Touchdown for love

Quarterback's Nanny is a fun, heartwarming, sweet, romantic, and very smexy RH romance. The story finds Nora Blake taking a job as a nanny for NFL star Quarterback Griffin Rhodes. Along the way there is also Beau and Theo to round it all out and make life more complicated....but also so much more satisfying.

Griffin Rhodes is a professional football player for the Norfolk Navyhawks. He is the quarterback. He has a five-year-old daughter named Ellie. He is not supposed to have her on game days. His ex, Alexis, unexpectedly drops Ellie off at Griffin’s house. She leaves to catch a plane to Europe for six months. They have to get to the stadium for the game and he needs someone to watch Ellie. At the stadium, Sophie, who works there, tells Griffin about a daycare nearby that is open Sunday to Sunday. It is called Bunny Hops.

Nora Blake is working at Bunny Hops when Griffin walks in with Ellie. She does not know who Griffin is. She tells him there is paperwork to fill out and he can’t just drop and go. He writes a huge check and tells her that he will fill out the paperwork when he gets back in three hours. Griffin has a horrible game and they lose. He drives back to the daycare and watches how patient Nora is with Ellie through the window. He goes in and while filling out paperwork, he offers Nora a million dollars to be Ellie’s nanny for the rest of the football season. He promises her half of the money up front. She accepts.

Beau Radcliffe is temporarily living in Griffin’s house. He is nursing a broken heart. He is also one of Griffin’s best friends and teammates. Their other friend Theo is the offensive coordinator.

It was so wonderful that Nora was fiercely protective of Ellie from the beginning. The guys and Nora have quite the adventure navigating their intense feelings for each other, dodging the attention of the media and dealing with Griffin’s ex. Loved these characters.

Griffin is a star NFL quarterback and daddy to 5 year old Ellie. When his ex shows up unexpectantly and drops Ellie off for 6 months with zero notice, Griffin is forced to think fast with regards to childcare. Enter Nora. She works at a nearby daycare. When Griffin notices that Ellie has taken a liking to Nora, he offers Nora a nanny position for the remainder of the football season. Little did Nora know that when she took the position, she would not only lose her heart to an adorable little girl longing for a stable homelife, but she would also enter into situations which would be deemed scandalous to the others and put those she's come to care about in harms way.

While I enjoyed this book, I found myself wanting a lot more character development of Beau and Theo. For main characters, I felt like I never got to know them beyond a very surface level. Nora's sister's role in this story was a bit odd as well. There was an air of mystery surrounding their relationship that wasn't further explained. She kept abruptly hanging up on Nora during their phone calls. Why was Nora's relationship with her two siblings so strained? An additional 20-30 pages maximum devoted to developing these characters would have gone a long way towards making this good book a great one.

Overall this is an entertaining and steamy story. I just found myself longing to know more about some of the key characters.

Quarterback’s Nanny was such a fun and heartwarming read! Griffin is a divorced, single dad and star QB whose life gets turned upside down when his ex drops off their daughter unexpectedly. With a big game coming up and no sitter, he panics and hastily drops her off at a nearby daycare—despite Nora’s protests that he needs to fill out the paperwork first.

When he comes back and sees how happy his daughter is, he impulsively offers Nora a nanny position—and that’s where the real story begins. Between Griffin, his heartbroken teammate Beau (who’s temporarily crashing with him), and the team’s strategist Theo, there’s chemistry everywhere Nora turns.

This book has all the ingredients of a perfect reverse harem romance: low angst, lots of sweetness, some laugh-out-loud chaos, and just the right amount of spice. The family drama adds depth without dragging the mood down, and the HEA for everyone feels totally satisfying.

If you love found family vibes, single dad romances, and a team full of swoony men who adore their girl, Quarterback’s Nanny is a touchdown!

Touchdown Romance with Heart and Heat!
Quarterback’s Nanny is another total win from Cassie Cole! This book has the perfect blend of steamy chemistry, heartfelt emotion, and just the right amount of drama. The setup—a professional football player hiring a nanny for his adorable kid—hits all the right notes. What starts as a sweet, slightly awkward working relationship quickly turns into sizzling attraction and genuine affection.
I loved how the heroine balanced strength and warmth, and the hero wasn’t your typical arrogant athlete—he had depth, vulnerability, and a protective side that made him impossible not to fall for. Cassie’s writing is engaging and fast-paced, with plenty of humor and tender moments that make the romance feel real.

Cute, Lighthearted but confusing

The book was cute but the plot seemed confused. Ellie’s eyes changed colors at one point apparently, and things that seemed important weren’t really at all related to the story. The characters also seemed pretty one dimensional except for Ellie. The relationship dynamics were also super confusing. Like there was not a single conversation about their relationship, and she spent very little time getting to know any of the men but she was in love with them? It just didn’t make sense. Overall it was really rushed and confusing. It was easy to read and lighthearted which was nice but it lacked enough depth to really love it.

Worst nanny ever.

Please don't read this book based on the nanny storyline. Nora is much better at sex than she is at being a nanny. First trip out of the house and she loses 5 year old Ellie, in a football stadium no less. Then, at a park, she loses track of her again, and Ellie ends up getting hurt, and stuck, in a hollowed out log. Then she leaves her asleep, alone, in a hotel room, while she goes out to stretch her legs and ends up talking with a friend in another room a good deal of the night. There's more, but you get my drift. And all this behavior coming after leaving her job in childcare. Yikes. At least she's good at sex.

She thought it would be a temporary job, but Ali gets so much more when she finds herself stuck when a wildfire sweeps through the valley closing all the roads. Beckett, Luke and Hunter are friends and together they run the winery. When Ali takes the temporary job as nanny sparks fly between her and the three men that starts their path. It is a heartwarming story filled with spirit along with the savory sweet surprise of finding love when you least expect it. Little Charlie tied it all together making it a wonderful story.

Team effort 4 ½ stars - I’m a bit confused by Nora’s family’s back story. I’m not really sure what it is all about. This story has details about football enough to make Griffin, Beau and Theo’s jobs believable. There is definite chemistry between Nora and Beau; Griffin’s and Theo’s attraction to her were less believable but that doesn’t detract from the steam the author was able to generate on the pages. If you’re looking for an uncomplicated plot, passion, and happy ending then this is your book. I received an advanced copy and voluntarily chose to review it.

I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review. I truly felt for Griffin and the position his ex put him into. Luckily it led him to meeting Nora. Nora is a great nanny for Ellie. I liked how the relationships developed between Nora, Griffin, Beau and Theo into love. I'm glad when Griffin won the custody case and then the game for his team. They all love Ellie as well.

This was a fun read that brings Nora Blake into Griffin Rhodes life as his nanny to his little girl, Ellie. Broken hearted Beau and intense Theo added in with Griffin made for quite the read that gave them all a fab and steamy HEA with Nora. This low angst, family found, sweet, funny and perfect amount of hot spice was a page turner, for me. I really enjoyed it and can't wait for what's next by these authors :D

Quarterback’s Nanny is a sports-themed reverse harem novel. I don’t know much about football, so I learned a bit while reading. At times, it felt like I missed parts of the story, particularly regarding Nora’s family. While it wasn’t one of my favourite Cassie Cole novels, and Sasha Moon is a new author to me, I still found it an interesting read. The plot was engaging, the characters were likable—especially Ellie—there were some steamy moments, and it had a great HEA. 3 ½ stars

This book is not good. There’s no continuity, no development of relationships or characters. No depth. Even the smut feels rushed. This almost feels like the idea of a book.
Also there are a few moments of truly misogynistic comments from both the FMC and MMC.
There are mentions of things from the past that just don’t get resolved. I.e. Diane?
I honestly kind of hate read to see if it’d get any better.
It didn’t.

He wanted nothing but the best for his daughter and when he needs a nanny Nora is perfect. When she agrees to the job she never thought her life would change so much. Lines get crossed and when the world sees they all come together. I would love to read more about these wonderful characters.

This was hot and so good. Griffin has a lot to deal with when it comes to his ex and baby momma, Alexis. She's ruthless and just a horrible person. The hiring of Nora is probably the best thing he could have done. She was great for Ellie and for him, Beau and Theo.

This reverse harem romance was fun to read. There's some drama, emotion and lots of STEAM. It was sweet and even funny at times. The five year old little girl was adorable.

It was like every chapter was either an unfinished thought, or started in the middle of the thought. There was no cohesion, and it was very rushed. Some things made no sense to the story or were just plain silly. The whole book is more of rough draft of what a book could be.

not a smooth read

The story feels very disconnected and jumps around. It definitely feels like two writers picking up at different parts versus two people working together. The stories progression is very jumping and seems like lots of incomplete thoughts put together.
