I am a person who is always busy, and there never seems to be enough time in the day to get everything done, no matter how much I work. This book has helped me change all that. I now feel calmer, and I feel like my time is actually getting me somewhere.

There are so many great things in this book, but the sections on SSOT and Monk Mode were most helpful for me. All of the information was very helpful, but these were my favorite sections.

The whole book felt very encouraging and let me know there are others out there suffering through the same issues that I was facing. Now I am still very busy, but I feel like I am getting somewhere. My TO-DO lists do not seem impossible, and I feel like I have accomplished something at the end of each day.

I highly recommend it! I think everyone can get something out of this book.
