Following the Guidestones: A practical guide to reading, studying, and discussing God's Word

Rate this book
Following the Guidestones offers a fresh, accessible way to engage with Scripture, especially for those who have ever felt unsure where to begin or struggled to make sense of what they are reading. Based on strategies I learned and implemented as a reading teacher, the Guidestones offer a simple, strategic framework to help readers identify key clues in the text and ask meaningful questions that lead to deeper understanding.

This book is more than a study tool. It’s an invitation to slow down, think critically, and meditate on God’s Word in a way that’s personal, practical, and transformative. Whether you are a new believer or have known Christ for years, Following the Guidestones will equip you with a shared language and a clear path to grow in your faith, connect with others, and follow Jesus more closely.

I wanted to read this book because Brandon is a great friend of my sons. Brandon is a former educator and loves to read. He has great insight.

The guidelines in this book were very inspiring to me. They will help me to do more diligent study of God's Holy Word. I enjoy reading my Bible daily and continue to learn so much because of the Holy Spirit in my life.

If you want to be a better Bible student, please read this short and concise book. You will not be disappointed.

This is a great read for those who want to help their reading and understanding of God’s Word better.

Not a devotional, but a text that supports Scripture reading in a way that will help you ask questions about what God is saying in Scripture, and what He wants you to do about it.

The guide stones listed in this book are stated clearly and in a concise manner. When I read this book (and how I will re-read it in the future) it helped me understand how God has outlined His Work and plan.

This book might be under 125 pages, but it has great insight and depth to Scripture.

It is a must have in your tool belt of understanding Scripture.
