He has lost his way and life just does not make sense. Elizabeth has been in love with Dominic since she was a little girl. H. O'Neill was born on a small island and lived there until she was eight; her father then decided to go active in the military, and the family traveled the world. O'Neill is a wife and the mother of two wonderful children. Validity is her first book.
I received a copy of the ePub from the author in exchange for an honest review.
It is refreshing to read a novella about a powerful woman. Elizabeth Massello is determined to help her childhood secret crush Domenic Taylor overcome his loss. O’Neill shows the reader that there is a strong connection between these two characters. Their individual personalities are reveled via their dialogue and actions. The secondary characters add layers to plot as well. The story moves quickly. The twists and turns are unexpected and shocking. The title certainly suits the story. A fun afternoon read.
Love it! I wish there was more but it was a good read. The characters Elizabeth is so cool. Loved her! Dominic is in trouble and she comes to help. I love that she does not follow any rules. She is bold just like a man would be in her situation. The drama does move quickly that's why I wish there was more. The story was interesting and the characters too.
I love that this book showcases the lead female as the successful, strong and sexy powerhouse. Unlike so many other books that portray the male as such. The characters draw you in and keep you entranced. My only wish is that it would have been longer. Great writing can't, wait to see more from this author.
I did enjoy this book. It was too short! The copy I received had some grammatical errors...??? I enjoyed the strong female lead. Nice to see this change! I think the characters could have disagreed more. A book where strong willed opinionated characters clashing is great entertainment!
I love how confident the main character is. For the fact that she doesn't use her good look to get what she wants. It's resoectful. its very detialed which I absolutely love because it almost seems like im right there when its happening. I Cant Wait to Read More! .
While I felt the storyline and concept had great potential, the execution was lacking. The grammatical errors, missing words and misused words were very distracting. I believe this story would've been much better suited to have more detail to benefit the characters and support their personalities. Elizabeth was strong woman, yet she was with him intimately on the same day as she arrived to find him passed out, naked in bed with a woman whom he clearly had used several condoms with - REALLY?! Dominic was devastated by his father's death but seems to turn it around as soon as Elizabeth snaps her fingers. It all felt rushed, creating a whiplash of personalities for the characters. With a little editing and a more realistic timeline of events this novella has potential, but for me it's just not there yet.
