasn’t made for adventuring but darned if this isn’t the best adventure of her life. Insta-love, danger and finding out that she’s stronger than she believes. Another winner.

I saw this pop up and grabbed it as a fun, quick, light-hearted read this week. I didn't realize it was the last book in the series and I haven't read any of the others. I don't know the backstory but this was just a "meh" story to me. For anyone who actually read the series, it had some information and probably felt good to get resolution.

Yay for Havoc & Maddie and the rest of the gang! HEA for all!

Fabulous conclusion to a great series. I will miss these beings! I would love to see Hooper and Maddison's ex get what they deserve as well. Maybe we could drop in on everyone in a few years? :)

A fabulous story that I love. I hope this isn't the end of the series. I love the ending of the story. Madison get a happy ending that she needs after an abusive marriage. Havoc isn't looking for a mate, just a way off the planet.

Havoc—like his brothers—is possessive, protective, and ruggedly alien in all the best ways. Maddison's resilience is inspring. I enjoyed watching her grow beyond her past trauma and embrace the bond and chemistry between her and Havoc. They make a great couple and a great team.

Not bad for alien fated mates romance. I enjoyed this well written story and characters created by the author. Havoc and Maddison are from different worlds but meet when her ship crashes onto the planet he is on. And of course there are bad guys to fight so love can win.

All of the books in this series are very short. That's not to say they aren't enjoyable, but just when you get into the story it ends.
