At the end of book1 Sin found out who Bleu really is and why she wanted to infiltrated herself in The Fellowship. Bleu left Sin and Edinburgh and returned to her father and sister. She’s taking care of her father who is dying of cancer. Three months have passes, but she still thinks about the man who stole her heart. She knows no other man will make her feel the way Sin did. All this time, Bleu thought she was safe, that she hid from the Fellowship, but she couldn’t be more wrong. Sin had known from the beginning where Bleu was all this time.
“I have eyes on her at all times, even when they’re not my own. I safeguard her from harm.”
Abram’s men are hunting Bleu and they are getting close. Sin doesn’t want to harm Bleu, all he wants is to protect her. There’s only one way to stop Abram from hurting Bleu – Sin must marry her, since all the wives and children are protected. They marry and move to Edinburgh. Bleu is safe now, but she’s still obsessed with her mother’s killer. Even if now she’s convinced that Sin’s father is not the killer, all she wants is to find out who killed her mother.
Life goes on, Bleu and Sin want to have a baby, so they make an appointment with a fertility specialist. As the story progresses things get complicated. Bleu is convinced Abram is the one who killed her mother, but she needs prove. There are some obstacles in Sin and Blue’s way, but they love each other and they are strong together, until one day when their life changes.
Even if it wasn’t as suspenseful as the first book in the series, I enjoyed this one. I loved Bleu and Sin together. Sin was just great in this installment. He wants to protect Bleu and he puts her before everyone. He is sweet and tender, considerate and attentive, perfect Bleu. Bleu is still a strong woman. She a great sister wanting to protect Ellison and a great daughter. Sin and Blue are perfect for each other. They support each other and they are trying to be strong together.
The sex scenes are hot and I enjoyed the storyline. The drama here is not overwhelming, which I also enjoyed and of course the book ends with a cliffhanger, a big, ugly cliffhanger.
Overall, this was a great installment and I can’t wait to read the third and final book in the series.

In this second installment, Bleu believes she’s safe. She’s with her sister and no one knows how to find her. Unfortunately, she’s mistaken. Sinclair knows where she is and he’s keeping her safe from distance. Until some members of “The Fellowship”, leaded by Abraham are close to finding her, so Sinclair does the only thing he knows to keep her safe: ask her to marry him.
However, nothing is safe anymore, not even inside the fellowship. And when Bleu’s revenge becomes a dangerous obsession, Sinclair doesn’t know how to keep her safe. Not with so many threats around them and Bleu’s thirst for revenge is bigger than her own safety.
Let me start by saying that I liked this second installment and the direction the story is taking. So why I’m giving it only 3.5 stars? The first 40 to 50 % were SO BORING. It looked like the first half of the book was used to describe two or three events. Luckily, it really picked up and the action and the drama started to happen I and loved the second half. (Otherwise this rating would be much lower.)
I can honestly say that I can’t wait for the last book to see how all this will end up!

Characters Development: Finally, Sinclair decided to man-up and do what he wanted and not what “The Fellowship” or his uncle. He finally started to put Abraham in his place. I can say that I liked him more in this book, than in the previous. Bleu, although I admire her strength and fierceness, sometimes that strength borders the “stubborn and reckless” line, and that wasn’t a point in her favor. But I liked her anyway, I want to see how she will deal in the next book with the big changes she suffered.

3.5 “Into me…you see” Stars
I’m a bit torn on this book, I did and I didn’t like in equal proportions. The direction and speed at which the story line went was pretty fast for the couple but on the other hand I love Sin and his family so I was all in.
I think in this installment Bleu was lacking as a heroine and got out shined by her sister Ellison. Sin however was step up and swoon worthy and I was excited to get back to Edinburgh, Scotland.

Overall this was an okay second book that ends on a cliffhanger that has my interest peaked and excited to rescue Bleu. Who is Bleu’s mother’s killer? Please bring Ellison to Scotland and of course good old Uncle Abram is pretty obvious so I’m assuming there has to be more to it than that.
”I don’t think you fully grasp how much I love you, Bleu. I’m willing to change the rules for you.”

In this second book in 'The Sin Trilogy', Bleu is back in the States. As she tries to reorient herself to her old life, she struggles with her new reality without Sin. Faced with the impending death of her father, she's in no position to go on the run.
Unbeknownst to her, Sin has been watching her from afar. His uncle, continues to hunt for Bleu and Sin has no intention of letting him kill the woman he loves. Regardless of Bleu's betrayals, Sin has every intention of keeping the woman he loves. He has plans which will ensure Bleu's protection.
After sharing his plans with Bleu, they must convince her father that his plan is in Bleu's best interest. Begrudgingly, Bleu's father concedes that Sin is in the best position to protect his daughter. In no time, Bleu and Sin are returning to Scotland.
I really enjoyed how their relationship grew in this book. There were many intimate and touching moments. No longer are there any doubts about Bleu or Sin's intentions. They were unified in every sense of the word.
The second book definitely packed a few punches. It ends with a big cliffhanger that had me diving into the next book immediately. I can't wait to see how this story plays out!

Beware….there may be spoilers ahead!!!!
A Next Sin, 2nd book in Georgia Cate's brilliant The Sin Trilogy continues Bleu & Sin’s story…I could not wait to get into this book….after the epic ending of A Necessary Sin, where Bleu, after Sin discovers her “secret”, leaves him chained to the bed and flies off into the night…I just had to know what NEXT??? And for the next couple of hours of reading the next chapter…I was going something like this…..
This series just keeps getting better and better. I cannot get enough.
More murder, suspense, action, steamy and sizzling sex, twists and turns, more surprises!!!! What a ride!
Three months in hiding in Memphis, after leaving Scotland in a hurry, You handcuffed me to my bed and left me there while you walked out of my life. I'm not over that yet.
Bleu Mac Allister is still living a life of uncertainty and hoping that she has managed to escape from The Fellowship’s radar. Spending time with her sister, Ellison and her dying father, she feels that nothing will ever be the same in her life as before.
What she doesn’t know is that Sin Breckinridge has been watching her the entire time.
I loved the characters development in this book. Discovering more about Harry, Bleu’s father….the scene where Sin and Harry talk about Bleu is so emotional…blew me away. Loved Ellison, Bleu’s sister….she’s like a breath of fresh air.
I fall more and more in love with Bleu and Sin as I get to know more about them. The chemistry between these two is absolutely stunning.
Great writing, great dialogue……fantastic characters and settings…..what’s not to love about this story!!!!
Okay, so not wanting to give spoilers away…let me just say……..if you want a great read…get this series!!!!

That fucking Scottish bastard! He waltzes into my life after we're apart for three months and asks me to be his wife. A man is supposed to go to his knee and declare his undying love with pretty words before asking his beloved to marry him. That's not at all I got from Sin. No knee, No declaration of undying love, No pretty words followed by a question mark.
The jerk just tells me to marry him and then swaggers out the door without making love to me.
I would consider killing him if I didn't already know how painful it is to live without him
I'll be married to Sinclair Breckenridge and "The fellowship" until my dying breath, I'll be keeping company with liars, thieves and killers on a daily basis.

3.5 - 4 ★'s
After the way the first book ended, I was so happy to be able to read this one right away. Some truths came out and Sin was left with his hands tied! ;) Thankfully, Sin won't let that stop him and he intends to make things right.
I was both happy and a little teeny bit disappointed at the way things worked out. Loved that they did...disappointed that it was too easy. I wanted more angst!!
Again, we get both their POVS and it really helped to know and understand what the other was going through.
But there's bigger matters at hand that both Bleu and Sin need to attend too. Things in Memphis were pretty heartbreaking but fairly quickly, Bleu and Sin are headed back to Scotland and Bleu can't just let things be.
Not only are Sin dealing with The Fellowship but their relationship and Bleu's physical problems. The last basically forces their hand but I loved how they dealt with it.
In this book, we do get more of that mafia feel. There are plenty of problems between The Order and The Fellowship but things really come to a head in this one. And I was frustrated that better measures weren't put into place even with the explanation.
Naturally, there's another cliffhanger and this time I have to wait. Luckily, it's only till March! *Fingers crossed* that there's more Elli!

6 I want to make little Sin baby Stars!!!!
It’s no secret, I really really really really LOVE The Sin trilogy. I didn’t think I could love The Next Sin as much as I loved A Necessary Sin, but I did!
I have a major book hangover and I LOVE IT!
What I love the MOST about The Next Sin is that Bleu and Sin are never separated for too long. I always get nervous reading the second book of any series when the couple separate. I wonder how long I will have to read before there’s interaction and if the next book is a filler.
Well that never happened. The Next Sin picks up right where A Necessary Sin left off and I was simply HOOKED from page one.
I could get enough. I was reading like a mad woman and I never wanted it to end! Thank god, I get another book!
I simply Love Bleu and Sin. I love their dynamics and interactions. I love how much Sin loves Bleu and I loved how things left off in A Necessary Sin.
It’s an epic and true romance story.
Sin is ready to take back Bleu. He needs her as his wife so his family will not go after her. Bleu is on the run, but she’s taking a break from running to be with her dying father.
I totally got this. I understood why Bleu needed to be with her dad. Sure, you have people coming after you, but family is family. I love this side plot and I loved the relationship between Bleu and her dad. It was really touching.
Bleu has reservations towards Sin because of the history. She is just learning that Sin’s father didn’t really kill her mom. Now she doesn’t know what to do with herself and with this news and her dying father, it’s all rather distracting.
I could have gone either way if Sin’s father really did kill Bleu’s mom, but I liked the new direction. The Next Sin is basically Bleu and Sin working out the issues (to marry or to not, to be together or not) and finding the true killer.
I loved that Bleu is focused on finding her mom’s killer. She has a lot of theories and she investigates them. Lately I’ve been in a mystery/suspense mood, so this really worked out for me.
I never really knew where the story was going to lead me and oh boy, I was just punched in the face and SHOCKED!!!! It was awesome.
Overall, I love this book, I love this series and I love Georgia Cates. I want the next book ASAP!

I am fast becoming a huge fan of this authors..This book lulls you into a false sense of security just when you think life is sweet for this couple think again, nearing the end that horrible sense of foreboding becomes real, and there is no way of dodging that cliffy that rears its ugly head!!

Just like book 1 this book just grabbed me in its grasp and didn't let go, thank you god for the powercut as I just sat down and read until this was finished, No distractions!! No jabbering!!

I am fast becoming a huge fan of this authors..This book lulls you into a false sense of security just when you think life is sweet for this couple think again, nearing the end that horrible sense of foreboding becomes real, and there is no way of dodging that cliffy that rears its ugly head!!
Abram's men are hunting her, they're getting closer
I have eyes on her at all times, I safeguard her from harm, I act as her protector from afar and she has no idea, I'm always here keeping an eye on her
Just like book 1 this book just grabbed me in its grasp and didn't let go, thank you god for the powercut as I just sat down and read until this was finished, No distractions!! No jabbering!!

Becoming your wife means I marry "The Fellowship" as well, I'm not sure I can handle that.

That fucking Scottish bastard! He waltzes into my life after we're apart for three months and asks me to be his wife. A man is supposed to go to his knee and declare his undying love with pretty words before asking his beloved to marry him. That's not at all I got from Sin. No knee, No declaration of undying love, No pretty words followed by a question mark.
The jerk just tells me to marry him and then swaggers out the door without making love to me.
I would consider killing him if I didn't already know how painful it is to live without him

I practically devoured reading Necessary Sin and The Next Sin in one sitting and I loved every moment of it. Their relationship instantly captivates me because they are two dominant characters who must learn to lean on each other for support. Bleu and Sin truly showcased the meaning of love, trust, and sacrifices and so I am immediately drawn to their strong connection and bond. This second installment, will definitely have you begging Ms. Cate for more Bleu and Sin. I am anxiously awaiting to get my hands on the final book as I await to find out what becomes of Bleu, Sin, and the brotherhood.

We leave book one with Bleu's true identity known and at threat of death by the brotherhood for her deception. Her parting words to Sin were that she's a chameleon and would disappear to never be seen again.

Now where would you suspect an ex FBI agent who's devoted 18 years THIS PLOT to go to hide from the brotherhood?

That's right this bitch goes home to her family. She goes HOME to live with her sister and sit with her dying dad after she dicked over the largest mob fuckers in Scotland.
She gave the brotherhood HER REAL NAME. So not really shocked that they found her out, but does she not think that their info doesn't extend to know where she's from and that she has a sister and dad? FBI my ass... Hell, common sense my ass.
You A Special Kind'a Stupid
I'm thinking at least the shit has to get better from here. She's done gone and done the mostest stupidest thing imaginable. Surely she has a plan for when they come, right? Right? Right?

She's not the least bit leery or remotely prepared for the possibility...
Nope, bitch is walking around like she don't have a care in the world and the forecast is sunny days ahead.
Sin and his crew follow her for weeks and weeks without her even suspecting. FBI? Really?
He sneaks into her home, moves her gun, and could've easily killed her and her sister if that had been his intent. FBI? Really?
This stupidity ruins any credibility concerning the FMC. What happened to the calculating badass I was promised in book one?
Did I forget to mention she's now having panic attacks 4-5 times a day over her dad dying, but she's suffered with these attacks on and off since her mom died.
I'm sorry, the stupidity, immobilizing panic attacks, crying, and pouting just isn't the badass chick in a mob revenge book that I signed up to read.
WTF Happened Sin?
In book one, Sin went from hardass mobster to pussywhipped in the blink of an eye, but we at least continued to see TINY snippets of who he intrinsically has been his entire life, such as he did hold a gun to her throat and consider for a split second killing her for her betrayal.
Book two, however, is a different story.
The author didn't just apply some extra cheese. No, she bought Sin the whole damn Kraft factory and is shipping it out to every page like this is a fucking Nicholas Sparks book.

What follows is page after page after page of boredom. Playing the fiddle with a childhood friend, chit-chat, shopping, sitting around a hospital bed, hearts and rainbow love making, and the most lackluster marriage proposal and wedding ever.

Then the dying dad asks Sin to give him a mercy kill. He complies & vows to keep it a secret from the FMC.
That type of decision and betrayal of trust between the now married FMC & MMC just does not work for me.
Btw... I expected something monumental from the letter left for the MMC from the dad. Instead, it was ' hey, be patient with my daughter and catch her mom's killer.' Not a damn thing we didn't already know. Not a damn thing of any importance.
Do I Give AF?
After Sin mercy kills her dad, I gotta ask myself ... Do I give two shits about the stupid and fake as fuck characters at this point? Ah, no. Do I care if the brotherhood strings them up by their toes -or- welcomes the newlywed with open arms? Ah, not a damn do I give. Do I care if these two twats finally realize the psycho uncle is the villain here? Not really. Do I care if everyone in the book dies? I might actually enjoy that~
Ehh, I think I'll save myself the time and just imagine it.

Blue returned back to the States, hiding from the Fellowship’s revenge. I couldn’t believe that although Sinclair had already located her, his uncle Abram had not!!
Both main characters had changed, from strong and tough to soft and weak.
The suspense was lacking and all these fertility issues reduced my interest.
However, the ending was intriguing and full of angst!!

Just finished the book and I have to admit the fact that my heart is in my mouth. Sometimes I forget how this "to be continued" endings leave me but it was totally worth it.
For the most part this book wasn't as exciting as the first one in the series but I enjoyed reading Bleu and Sin's story and I'm a sucker for the whole "love prevails all". I was happy that Sin didn't let Bleu go so easily and that they ended up

I truly loved this book! Another brilliant novel delivered by Georgia Cates.. Going to re-reading the Beauty series again, her writing is so compelling :D Pulled an all nighter for both these books.
Its nice that the trilogy isn't being stretched over the years, I am so happy we get the third book next month! Because PHEW was that ending amazing!

I really tried but I just can't go on any longer. This book is so boring. Although as I said in my review for the first book it wasn't perfect but kept my interest, this one is the complete opposite. There is hardly any interactions with other characters, things keep happening in the back ground and all we get is Sin and Bleu after for sex, which btw becomes really boring. Bleu is really annoying and Sin is way to sweet for my taste. So I guess its off to spoiler reviews to see what happens.

This is the second in the Sin trilogy and picks up a few weeks after the huge cliffhanger ending of part one.
This definitely had its moments of suspense, tension and swoon but there was lots and lots of filler - it's rarely a good sign when I start to skim the smut. And I know (unfortunately, all too well) that assisted conception is a reality but the clinical deets didn't work for me in a romance. I prefer to escape in a read like this.
Once again this ends on a massive cliffhanger and there's still unanswered questions so I'm reading on, but I'm hoping for more substance and less filler in part three because Sin and Bleu make an interesting couple.

OMG!! I love this series so much!! I know it's only February but I have a feeling that Sin and Bleu's story is going to be one of my favourites of the year. If you've yet to begin "The Sin Trilogy", I recommend that you get it asap because it's a series you will not want to miss! As soon as "The Next Sin" landed on my kindle, I put everything on hold. This book took preference over every other book on my kindle as I was desperate to know what happened next in the world of Bleu and Sin.
But what about Sin? I was dying to know where he was and if he was hurting as much as Bleu. I had a feeling that he wouldn't be able to give up on his bonny Bleu and I couldn't wait to find out if my feelings were correct.
I absolutely loved Sin. He is, without doubt, one of my favourite book boyfriends. I just cannot resist a bad boy that can turn into Mr Dreamy with the woman that he loves. Sin was just like that. A big, tough guy who was capable of murder yet when Sin was with Bleu he was the perfect gentleman. Calm. Considerate. Understanding. Protective. Have I sold him to you yet? lol. And as for the words that came out of his beautiful mouth. I wanted to highlight each and everyone of them. Sin was one hell of a sweet talker. I'm finding myself falling crazily in love with Sin as this series is progressing.
Bleu continued to be as strong and feisty as ever but I also saw a soft and caring side to her. I have loved seeing the transition of her throughout this series and I especially loved watching her take on the challenge that Sin's obligations brought to her. She took her new role by Sin's side very seriously. It was though she was born to be part of The Fellowship.

Bleu had left Sin and was attempting to make a new life for herself without the man that she loved. Her heart was broken but she was not going to give up. Georgia Cates does it again! The second book in the Sin Trilogy had me as captivated as the first! This trilogy has it all: passion, suspense, intrigue and one of the most badass heroine’s I’ve ever met! Now it seems like forever to have to wait until next month for the conclusion to this incredible trilogy!
The Next Sin picks up where Book 1 leaves off. Although former FBI operative, Bleu MacAllister begins falling for her target, she is forced to flee Scotland and come back to America after her cover is blown. She had planned on seducing Sinclair “Sin” Breckinridge, The Fellowship’s Leader’s son, and future leader, to gain access to his father so she could eliminate the monster who killed her mother. Her whole life has been built around this omnipresent revenge plan. But with the Fellowship being the powerful criminal organization that it is, she is left with no choice.
Sin, however, is determined to not let Bleu go. So he tracks her down and is watching her from afar. When it becomes clear that he must take drastic measures or lose her forever, Sin opts for the ultimate fix: marriage. First, however, he has to convince Blue to take the plunge and join a family she despises and has planned revenge on since she was a little girl. As if that wasn’t bad enough, however, when you’re a member of dangerous crime organization, danger is never far away, so you can only imagine the constant hurdles of danger which remain as obstacles to their HEA.
The Next Sin delivered on all fronts. I loved not only the constant action and suspense, but also the steamy, erotic scenes. I always find it deeply satisfying when a hero is attracted to a heroine’s wit and ability to take care of herself, but nonetheless chooses to protect her out of his own alpha drive. I also enjoyed the detail that Georgia Gates devotes to constructing the secret outlaw society named The Fellowship. Somewhat similar to the mafia, but with its own set of interesting twists, learning The Fellowship’s rules has been intriguing, and I’m sure there are more secrets yet to come.
All in all, The Next Sin was all I had hoped for and more; but it does, as expected, end in another cliffhanger. So now I’m desperately awaiting the final conclusion in One Last Sin. Why can’t it be March already?

First, however, he has to convince Blue to take the plunge and join a family she despises and has planned revenge on since she was a little girl. As if that wasn’t bad enough, however, when you’re a member of dangerous crime organization, danger is never far away, so you can only imagine the constant hurdles of danger which remain as obstacles to their HEA.
The Next Sin delivered on all fronts. I loved not only the constant action and suspense, but also the steamy, erotic scenes. I always find it deeply satisfying when a hero is attracted to a heroine’s wit and ability to take care of herself, but nonetheless chooses to protect her out of his own alpha drive. I also enjoyed the detail that Georgia Gates devotes to constructing the secret outlaw society named The Fellowship. Somewhat similar to the mafia, but with its own set of interesting twists, learning The Fellowship’s rules has been intriguing, and I’m sure there are more secrets yet to come.
All in all, The Next Sin was all I had hoped for and more; but it does, as expected, end in another cliffhanger. So now I’m desperately awaiting the final conclusion in One Last Sin. Why can’t it be March already?

If you haven't started this series yet, DO IT! These books are seriously perfect in every aspect!
The books in this series are a bit shorter than the novels I usually read, but they are not missing anything expect for the bunch of unnecessary drama and boring fillers that are often the case with other romance books.
I love these characters and I'm equally dreading and excited for the next installment, because I don't want to say goodbye to them. Bleu and Sin have such a passionate chemistry that it's scorching through the pages!
I feel like so many things happened in this book, there wasn't a boring moment.
And the ending!!!
I need to know what happens next!!!

OMG!! Georgia Cates has done it again...I seriously loved A Necessary Sin but it just gets better and better. A strong heroine and strong hero bring this series to life. If you haven't met Sinclair and Bleu you seriously need to. A great plot and fantastic writing, totally loved it. (Full review to come)

Georgia Cates does it again for me! She writes such wonderful stories and such powerful words. I don't know how she does it. Her writing is beautifully written and I can feel the love between Bleu and Sin leap off the pages again!
These serial romances can be hard to read because of the cliff-hanger endings but I can tell you that this series is definitely worth it. I held out as long as I could before reading it since the final segment doesn't release until March 23rd! It seems so far away but it just one month. I hope the time flies by quickly, as the cliff-hanger in this one has me clenching my teeth and biting my nails. How will it all get resolved?
The previous book ended with Blue leaving Sin handcuffed to the bed as she had to leave him and The Fellowship to save her life. It is about 3 months later when this book starts and Blue is living with her sister, Ellison as they wait for the inevitable passing of their father. Sin, has of course, tracked her down and has a solution to protecting her from Abram, who has a hit out on her.
I thought they got back together rather quickly and as another reviewer said, I would have liked a bit more angst in the beginning but I was still happy on how it all was resolved.
Although, I would never want to date a man who is, let's face it, a criminal I can read about it as long as he isn't a brutal man and that it is written well. The criminal element isn't glossed over but is front and center. I'm ok with this type of hero as long as it is written well.
Some of my favorite lines from the story. Georgia Cates is so great at those memorable moments and heartbreaking lines!
Bleu: I need someone to tell me this excruciating pain in my heart is going to ease.
I hold her face with my palms. "I won't be far."
She holds me firmly. That's when I know she doesn't plan to let me go. "If you're not next to me, then you're too far."
Bleu to Sin: "Being separated from you while I know you're near is excruciating."
**While typing these quotes I just realized how often she used the word "excruciating". It is in the next quote as well. :) Oh well, it works!
He places his hands on top of mine and presses them harder against his skin. "Our separation was excruciating. So much so I wish to never be parted from you again."
"Never run from me again," he whispers against my ear."
The proposal scene!
I remove the black leather box from my jacket pocket. I go to one knee on the floor in front of her - and then both. That's what a woman like my Bonny deserves - a husband who will happily go to both knees for her.
She is holding all the powers so I kiss the tops of her hands where they rest on her thighs. Whether she realized it, this is my way of submitting to her. "I've never met anyone I wanted to put above myself until you. I want to give you everything, including my heart, if you'll have it."
I open the box and take out the ring. "I love you. Stella Bleu Lawrence MacAllister. I ant you to be my wife. My partner in life. The mother of my children. Will you marry me?"
She nods and tears well in her eyes. "Yes. It would make me very happy to be your wife."
Sin to Bleu: "You've been right here inside my heart the whole time.
My husband-to-be pulls me into his arms. "You could never disappoint me."
He kisses me far too passionately considering we're in public. But I let him, without a single complaint. "I love you, Bonny."
"And I love you." I'm sure everyone in the bridal shop is staring but I don't care. "Is this that thing people call happiness?"
"It is, Bonny. I'm certain of it. And I can't wait to know the rest of our story because you're my happily ever after."
"Bleu is the only good thing about me." She's the only reason the light inside of me bothers to battle the dark...."I don't know how she can love someone like me. But by some miracle, she does."

Another good addition to the series this carries on the story and deals with the aftermath of Sin discovering just what his Bonny Bleu is hiding.
Bleu now back home with her sister and ailing father is missing Sin like crazy though she’s resigned to never seeing him again because of her perceived betrayal. But Sin isn’t prepared to accept this following and then watching Bleu to keep her safe from his uncle who is also on her trail.
With only one option left to them the two decide to marry and then it’s back home to the heart of the fellowship.
I could really feel the love here and I adore Sinclair and Bleu as a couple. There’s danger back home both from enemies and also so called allies. Bleu is still determined to achieve justice for her mother this time with Sins assistance.
We also get some truly bonded moments together as Sin and Bleu decide on important choices and Isobel and Bleu grow that much closer.
This was a fabulous read and ended on a real cliffhanger finish. Totally recommend this series it’s a real joy to read and I love the lack of game playing between Sin and Bleu makes such a nice change.

The second book in the Sin Trilogy and what can I say? It was SO GOOD!
The way A Necessary Sin, the first book in the trilogy, ended broke my heart and left me grasping for more and guessing what happens next. Multiply that feeling by at least 3 times and that's how I feel now with The Next Sin!
What happens to Bleu’s quest for revenge?
What happens to Sin and Bleu’s relationship now?
Who really killed Bleu’s mom?
And like what I predicted in my review on A Necessary Sin, The Next Sin was even more thrilling! Some questions were answered and even more questions came out. I like that this installment began a couple of months after the ending in first book. It made me feel like life still went on for the both of them even though they’re still hung up on each other. It gave me more emotional connection and I appreciate that the author didn’t focus too much on their time apart but we were given an idea on how they spent it trying to forget each other. At least, Bleu was.
The Sin Breckenridge from the first book to this book was more sweet, what’s a better adjective to use? He’s still as loving and protective as ever and how he cares for Bleu and at the same time considering his position in The Brotherhood was admirable. He tries to separate at least his feelings from his personal life to his “work” and I respect him more for always voicing out how his family, with Bleu, is his top priority. It made me all swoony for him.
Bleu is also becoming a favorite heroine of mine from her strong personality and her caring nature for the people she loves, which is not that many but are important to her. She also has that protective streak when it comes to her loved ones, her ailing father (which I’m not ashamed to say that I cried over), her sweet, spunky sister, she wants them happy and safe and she doesn’t think twice to do what needs to be done even if it mean being away from her sister, her only family left. I love her and her personality, it’s not overbearing, just the right amount of feminine sensitivity and strong-will that makes me admire her.
"Any man can see the good inside you. But what you need is one who sees the bad and loves you anyway. That's me."
The Next Sin showed us those sides of Bleu and Sin and just as I think everything is looking up slowly, it crashes down with a couple of shockers! Bleu and Sin are starting to build their own family, their relationship, trying to find their rhythm when it comes to their personal life and the life being in The Brotherhood. The danger, the questions, the friendships. This book is more action-packed and emotional than the first one. The first book did a good job laying out the storyline and the characters, in The Next Sin, the action begins.
Georgia Cates, you did one heck of a job with the last couple of chapters! I was on the edge of my seat, my heart’s beating out of my chest and my thoughts going crazy with guessing and hoping everything’s going to be okay eventually. I’m so glad the wait isn’t too long for the third book!!!

Who would have thought that a plan of revenge would introduce Bleu MacAllister to the man who would end up owning her heart! But Bleu's love for Sinclair Breckenridge comes with a whole slew of issues, namely the Fellowship that Sin is one of the main players of and its enemies who want nothing more than to take something precious away from a group of men they despise. There's also the issue of Bleu's mother's murderer, and Bleu's desperate need to close that cold case in order to feel a sense of retribution for all that she's been through without her mother by her side.
At the end of A Necessary Sin, Bleu's lies caught up with her, and she did the only thing she could do - she fled back home to lick her wounds and try to get over the man who consumes her every thought. Going into The Next Sin, I wasn't sure how long Georgia Cates was going to wait before she reunited one of my favorite book couples, but thankfully, I didn't have too long to wait, and the way Sin comes through for Bleu in all the ways that matter only endures him to readers that much more.
But Bleu and Sin's happy reunion is still plagued by what awaits them back in Scotland, and when they return, they'll have to fight with everything they have to stand strong together when the pressures of the Fellowship and all that is expected of both of them consumes them from every angle.
Sin is such a rich and complex character. He evolves due to his feelings for Bleu, and he becomes a man who feels more than he ever thought he would, which is both a blessing and a curse for the environment that surrounds him. Bleu opens him up and exposes the heart of a man whose words would make any woman's panties melt and heart swell. There's an intensity and a strength in Sin that is manifested due to his involvement in the Fellowship, and it is flourishes even more with Bleu by his side.
Since the beginning of the series, Bleu has been such a strong and resilient heroine, and she continues to be an enigmatic force as a member of the Fellowship and Sin's other half. The demands placed upon her have grown since her return to Scotland due to her and Sin's new roles, which has put an immense amount of pressure on Bleu to prove herself. But she comes through in spades, even when her back is against the wall.
Let me tell you...March can't come soon enough! The Next Sin is an amazing follow up to A Necessary Sin. Bleu and Sin grow so much in this book, and against all odds, they are making it work, but there are things in the works threatening them, and they will have to be taken care of to ensure their happiness. A lot develops in The Next Sin, and it all points to one hell of a dramatic ending!

This review is going to be short and sweet, because I can't give any part of this story away. Anything I want to discuss is a spoiler for this book. So I am going to solely comment on my feelings of this book.
Cliffhanger!!!! Holy Mother of cliffhangers. This one was worse than book 1…A Necessary Sin. If you truly do not like cliffhangers than I strongly suggest you wait until March 23rd when all three books will be available and read them together. I am dying over here just waiting for March to come so I can see what happens :)
This book was such a wild ride. My emotions and thoughts were all over the place. Bleu and Sin have many ups and downs in this book. Some of my questions from the first book were answered, but so many NEW ones were created. One of the theories I had about Bleu's mom was completely blown out of the water and I have NO idea what to think now….I LOVE when a book can keep me guessing and on the edge of my seat. Something does happen in this book, that I thought was kind of predictable and I really want to smack Sin upside the head for not seeing it coming. I am extremely curious where Georgia plans to take these two in the last book.
This book was intriguing, sexy, suspenseful and captivating. You will be smiling, yelling, crying, blushing and left guessing!!!! As with the first book and all of Georgia's books this book sucked me in right from the start and I am still hanging on after finishing the book. In this book we get to see how Sin and Bleu handle things when conflict arises. This book dives deeper into their relationship and that of the fellowship. I learned a lot of new things about this underground world that I never knew.
This book is definitely a MUST READ, as is this series!!! You don't want to miss this amazing tale of lies, betrayal, secrets, sex and love ;)
