3.5 stars. Lawd, this book had a lot going on! I found myself guessing trying to figure things out lol, but things were so wild I didn't guess correctly. The story moved pretty fast, packed in the drama but left a few pieces unresolved or maybe I just felt like I needed more insight. Based off the title I wasn't expecting the story I read. I thought I was about to read a sweet and tame love story, nope that wasn't the case but I'm glad it wasn't since I'm not big on mushy romance stories. This was my first read by Ms. Hardin but it won't be my last. Good read and I'd recommend for anyone who loves drama!

Wow wow wow is all I can say about this book !! The ending was so much to take in . The twists never stopped coming . I'm liking this without more and more with every book that I read .

Whoa....that was a wild ride. The book started out tamed.... boy did it turn into a twisted roller coaster of deceit and secrets.

B.M Hardin....why??
Hardin is one of my favorites. This book missed the mark! I think the plot kind of lost its way. I wanted this book to be great, it really could've been. I think because you wanted to wow us with this crazy twisted explosion of an end you lost. What started off brilliant ended in a rush. Storm was sorry and Everyone has was worse. This book ended with Storm believing Shannon. She never even sought out any truths of her own. I wanted Jasper to fess up and hear his story. What was up Todd, Zara and Storm's father, even her exfiance. Left with nothing but speculation. I dont like it.

Painted smile
This one was a ok read it didn't really fill me up and shout . It's a lot of similarities in these characters as it is in the wrong husband. I think I would have enjoyed it more if their wasn't similarities. The book had up and down moments . I personally think her mama needed help with her demons .I like the overall message of the book and title . I think she was so desperate for love that she missed that he wasn't the one . I honestly wouldn't have trusted a cop they tend to be slick .

Boy oh boy oh boy! This book was packed with drama gesh poor Storm she was surrounded by murders & they walking around smiling like they haven’t done wrong! I knew it was something bout Jasper! I really enjoyed this book even tho I’m a couple years behind with reading

Wow is all I can say about this book. It is a must read. Storm never held a grudge, life was too short. SPOILER: Who would have thought that Storm’s father was having an affair with Zara and that her mother would call for a hit on Zara and that Jasper would be the one to do it?
The things that Shannon told Storm in the end was unbelievable. Would Jasper have killed Storm too?

The best
Giiiiiiirl what are you doing to me? I loved this book. I wanted so bad for the people around storm to be good for her but all of them just deserved the worse to happen to them. Nothing but liars in her life. I’m glad she let Simon go, boy was that a giant bullet she did not need to be in front of.

Just okay.....
I finished the book because I had to see how it ended. There were a lot of twists as stated by others but they were all a little bit to hard to believe. It all became a bit much.

This was a weird and twisted story with a strange and twisted ending. I was teetering between 4 and 5 only because some of the twists didn't make any sense to me (as to why they were significant), however, I decided on a 5. If we were able to do 4.5 I would've rated it that

Omg she has done it again. Storms life was Crazy!?!?! It had so many truth to this book. This is a must read book. Do you really know someone after reading this book??? If i could give this book 10 stars i would lol. Go download this book now.

Wow, as usual I will always enjoy this author’s books! Jasper was one sick in the mind dude! Storm really dodged a bullet with him! Everybody had secrets and lied to her constantly!

B.M Hardin does it again,I gave this book 4 stars because it started off slow to me. However once it started to pick up I could not put it down. Man that Jasper was something else crazy I tell ya, got to start doing complete back ground checks on people. Excellent book, but I would not expect anything less from this author. Also this has nothing to do with drug dealing and it's so refreshing to read urban books that don't involve drug dealing and all that extra stuff again great job, and of course I will/would read anything she puts out fan for life

This book makes us question the people around us everyday. Do we really know the people that we think we know? Every time we thought we know what was going to happen, BM threw in another twist to keep you hooked. Storm went through so much in her life, but to find out that the people that was closest to her (her mom, husband, best friends) all had secrets that she never would have guessed about them. Jasper, Shannon, Zara, Simon & Vivian all added an element to the story that just made it that much more intense and interesting. Kudos to BM for another outstanding read.

Such an outrageous plot
I don't mind a twist in the plot, but these twists and turns are so outrageous. This is the second book that I have read from this author and it has the same type of twist which all fell short and rushed. I think this will be the last book I read from this author.
