Again, such a damn shame this book is getting cancelled. At least we get one more issue! This one is a spectacular showcase for Montos, who delivers a back-and-forth archery battle across rooftops.

I am so disappointed that this is going to end. It has been such a pleasure to read. The character building and moments along with the terrifically drawn action sequences. This really was something special. Time for one more issue and then fond memories of a great run.

I am not ready for this series to end, I know Condon has an exclusive deal with Marvel now, other than the creator owned stuff, but it feels like we only just got into a legendary once in a lifetime run. But this issue starts with quite a bang, heh. Not only is the truth revealed and the crimson archer is actually Vraney, a man Ollie helped to train, but he actually faked his death and had been creating new identities for a while to stay in the shadows, finally coming back to the states to control the legal and illegal drug trade. Immediately Ollie sends an arrow after him and the crimson archer flawless moves out of the way…only to hit the tanks behind him and cause a massive explosion in their drug facility so that even Roy and Lian, across the city, noticed and started running that way. Ollie immediately gets back up and works to help people get safely out of the building. There is one large, always locked, fire hazard of a door between death and safety and as Ollie gets everyone out of the way he throws an explosive arrow at it to knock it off its hinges, noticing just as he helped some people outside that the crimson archer was heading for the roof. Right as the authorities started to show up, Ollie prepped to zip line up to the roof…only to have two hands poke him on the shoulder and ask to help. Roy and Lian have caught up and Ollie immediately hugs Roy, he thought he lost him and he is so glad to see he is doing good. Now it’s time for a big family photo finish to take down the crimson archer. All three of them use their lines to get up to the roof, where the archer is currently retreating to a helicopter. That doesn’t last long as green arrow immediately sends a few arrows into the control panel, making the helicopter useless. The crimson archer is pissed, and right as he is about to draw his own arrow…Roy puts an arrow of his own into his hand. Only for the crimson archer to rip it out with his teeth and send it right back at them, shocking all three of them with such a devious move, lol. The three immediately jump out of the way, Roy ending up with a graze on his leg from the arrow. Ollie sends one back and the archer ends up deflecting it right into the helicopter pilots helmet. The crimson archer is fully ready to take them on now, and as he charges them Ollie sends an arrow right into his leg. The archer is still able to get a punch in and ollie goes down, but the one thing ollie still has above all else, the place he is meant to be, is with his family. Roy and Lian deliver a powerful blow knocking the archer to the ground, and then Ollie is able to deliver a punch sending the crimson archer’s arrows all over the ground. As the archer once more stands up…Roy grabs one of his overdose arrows and gives the crimson archer a taste of his own medicine. Reeling from the effects of his own drugs, he ends up stumbling and falling off the roof! Roy can’t help but crumple over from it finally being finished, and ollie stayed by to console him and being the best son anyone could have asked for. AWWWWW, I don’t want this to end!!

It’s a DAMN SHAME they are ending this series in the next issue. What an absolute banger of a series. In this issue, it’s the conclusion of the crimson archer. Turns out, he has been changing identities and does illegal things in the shadows. Team arrow takes him down! What a great conclusion to a story arc. I’m not ready for it to END! NOO

I loved the dynamic of Roy and Liam and their side story of redemption and overcoming addiction. I love Ollie’s story of realizing he has support from his family. This could have been a legendary run. Damn it DC

Llegados a este punto ni atender a que Roy pueda conseguir su particular justicia me proporciona ningún estimulo con todo este asunto del Crimson Archer... Creo que sí que las consecuencias que provoca han marcado suficientemente bien este arco argumental. pero su presencia como amenaza no tanto.

Very frustrating. This has been one of my favourite series I’ve ever read. The art and the writing have been unreal. And the art continues to be fantastic here, but the writing is really showing the signs of rush that always seems to come when a series is cancelled ahead of it’s time

The building to this battle was incredible. Showcasing Roy and Speedy and the crew was great. Very sad to see this series is cancelled.
