Find a successful man. Get married. Buy a house with a white picket fence. Pop out a few kids. Maybe buy a dog.
That’s the path my mom has ingrained in me since birth. There’s just one problem, it’s not the future I see for myself.
When my mom sets me up on yet another blind date, things go from bad to worse in the blink of an eye. But a savior, swaddled in shadows, steps in at the last minute, rescuing me from a dire situation. Syn, the sexy as hell demon and owner of the Synful Taproom. She’s everything I’m not. Confident. Strong. Oozing with sensuality.
Coincidence is on our side, bringing us one accidental meet-up after the other. She jokes that I’m stalking her, but I’m starting to think it’s fate. As our friendship grows, I can’t help but wonder if it’s something more. All my life, I was told I had to marry a man. What if that was all wrong?
After a series of unfortunate circumstances, I find myself homeless with no one to turn to. Like the friend she is, Syn offers up the spare room at her place.
Lines blur and passions burn out of control. Syn shows me what it means to love without boundaries, to find my voice, and unleash my power, allowing me to finally put my mom in her place and take control of my life…for good.
The Demon in the Taproom is a low-angst, sweet, and spicy monster x human sapphic romance novel with a guaranteed HEA.
It’s the fourth book in the Monstrous New York world and can be read as a standalone.
What happens when a human walks into a demon owned bar…
Well when that human locks eyes with the half demon owner, their destiny is instantly fated. Syn is everything Pen needs. She settles her anxiety, she anchors her in a storm, she boosts her up, she makes her the happiest she’s ever been, all while reminding her she’s worthy of everything!
Tropes Half demon x human (FF) Friends > roommates > lovers Sexual awakening/ coming out Chronic migraine / anxiety rep Auralism Shadow & Tail play / all jokes filled Found family
Pen has always been “Penelope Martin”, a straight proper woman looking for a future husband to have 2.5 kids and the white pickett fence. At least according to her overbearing, manipulative mother. So when Penelope feels a pull towards Syn, stronger than anything she’s felt before, can she get out of her own trauma induced self doubt to find true happiness? Or will her mother always be the one pulling her strings?
Watching Penelope step into Pen’s shoes was so satisfying to witness. Owning her identity and standing up for herself!
Oh and the chemistry! Not only does the tail come into play but shadows too?! Trust me when i say you’re not ready. 🔥
Let’s not forget about Fen! Who would’ve thought a scary looking hellhound would be the one giving off “soft only for her” vibes!
I loved delving back into E.M’s writing style, the world building, the chemistry, the character development… it’s just so well written that reading this story was like watching a movie, play out rent free in my mind!
I LOVED The Demon in the Taproom. The amount of healing and love is this book is unreal 🥹 I mean, Syn carries around Penelope’s migraine medicine just in case she has a flare up 😭😭😭 pls! If she wanted to, she would 👏🏼 That’s just one of the examples of Syn showing up for Penelope and proving how much she cares. I loved Penelope’s character growth and inner healing as well. Poor girl was struggling in the beginning but once she found herself and her voice, she was like a brand new woman. The dynamic between these two was perfection. I absolutely adored how patient Syn was and how she was willing to put Penelope above everything and when Penelope finally realized and showed up for Syn, fireworks!!!! This book was sweet, funny, HOT, emotional and just perfection overall. I had a blast reading it and cannot wait for the next book in the series!
When I started reading The Demon in the Taproom by E. M. Sauber, book four in her Monstrous New York series, I was expecting something cute, cozy, and romantic… and wow, did she deliver. I absolutely adored this one.
I found myself relating to the FMC more than I expected. While my own experience came at a much younger age and with far less chaos 🤪, there was something about her that just felt incredibly real and easy to connect with.
This read gives you everything it promises and more. I literally devoured it in less than a day—work where?! 🤭 The connection between the characters felt undeniable, their sincerity was so genuine, and the spice? Let’s just say it was spicy’n. 🥵
Now I must admit… I loved Fenrir 🫶🏻. I won’t say why though—because that’s something you absolutely need to experience for yourself.
By the final page I was smiling like an idiot and wishing I could walk right into that taproom for one more chapter. If you’re looking for monster romance with heart, heat, and characters you’ll fall for instantly—this one is absolutely worth the read.
The Demon in the Taproom is a cozy sapphic monster romance that follows Penelope, a sweet human who’s forced to go on a blind date with a man her mother picked for her. Unfortunately for Pen, he turns out to be exactly the type of man she cannot stand. Ready to escape the disaster of a date, she crosses paths with Syn; a confident hell demon and the owner of the Synful Taproom.
After a series of accidental encounters, the two strike up an unexpected friendship. But when Pen suddenly finds herself without a place to stay, the first person she turns to is Syn… who is more than happy to have Pen move in. Living together quickly blurs the line between friendship and something deeper, and Pen has to decide whether she’ll keep living by her mother’s unhealthy expectations—or finally listen to her own heart… even if it leads her straight into the arms of a demon.
This was my first book by this author, and wow... I’ll definitely be keeping an eye out for whatever she writes next because this was such a great read.
Penelope is a character who feels painfully real. She’s spent most of her life dealing with her mother’s constant criticism and expectations—especially the idea that she should already be married to a man and living the “perfect housewife life.” Meanwhile, Pen is perfectly happy focusing on her career, even if the dates her mother keeps arranging are absolute disasters. When Syn enters her life, though, things start to shift in ways Pen never expected.
One of my favorite things about the book was how it handled toxic parents. Pen doesn’t magically break free overnight; instead, she slowly starts figuring out what she wants for herself. Watching her gain confidence and distance herself from her mother was incredibly satisfying and felt very authentic. The anxiety and chronic illness representation also meant a lot to me. As someone who deals with chronic pain, seeing that reflected on the page is always special. The author handled it with care and attention, which made Pen feel even more relatable. Because of that, I found myself deeply immersed in the story and emotionally connected to her journey.
And then there’s Syn. Despite being a literal hell demon, she’s actually one of the most compassionate characters in the book. She goes out of her way to help others without expecting anything back, which made her incredibly endearing to me. I especially loved that she never pressured Pen about their relationship. Instead, she gave her the space and time she needed to figure things out for herself, which made their dynamic feel gentle and supportive.
The romance itself develops beautifully. The chemistry between them is there from the start, but the relationship builds slowly and naturally. Because Pen is still struggling with her insecurities and feelings, the story lets them grow closer emotionally before things turn physical, which I really appreciated... There is spice, but it never overwhelms the story the way it sometimes can in monster romances. Instead, the focus stays on the characters, their growth, and the connection they build together.
The writing style was another highlight for me. It felt sharp, witty, and very easy to read. Even though the book sits around 300 pages, it flew by so quickly that I ended up finishing it in a single sitting.
If I had one small complaint, it would be the coming-out arc. It felt like it resolved a bit too quickly, and I would’ve loved to see more of Pen working through that realization independently rather than relying so heavily on Syn. I also would have loved more of Syn’s backstory. We do get glimpses of her past, her powers, and her adorable hellhound Fenrir (who absolutely stole my heart), but I still found myself wanting more of her personal journey outside of Pen’s story.
Still, this book absolutely delivers. It’s a cozy, heartfelt story about self-acceptance, breaking free from toxic expectations, and allowing yourself to love who you truly want. Add in strong anxiety representation and a swoony sapphic romance, and you get a story that’s incredibly easy to fall into. Definitely a book worth picking up.
Huge thank you to the author for trusting me with this early read!
A bit of an overdue ARC review, but this was a really great sapphic read and I wanted to give it the attention it deserved. I really enjoyed the storyline and the characters, and while the writing style wasn’t my favorite but it didn’t hinder my desire to read or progress. Truthfully it read up really fast once I was able to dedicate a little time and mental energy for it, I really wanted to see where things went with Pen’s growth and the sweet ways that Syn doted on her. I also really loved Fenrir! His little chapter was the perfect tension break for what happened in the prior chapter. Always a big fan of a well-written animal sidekick!
The migraine rep was fantastic too, the way the author describes migraine attacks was perfect (and at time really funny). They also did a great job with the looming anxiety of when the next attack will be, will you have the meds you need, will you get home safely in time, etc. And the FMC’s determination to not let it rule her life was relatable too. I think that the author could’ve padded a few things out a little more, like the describing the pain or the disorientation more, but its leaps and bounds more accurate and descriptive than migraines usually get. Especially the specific mention of hemipelegic migraine and the auras that come with with. The best part was that Synthea wanted to take care of Penelope if she got a migraine attack again, after having taken care of her so beautifully the first time it happened by surprise. I think its just about every migraineur’s dream to have a partner that actually wants to help and learn and then DOES so. It added such tender intimacy to their budding relationship too.
I think the family drama gets wrapped up a little too quickly, but sometimes you need that quick justice and maintenance of the fluffy feels of a light-hearted story and I think that is what was done here.
I’m always saying that I wish there were more sapphic monster romances, and this one was a perfect addition, imo. The spicy scenes were top-tier and I really loved the creative use of shadows in a sapphic setting without there needing to be a bunch of explanation or justification. It was sexy and fun and I definitely recommend it!
Hello again friends! Today I bring you a review for the up coming *counts* fourth book in E.M. Sauber's Monstrous New York Series; Demon in the Taproom! SO before we get started lets start with the boiler plate questions. 1. Do I have to have read the others first? No. But, if you're anything like you'll want to. You will get introduced to other characters from previous books and you might hear mentions of their matches. So if you read this one first, be prepared. I think that's really the only major question right off the top. So with that done lets get on to the meat of it!!
With this book we are going back to the big apple and we are hanging out Penelope. She's blonde single, and being forced and coerced to mingle by her mother and hating every minute of it. Her most recent disaster has landed her at a taproom and into the cross hairs of a demon. Syn is not anyone Pen's mom would have chosen. She's crass, she works at a bar, she probably has never even heard of a country club, oh and she's a woman.
Pen goes through a lot in this book. She's already trying hard to prove to herself that she can accomplish things and her mother's expectations and three times higher. But when things go to pot, to no fault of Pen's, Syn swoops in and offers shelter from the storm. And naturally there are zero ulterior motives. None what so ever, this is altruism at it's purest. (are you buying it? ok yeah it's not) But Syn isn't pushy. She is gentle, present, and encouraging. Yes when she's she's an open door she literally walks through to lend a helping...voice. But sometimes you have to take the leap when the opportunity is presented!
I loved these two. Syn is exactly what she should be and needs no notes, zero changes, chef's kiss. Pen, needs Syn, because Syn sees the perfection that Pen is when she finally lets go of doubt and guilt and self judgment. They are a wonderful couple and super sexy. Yes the yes. Sexy spicy spice.
And I would be remiss if I didn't mention the comedic relief that is Syn's familiar/guardian hellhound, Fenrir. She can hear him in her head and vice versa, and he has thoughts about Pen too. You'll love his sass.
Not surprisingly it's another 5 ⭐ I love the cohesion of these books. Yes they can be read standalone, there's events and things that have brief mentions throughout each one that tie them back together so if you didn't read them all you won't be left in the dark. But I cannot stress enough how fun and satisfying it is to start with Annie and Cyrus and work your way to Penelope and Synthea. Especially because you meet Pen in book 1 because she's Annie's best friend/assistant/personal firefighter 😂
All 4 books landed at 5 ⭐ and I think that's absolutely amazing. Penelope has been one of my favorite girls to keep eyes on throughout the series and seeing her get her HEA was very rewarding. She is such a unique character in the way she balances the crippling expectations of her mother with the downright upbeat disposition she carries everywhere she goes. The energy she radiates is so encompassing that it even captivates the demon that owns the bar Pen is meeting yet another awful blind date set up by her mother. Imagine being alive for 200 years, on Earth 50 years, and then suddenly at work one night this blonde whirlwind in a high pony tail throws a drink on a guy and suddenly you feel a fire that's never existed for you before? "My dark savior""Sweetness" ahhhhhh These ladies literally had me kicking my feet giggling and swooning so hard. Syn is absolutely delicious. The sweetness, the baby girl, ahhhhh. So darling, the both of them. How was I supposed to go to bed when Pen left her girls trip to run back to Syn? Spoiler, I didn't. I sat up until 1am and finished the book and happily at that! Then I was rewarded with the hottest "teach me" moment I've ever read, Fenrir gets his own chapter, AND Syn solves their lifespan problem with zero hesitation. The handprints, my whole heart 😭😭😍
The level of anticipation for Phil and Maria is so high. Read the whole series, you will not be disappointed!
This was one of the best monster romances I have read and I am completely obsessed with these two. It brought a little bit of magic to my life and I cannot wait to read it again. It was so sweet, cozy, emotional, heartwarming, safe, and spicy. Visiting this world feels like coming home and this story made my heart so happy. Brilliant!
Penelope is a human and real estate agent.
Syn is a half-demon, motorcycle rider and business owner.
They meet when she is on a terrible date and she steps in to help her. There is mutual attraction. They build a friendship, a safety. Their paths keep crossing and then they become roommates. And then more. It is everything!
I am so excited we got Penelope's story! Have loved her since the first book. She is so caring & fun and I adored watching her start to question what she has always assumed & been told herself and stand up to her absolute monster of a mother. Her journey of exploring & learning is portrayed with such care & honesty and it will make you feel all the feels as you cheer her on.
Syn is so gorgeous, bold & strong. She is so protective of her girl. She gives Pen a safe place to be, to explore, to try. And she runs a business that is a safe place for people to have a good time. I loved learning about her family & history and watching her fall so completely in love while meeting Pen where she is at. She is so patient and caring. Her care of Pen's migraines was possibly the most beautiful thing.
Fenrir is my new favourite animal sidekick! Everyone needs a sassy hellhound by their side to call them cupcake.
EM writes some of my favourite stories. I love how safe I feel reading them. My brain loves knowing it can trust that it is going to be okay and that the happy is going to be so, so happy.
I received this as an ARC and am beyond thankful. This had no impact on my review.

This story delivers a fun, emotional journey about breaking free from expectations and discovering who you really are. The premise is instantly engaging: a woman raised to follow a traditional path suddenly finds her world shaken after a disastrous blind date and an unexpected rescue by Syn, a confident, magnetic demon bartender who challenges everything she thought she knew about herself.
The dynamic between the two leads is compelling, especially as fate keeps throwing them together. Their growing friendship—and the tension simmering beneath it—feels natural and heartfelt. The themes of self‑discovery, empowerment, and pushing back against family pressure are handled with warmth and sincerity.
The chemistry between Penelope and Syn and the message about choosing your own path make this an enjoyable read. It’s a story with heart, heat, and a heroine learning to stand in her truth, even when it means rewriting the future she was told to want.
Alpha/Beta/Arc review: please see that this book was kindly given to me by the author in exchange for my honest opinion.
This book follows Synthea, our resident half demon bartender and Penelope whom she meets one night at her bar in the middle of probably the worst date Pen has even had the displeasure of being forced to go on. (If you remember, Pen works for Annie from the first book in the series as her assistant!)
This book was a beautiful love story between these 2 women and really hit home for me. Pen struggles with parental expectations, and finding her own sexual identity after being stifled by her mother her entire life. I have struggled a lot in my own life with those 2 very same things so as I read Pens story I felt like I was there right along with her, holding her hand. The highs, the lows. I've felt them all so Pens struggles felt like my own. Pen also suffers from chronic migraines which I get super often, so even in that aspect of her life I felt like I was right there with her. Watching her grow and come into her own self felt so empowering and having the absolute rock that Syn was at her side just felt like exactly what she needed to give her that little push so she could start running. As I read there were soooo many instances where I found myself saying out loud 'omg same' or 'girl me too'.
This book really is a low stakes, emotional love story that will give you ALL the feels, and a few giggles from our bestest boy, Fenrir 🩷
Although I always say I love everything Em writes, Pen and Syn are so special that I think I will be hyping this book up literally forever.
This is a very cute cozy monster fantasy. Both FMC'S Syn & Pen have their owned lived experiences that they bring to the table. In a world where "monsters" exist in the same space as humans with all the trappings and prejudice of the mortal world, you begin to feel for Penelope. She struggles with a chronic medical condition, which is written to form. Get learning to navigate and strike out on her own is a blossoming journey fraught with an overbearing parent. Learning who she is and coming to terms with her expanding sexuality was written well, I think it could have been delved into a bit more is my only detraction.
The instant attraction (lust) that takes the road through friendship and eventual relationship is done well. The friend group is very supportive. If you're looking for a HEA, you'll get the one you want here. This was my first book by this author, I would definitely read more.

When Penelope's disastrous blind date leads to Syn stepping in as her knight in armor, their connection sparks instantly. However Penelope's internalized fears and social pressure make her not embracing her feelings instantly. Syn starts to gently pursues her, with support, humor and a safe space. Penelope must make the decision for herself is she wants to keep living for herself or everybody's else approval. This book is a cozy lighthearted sapphic monster romance. The setting for this book is New York City, where demons, hell hounds and humans exist in the same space. This makes it a fun setting without a lot of world building. Penelope has been under her mothers thump since forever, I love how she, with help of Syn, works through her feelings. Her growth is amazing. The book is a feel good romance, low on angst and contains a couple of great spicy scenes. It is not a big book, making it a perfect read for a Sunday afternoon with a good cup of tea.
A cozy, fun and cute monster romance with sapphic representation!
I was smitten by this two, their story is the cutest, full of companionship, understanding and support which slowly transitions into love and that was beautiful and fun to read!
I really enjoyed how Syn gives Pen space to discover herself outside the box her obnoxious mother put her in and also with this side of her sexual awakening… this struggle is so well represented, I feel like we all could connect with Pen!
Syn confidence though? HOT! Because well, course she gave Pen space to figure out herself, but she never left space for doubts about her intentions, she knew what she wanted and never wavered.
Btw Fern?! That hellhound stole my heart! He was so freaking cute with Pen, of course his cupcake was the favorite even above his actual owner haha
Finally posting my Beta/ARC Review of The Demon in the Taproom by @emsauberauthor! I was elated to be able to read this one, I am obsessed with Syn and Penelope, or, as Syn calls her, Sweetness. I absolutely loved their story! We have Penelope, the shy and reserved woman who has to keep hearing what her mother TELLS her to do, and constantly feels guilty if she disappoints her. Enter Synthea(Syn) the badass, uninhibited demon bartender who may or may not change Penelope’s life for the better, in more ways than one. I was emotional with this one, but I felt so much joy and laughter too. Oh and , ya know, all the spicy moments were.. 🔥🔥🔥. I can’t forget to mention that we get to meet the GOODEST boy, Fenrir, and he may be my favorite!! Immediately 5 stars, and I highly recommend this to anyone who loves monster romance or The Monstrous New York series!
I loved this book! This is my first book by E.M. Sauber I have read and I could not put it down. The Demon in the Taproom is a fated mates paranormal sapphic romance that has perfect amount of spice but also sweet moments between Syn and Penelope. I love how patient and supportive Syn is with Penelope and of her journey navigating her family drama. The romance between the two is done so well as it is fated mates, but it happens in a way that fits the two characters and is not rushed in a way that some fated mates books do that just don't make sense. I just really loved reading this story and look forward to any other sapphic romance books E.M. Sauber does in the future.
So first I want to say Thank You E.M. Sauber for giving us a Queer paranormal romance 😍 there is not enough so it was definitely appreciated. I definitely enjoyed Pen and Syn's love story. We got to see Pen go through accepting her love of a woman and owning her strength while dealing with her toxic parents. Syn was such a supportive partner for Pen with a funny hellhound named Fen. I think i would have love more depth for Syn's character explored but this was a nice cozy romance that I enjoyed .it packed alot in less than 230 pages. Syn was the Shadow Mommi us queers needed. can't wait for the next book .
This entire review has been hidden because of spoilers.
Another must read from E.M. Sauber! I really need to pack my bags and move to Monstrous New York! Each book has me longing to walk among these fantastic (and sexy) characters! Syn and Penelope stole my heart from the very beginning! Their story is filled with finding strength in yourself, especially when supported by those who love you. Oh, and the spice! 🥵🥵🥵🥵 Off the charts! Syn spent 50 years waiting for Penelope and spent no time at all flexing her abilities in the bedroom, after they were both comfortable with each other, of course. Stop what you're doing and grab a copy of this book ASAP!
A human who has never felt good enough and a demon hell bent on proving to her that, she's been perfect just the way she is.
These two are the cutest. I've been so excited for Penelope's story and it topped all of my expectations. Syn is always there to reassure her that her wishes and dreams are valid and she doesn't have to make herself smaller to fit into her mother's mold. I LOVED watching these two yearn for each other and falling head over heels. Big bonus points to the sassy hellhound sidekick who's a hell lot of fun!! If you like roommates to lovers, bi-awakenings, characters on a journey to self discovery and sizzling spice, add "The Demon in the Taproom" to your TBR!!
This was such a cute read! This book follows Penelope as she slowly starts to discover herself. One eviction notice later, and she's moving in with her new friend Syn, who fell head over heels for Pen from the start. And who could forget the bestest good boy, Fenrir! Penelope has lived her whole life under her mother's thumb, but meeting Syn had her questioning everyone about herself. Penelope's journey of self-discovery was a joy to follow and seeing the characters fall in love was so sweet. I really enjoyed this one and would definitely recommend it.
I ate this up! I feel every book i read of this series is my favourite but Syn and Penelope really might be my favourite! Syn and Penelope was perfect for each other, Syn was gone for Penelope straight away as soon as she saw her. Penelope is going through the motions in her life and her mother is making it incredibly difficult. She thinks she's doing what is best but in reality all she was doing was hurting Penelope. I fell hard and fast for Syn, she really did want to do what is right for Penelope and help her anyway she can. I'm so excited for the next book in this series!
This was Sinfully good. I loved it. The sexual tension between Syn and Penelope was palpable. When Pen finally got out of her own head the heat between these two was 🥵🥵🥵. I really liked that Syn was so conscientious of Penelope's feelings, stemming from her upbringing. Never pushing just being there. As a fellow migraine sufferer the detail in which it was explained was so good. Having another character never question it but being supportive and considerate was brilliant to read. I have really enjoyed all the books in this series so far and look forward to more.
This book is for the readers who are obsessed with cute sapphic monster romance. The ones who like their books sweet and smutty. Cozy and sexy. The ones who like a whole lot of gay panic and all the fun teaching moments that come with the first lesbian experience. The ones who like a monster-normative world and want their demons to have shadows that can do a lot of fun things in the bedroom. It’s a fast, fun, easy read. It’s low stakes and high heat. It’s a lazy Sunday afternoon when you want a light romantic read to escape into. 💕
This was a quick read for me but I loved every minute of it!! Penelope and Syn relationship bloomed beautifully over time. It wasn’t a slow burn but it still made you wait just a tiny bit before the flood gates opened. The emotions I felt towards Penelope mom were very high and I’m so happy at with end result😉 It was so cute the Fen would talk to his “Cupcake” even though she couldn’t hear him. Y’all so definitely give this a read if you are into demons and ff.
This story is, at its core, Penelope's coming out.
With a simple and quirky writing style similar to Alexandria Bellefleur, this book delivers a moving story full of unconditional love and learning how to stand up for yourself. There are strong themes of healing and self worth. There's also a good animal companion arc and, what everyone came for, a shadow mommy dragon lady with multiple spicy scenes. Nice.
All opinions are my own. Thank you E.M. Sauber for the ARC!
HOLY SH*T! THIS WAS PHENOMENAL! This book has immediately made a space for itself in my favorites list. I genuinely have very minimal words to describe just how much I loved this story. Just PERFECTION. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 🌶️🌶️🌶️
Tropes/content: 🖤FF 🖤Demon X Human 🖤Fated mates 🖤Queer awakening 🖤Shadow appendages 🖤Hurt X comfort 🖤Hellhound familiar

Syn and Penelope have such a great story. Penelope learns she can stand up to her mother and be who she really is meant to be. Even though there is a ton going on with penelope and her feelings, it really feels like Syn has always been in her life. The build up of tension is done great and Fen is just the best boy. This book is also a little spicy with some fun tail play too.
I loved this book! This story was cozy, heartfelt and so beautiful. Pen and Syn were the cutest couple! I love how they first meet. I was so rooting for Pen to stand up to her mother, loved how she gained confidence and how Syn was so supportive and just awesome, I was obsessed! I really enjoyed this book and cant wait to see what's next. Thank you so much for an ARC!
From start to finish I have loved every single second of Pen and Syn's story. Watching them evolve and find their footing with each other and by themselves was really amazing.
I see so much of myself in Pen. I grew up with a stepmother who treated me the way Pens' mother treated her. I had my formative teen years basically destroyed. My self esteem was in the trash. And I absolutely hated my hair. (I still dont have the greatest relationship with my hair....and my curl pattern has changed in the last year so that's been fun.)
So to feel all of these emotions while watching Pen live her life on her terms....it was such an amazing thing for me.
I love being able to connect so much with characters!
Plus Im also hella bisexual (I'm technically Pan because It's hearts not parts babyyyyy) So seeing more FF pairings in Monster Romance books always makes me happy.
This book is so amazing and you all need to read it. Make sure to read the rest of the Monstrous New York series because all of EM's books are amazing and you'll get so much more invested if you start from Book 1!
