Fangs, Fate & Infatuation is the spicy debut novel by Laura Harnett and Tiffany Taylor...
Larson is on the hunt for a wife but his time is running out.
Eden is suffering from the consequences of choosing convenience.
A mysterious rogue vampire is killing women and no one has been able to solve the crime. Without their best investigator, The Elders contact Larson to get him working the case. But with his 100 year leave almost at an end, he needs more time to win Eden over. With his workable hours being split between solving the case and his bid for romance, there is only so much he can achieve.
When all is said and done is it fate that calls the shots or our own choices? Can he stop the killings? Will he win Eden’s heart?
But the biggest questions of all… Will she want him, when she finds out Larson's dark secret? And will his infatuation bite him in the arse?

Fangs, Fate and Infatuation by Laura Harnett and Tiffany Taylor is a deliciously romantic vampire story with a thrilling edge. Blending swoon-worthy romance, a dash of spice and the tension of a serial killer hunt across London, this book had me hooked from the start.
Eden, a journalist living in London, begins the story stuck in a relationship with the awful Charles — a gaslighting, manipulative boyfriend who treats her terribly. Enter Larson: gorgeous, mysterious and very much not human. From the moment he meets Eden in a bar, he’s utterly infatuated.
Larson’s devotion quickly becomes both adorable and protective. In his bat form he begins quietly watching over Eden from outside her window at night earning himself the nickname Mr Batty and even a special perch from Eden who grows fond of her mysterious visitor. After intervening in a confrontation between Eden and Charles, Larson is invited into her home… and soon he’s slipping in nightly to watch over her while she sleeps as he hunts the rogue vampire responsible for a string of murders across London.
But the danger grows when Nyxon, the vicious vampire Larson is tracking, learns about Eden and Larson’s growing connection.
What follows is a wonderfully addictive mix of romance, tension, humour and heat. Larson is the ultimate romantic hero, absolutely determined to treat Eden the way she deserves, and watching him romance the life back into her after Charles is deeply satisfying. Eden and Larson are both incredibly likeable, making it impossible not to root for them.
I also loved the supporting cast — Eden’s friends, along with Larson’s housekeeper Marie and his father-figure Mikhail — who bring warmth and charm to the story, standing in sharp contrast to the truly awful villains Nyxon and Charles.
Romantic, funny, tense and steamy in places, this was a book I genuinely struggled to put down. And honestly? I’m hoping this isn’t the last we see of Eden and Larson, their story feels far from over. 🦇💕
This book was fun from start to finish! It has a bit of everything; action, romance, comedy, drama and spice! The banter between the main characters was a highlight for me but I also loved the relationship the FMC had with her girl squad. Whilst this is predominantly a romance, the action was fun and the pacing kept me page turning well after I should have gone to bed 😂😂
I absolutely loved this book. The detail on the cover and little art work each chapter are stunning. The storyline is easy to follow and the main characters Larson and Eden are the perfect balance. I loved the connection between each character and kept me in suspense throughout.
Firstly, can I have a man who's that obsessed with me he puts money in my purse and pockets when he is stalking me haha. *help me I'm poor* 🤣
Okay Larson you handsome 500+ year old sexy man. He was smitten with our FMC ! I personally love insta love when it comes to fated mates/mate bonds so I ate this up.
Our FMC Eden, girl you are a badass why you doubting yourself ! They say you feel safe around someone you can truly be yourself, and gosh wasn't Larson it for her.
I loved the banter, the spice (open door) (not too much to take away from the story), the underlying story of the serial killer and Marie (shout out to my home girl - throwing sponges 🤣).
This was such a fun read with everything I love in a paranormal romance.
what I would love in future? I would love to see what Laura and Tiff do with the next MMC. I am hoping for like a Lucifer style character filled with charisma but isn't super loved up like Larson. A bit of mystery and more morally grey lol
This book has it all, I am not sure where to begin with my 5☆ review!! I haven't read a vampire book in decades...twilight was the last & only vampire style book I have ever read. I was skeptical about reading this book because it is a vampire story but I think I have found a new love for vampires (especially if he's named Larson!!!) The first thing I love about this book is how pretty it is. The artwork throughout the book is beautiful. The story is easy to follow-there's not many characters, which is perfect as nothing is worse than getting confused about who is who. I was gripped by not only the love story but the action as well. If anything, I am gutted I have finished it as I am going to miss reading about Eden & Larson- I hope there's book #2 soon! Well done Tiffany and Laura.
Fangs, Fate & Infatuation is an addictive urban fantasy and I fell in love with the characters in the first few chapters. The tropes are fated mates, vampires, age gap, and hidden society. Added bonus, the MMC is super hot! The Laura Harnett and Tiffany Taylor’s pacing is chef’s kiss and the secret society gives the story a nice mysterious edge. I loved the build up and tension between the FMC and MMC and the ending is delicious. If your tropes are strong MMC/FMC, backstories with heart, steam, and secrets, you will love Fangs, Fate, & Infatuation 🔥💯🩷
absolutely loved this book! pacey, great characters and the modern day take on a vampire love story was so much fun. definitely reccomend to those that love a witty supernatural romance, but can't be bothered with a load of world building! 10/10
This story is a fated mates vampire story. Eden is a human and unaware that supernatural beings exist. Larson is a vampire who hunts rogue vampires, currently living among humans for 100 years before he heads back into the underworld. He’d almost given up on finding his mate when he notices Eden. There’s stalking, steamy scenes, who hurt you vibes, and a morally gray vampire. Both characters are people I’d like to know and the dialog between them is witty and fun! Eden’s friends seem like a cool bunch which makes me curious to see where the other books in this series will go.
This was a really fun book from start to finish! Good pacing, funny, and great banter between the main characters. Looking forward to seeing more of Eden and Larson!
I loved this book from start to finish! Such a great read, the story line kept me gripped completely and I loved the themes of romance and vampires. The characters really hooked me in and I felt attached to their story lines and was excited to read each day to find out what happened! The pretty graphics at the start and end of each chapters are such a lovely addition to the book and really match the themes. I wasn’t sure a stalker romance would be up my street but actually really enjoyed that aspect of the story, it wasn’t written into the book in a creepy way and I found it to be an exciting part of the story. Definitely recommend reading!!!
I absolutely loved this vampire read—it definitely lived up to my high expectations! I’m all in for a vampire like Larson, who’s completely obsessed with Eden, the FMC. The pacing was fantastic; I was hooked from the very start. There was a perfect balance of humor, spice, and a little darkness, which made the story even more engaging.
I really fell for the main characters. Their personalities felt so real, and their relationship was super relatable.

I loved this book! It was such a fun read from start to finish. Harnett and Taylor did an amazing job with their debut! They balanced humor with a serious side that was full of action. The adventure, banter, and emotional moments all worked together perfectly. I flew through it and can’t wait to see what they write next!
I absolutely loved this book! Not my usual genre but I was hooked from the start. The book had everything, it was brilliant. Can’t wait to read more from Laura and Tiff 🤍
This is a journey that I wasn't expecting. A mystery, an immediate obsession, the perfect mix of new and old, an absolutely disastrous (and toxic) ex, and a few twists that I. DID. NOT. SEE. COMING. It was a delicious, intricately weaved story with internal monologue for dayyysssss (my favourite). The face that this was written by a fabulous duo, of which you cant see the change in writing, is incredibly impressive. Their letter to eachother at the end... gorgeous. A really wonderful debut
This book has quite possibly the sweetest vampire stalker ever. Sure, he breaks into her house, watches her sleep, and checks her emails... But you can’t get upset because she’s his fated mate, and he spoils her big time! There’s also a suspense plotline, like a modern day Jack the Ripper situation the MMC needs to solve. He’s your standard vamp (becomes a bat, hates garlic, etc...), but the world is uniquely developed with a whole London underground vamp society. It sorta gives Underworld vibes but less dark.
This book was a perfect concoction of humour, romance and mystery. The British humour was consistent throughout and physically made me laugh out loud. The characters had realistic flaws and between them had exciting chemistry. The plot was cleverly woven throughout the romance and I felt the story was evenly paced.
The lore was the best part of this story for me personally. There was a unique take on vampires that I found refreshing. I also loved the dialogue and wished there was more.
There was a nice amount of spice to the story which constant throughout and if I am being honest, I did jump on my husband after reading one saucy scene.
Despite it feeling like a light-hearted romantasy there were elements and scenes which felt tense and stakes were higher than I expected.
If you like Rachel Harrison's stuff (Cackle, Sharp teeth) then I think you will love Fangs, Fate & Infatuation. I am hoping the authors Laura and Tiffany will bring write more sexy mystical beasties and maybe have some crossovers!
