Avenged - A New Life Novel…

To what lengths would you go to protect the people you care about most?

Tori Farrell has lived an incredible life. Raised by a Motorcycle Gang, trained to be an assassin, and a target of the FBI, having a normal life became an obsession. Taking her place in her brother’s band, she refused to let her dark and dangerous past force her to remain in hiding. The only problem with that was, some knew who she was in her former life.

The halfway house burned to the ground and her friends in imminent danger, it is time for Tori to take a stand. Surrounding herself with the strongest and darkest men that she can trust, she sets out on the greatest adventure of her life: to bring The Organization to their knees. Will they make it through the maze of lies and deceit? Will the FBI turn out to be friend or foe? And most importantly, will they all survive, as Tori makes her push to be avenged…

REVIEW
Tori and the guys get ready to head out to take down The Organization. Will it all go well? Tori is dealing with an illness and she is not sure what it is but she is tired and getting sick if she so much as looks at food.

Michael has a change of heart regarding one of Tori's lovers. But can he stay with her after?
Eli and Hunter are along for this take down and both end up losing their jobs with the feds.
What will become of everyone once this has all taken place?

Tori thinks everything is under control until one of her band mates screws up the plans and everyone is in danger.

Ok the author has made me fall in love with this series of stories all over again. I have read this series from the beginning and I will say this has to be the best one of them all. I found myself crying for Tori and all that she goes through yet again to save everyone at the disregard for her own safety. For a woman who has gone through so much all her short life she has the biggest heart.
The ending left me thinking will there be more to this story?

Loved this book and this series.Kudos to Author Samantha Jacobey

I can't say I've completely read all of this as I stopped on page two hundred and seventy two. Eighty percent was read. My biggest beef was I thought Tori was establishing a marriage relationship with Michael. Plus being the badass in a La Femme Nikita kinda way, which she was. Going after rival MC bikers and the Organization and taking them out single handedly. Throughout the series Tori must of had a golden pussy for all the men to want to have sex with her. So yeah it pisses me off when she gets married, making vows and sleeping with other men. But that's me, as to the solidarity of the storyline...perfect, sucks you right in. I was captivated which is why I bought all seven books. The twists in the romance was what upset me. A definite read for those into dark gritty and disturbing books. Enjoy!

What a journey!

Tori journey was sad and exciting with the action, there was times I didn't like Tori but you have to live her life and the way she grew up. Tori past was sad and hard but it made her the strong woman she is today, where she finds love and gets the bad guys too, this book cept me interested in reading all seven books. Would recommend this book to all romance and dark romance readers!💗

I was provided a copy of the book by the Author for an honest review.

HOLY SMOKE this was a great series, I love it, and love the characters, I just finish reading this book, and wow what an ending, I have to say that this book had me seating at the edge of my seat, I couldn't put the book down, I am so glad that I got to read al seven book, and this book was the perfect ending, I am gone keep this short cause I don't want to give anything away.

This book picks right up where book six left, in this book we get to see how the group come together, we get to see some action, we finally get to know the real reason why the FEDS wants Tori to help them out, and we get to see how she truly feel about Enrique and Michael, and how Michael feel about that and we finally get to know why she feels so sick.

After being in LA and accept her spot with the band, Tori keeps waiting for the other shoe to drop, and she don't have to wait for long, after and accident happen with her friends and their house, she takes manners in her own hands, that's how she put the group together, and start getting information about the other groups that remains and the organization, will she get to them first or will they get to her first, will she survive.

I really love and enjoy reading this series, and love the characters, I really just wanted more, I did not wanted to finish reading it, Author Samantha Jacobey THANK YOU FOR THIS AWESOME SERIES AND THIS AMAZING CHARACTERS LOVE THEM and cant wait to read more of your books.

*I received a free copy to read & review for Wicked Reads*

The 7th book in the New Life series completely smashed my expectations!

All the questions I've had, including: What part does the FBI play in Tori's life, and What exactly is the Organization? Who is Eli (really), what's the importance of Brett & Enrique? All of these questions are FINALLY answered (thankfully).
The turmoil in Tori's life was the main focus for the past 6 books, we watched her grow and mature. More importantly though she found "herself", she found love, she found family, and she found her true inner-strength. I loved watching her "come into her own" as it wasn't far-fetched, it was relatively believable.
This book was more focused on bringing closure to her "past" life - and what an adventure it was!!!
Tori returned to the ass kicking heroine, whom I've grown to love, this time with a TEAM on her side.

After all is said and done, Tori still has to choose which life she wants to lead. Will she chose the quiet life with Michael? The rocker life with Brian/Danny? or ....???

I'm sad to say goodbye to this series, but it was one hell of a ride!

I received a free copy of this book to read and review for Wicked Reads

After six tumultuous reads I was almost reluctant to read this final book. After all, whilst things are still unresolved I could use my imagination - and make sure it turns out well! But I needn't have worried - Ms Jacobey has done an amazing job - even if she tortured me a little (a lot) along the way!

There have been so many twists and turns that I really had given up deciding who I thought was good or bad - but luckily Tori steered the story, and even if at times I wanted back the happier version of her, I held my faith. I don't want to say more for fear of revealing even the tiniest detail that will affect your enjoyment of the story.

This is an amazing series, about an incredible character, who just proves that strength comes from within. And Tori has a huge capacity for strength in every sense of the word. It also hints at an underworld that we naively live in all ignorance of - for which I am actually rather grateful!

I received a copy of this book to read and review for Wicked Reads, so here is my review. Tori and the guys are going after the Organization. Will they be able to take them down before anyone gets hurt? With Eli and Mason, the FBI agents, they begin sorting pages of the files gotten from Godfry's office. With a plan of attract and everyone ready, they will begin in Denver, then L.A., Miami and finish up in New York. Will Michael let Enrique spend time with her or will he speak up? And what is keeping her sick? But when she comes up missing, can Michael and Enrique find her before it is too late? This series is great and will take you on one girls dark journey and it will break your heart. You will learn more about Tori with each addition to this series. If you are looking for a dark, disturbing and sometimes suspenseful story then enjoy this one. I loved it.

I reviewed my personal copy of this book for Wicked Reads.

Ms Jacobey saved the best for last.

Avenged provides us with a kick arse, action packed end to Tori's story as she seeks to put an end to the organisation.

All though this series I've been wondering what a happy ending for Tori would look like. I was a little surprised when the ending was revealed but it worked perfectly for Tori and I loved it.

This is an excellent series that started out very dark but has moved bit by bit into the light. Ms Jacobey shows that you can write 7 books about the story of one character and keep it fresh and interesting. Each books has its own distinct feel as Tori moves through life and learns more about herself.

I would highly recommend Avenged and the entire New Life series.

I reviewed this book for Wicked Reads.

****Contains scenes of extreme violence****

Samantha Jacobey has written a hard hitting, gritty series about a woman who has not only seen the worst that life has to offer, but has lived it. Raised to be both a weapon and a toy, Tori knows of no other life. Out of the jungles of South America, she realizes that she can no longer keep living the life of the Dragons and does something awful, fulling expecting not to live through it.

Tori's journey through this series is remarkable. From a scared girl learning to trust to a confident woman fearlessly going after the future she wants, the entire series is one emotional rollercoaster after another.

Avenged, the finale in this series, is just as strong as the first novel in the series. As a reader, I feel like I've grown along with Tori as she traveled this journey.

A Fantastic End to a Fantastic Series!

I am finding it bitter sweet to write this review. After 7 books in the “A New Life Series” by Samantha Jacobey. It is a fantastic read, and a great ending to the series, but I feel so invested in these books, that it is hard to say goodbye.

Tori is a lead character like no other. In the the 7 books in the series she grows up, overcomes obstacles that should seem insurmountable, but in this last book, she is truly put to the test. Without giving any spoilers, Tori’s journey will keep you on edge.

Samantha Jacobey’s writing catches your interest and keeps it from beginning to end. There is no “typical” in this series. Although there is an MC, it is not your “typical” MC book. Although there is a band, this in not your “typical” rocker book. It is the originality with which these themes are held that make this series such a must read.

Avenged is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED as is the entire A New Life Series!

My Review for Avenged: This is a great conclusion to the series. All the major players get together to try and take out of the Organization. No one can be completely honest, so you are always waiting for the other shoe to drop. The intensity that was missing in book 6 is back. Just when you think Tori can be happy, things happen to make her go back to the girl the Dragons raised her to be. If you haven't started this series, make sure you set aside a few days in a row, because once you start, you won't be able to stop until the very last page. If you have been with the story the whole journey, you will be satisfied with the way the story ends. I don't want to spoil the events, so I won't go into detail. This series is a must read. Not for the faint of heart or squeamish. 5 more stars for Tori.

I gotta be truthful and admit I was wary about reading a seven book series. However this author has done a fantastic job with this series. I absolutely loved it.

This book continues where book six ends. I'm not gonna go into the storyline in case you've not read this series yet. What I will say is this is a must read. Tori is a badass main character. I absolutely loved her. Throughout her journey we've seen her grow and mature. We've seen her overcome so many obstacles to make her stronger. Her journey has been tough and I felt as if I've been through the journey with her.

Fantastic conclusion to an epic series. Really sad to see the end. I'm looking forward to reading more from this talented author.

I'm so sad to know this series is over. But I'm so happy with the ending. It's definitely bitter sweet. I'm going to miss all the action and adventure Tori and the gang get into. Samantha Jacobey brings it to you in this book. It's in your face and screaming at you. Best book yet. She's never disappointed me with this series. This book gives you a while new look into Tori's life and her relationships. Michael and Enrique don't get along. But when you throw in a few of her other lovers? Oh man. You have to read this book. Thank you Samantha Jacobey for one of the best series I have ever read. Can't wait to read more from you.

Interesting

I have a few complaints about the series. First of all the over and improper use of the words "coos" & "sneered". I actually considered not finishing the series because their misuse interrupted the current mood of the story. The second issue I had was that she was taking on and beating guys in hand to hand combat that were ex-special forces. Granted, she may have been able to do that if she surprised them, but guys that knew she was trained should not have had their butts handed to them. With equal training size matters and they were all bigger and stronger. My third issue was how everyone bowed down to her on just about everything. She was only 25 and yet operatives with years of experience let her dictate the plans like she was some kind of god. Not very realistic. Once you get past those things, the story was rather good.

✯✯4 Avenged Stars!!!✯✯

This is the 7th and final book in this crazy non stop action filled series. Tori is close to finally finishing the job. The FBI has been playing one too many games with Tori's life. Even though she swore she was finished helping them and they were on their own. Until the Organization attacked her friends. Now, Tori plans on finishing them.

Tori has got herself some kick ass crew. Michael, Enrique, Brett, Mason and Eli come up with a plan to take out the Spiders and a few other groups closest to the Organization to get whatever info they can to take them out once and for all. But, they learn real fast that people would rather die then give anything away about the Organization.

Luckily for them they keep gathering new information and learning a little more and more. When Det. Godfrey talks to Tori and gives her the truth the whole truth she knows how to finish this. Once and for all. Of course nothing is easy. Tori has been sick for weeks. She's lucky she can keep toast down and she's constantly tired. Huh...I wonder why?? Well, I figured out why and so did ALL the guys. Tori growing up with a bunch of men in a dangerous MC gang and never really been around women doesn't know too much womanly things. Luckily, Tori trusts the guys a lot to help her come up with final plans while she rests.

Tori is also fighting another battle. The one with her heart. Tori is in love with BOTH Michael and Enrique. Tori tried denying those feelings for Enrique but she can't fight it anymore. And, with Michael being 100% on board why deny it any longer. Yea, talk about WTF?!?! I thought so too. But, then again she is having the best of both her worlds and not hurting anyone

Just when everybody thinks everything is just about finished. They start to breathe a little easier. The Organization comes and Tori is missing. Now, Michael and Enrique must put their heads together and gather all the info they have and find Tori. Before it's too late.

Like I've said before. I was not a fan of book 1. I did put the series down for a little while. Now, I can truthfully say. I am really, really glad I picked the series back up!! Tori was not the same girl in this book as she was in the first. In this book she was feeling from her heart and had legit feelings. She had a bunch of people behind her from her past, the band, Texas and LA who were now her family. An unconventional family. But, it didn't matter. I loved seeing Tori go from a heartless killing machine to someone with such a huge heart. That she'd die for the people she cared about. Samantha killed it!!!

This is the final book in this series and I hate to be the debby downer. I'm usually pretty sad when a series ends and I don't want it to end. But unfortunately with this series I couldn't be more happy to see this series end. As I said with my last review my feelings with this series have been all over the place. There were times I liked it and thought it picked up and got really got exciting. Than about book five and up the series just started heading down hill to me.

Than there's my many issues with Tori. I have a like/dislike relationship with her character. She was just all over the place and seemed hot and cold all the time. She also just couldn't be happy with one man. A man that obviously loved her very much. And I'm sorry but cheating is one thing I can't stand. Even if it's something you think has to be done in order to survive. But a cheater is a cheater.

Than there's Michael. I really did like his character. But I really wish when it came to Tori he would have put his foot down more. Than trying just to please her.

I'm going to give this book and series an overall 3.5 Stars out of 5 stars.

Just when Tori feels she is safe to live her life, her friends are targeted by violence. Tori is not about to sit by and allow the people she cares about to be attacked because of her. She puts on her badass boots to take care of business. Tori has a few obstacles in her way, one of which is the FBI. They have wanted her to take care of The Organization, but will they get in her way or possibly arrest her?

Who are you?” his voice jumped a few levels, no longer deep enough to pass for a man. “I’m death.”

I loved book 1 in this series and this last edition is my second favorite. This book was just as raw and dark as book 1. Michael is such an amazing man, he just squeezes my heart. In this book, I have to wonder if he is a big fool or just that much more wonderful for the sacrifices he makes for Tori’s happiness. Tori of course, is an incredibly strong woman despite what she has been through. She is not afraid to get things done! Former lovers visit and stir up the happy pot adding a bit of drama. The sex is hot in this book. I give this book 5 stars with 4 hands down the pants.

A conclusion, and what a conclusion it is.
Deception is rife but finally the organisation was on the back foot and the end was in sight. The book was pitched to perfection in regard to delivering suspense that has ebbed and flowed through the whole series.
But I read the whole book with one thing at the forefront of my mind… does Tori get to be happy? She fluctuated and as she did so did my hope, she regressed to the girl that was dragged up by the Dragons but when the resolution finally reaches its peak, Tori is magnificent. You go girl!!
Finally I got the Tori that I wanted to see, one that could stand tall and show the world that she was a survivor. One that demanded and deserved respect and one that had found her place in life.
This is quite simply a fantastic series but it is one not to be taken lightly, it will open your eyes to situations that are not for the faint hearted and it will make you question so many aspects of what we consider to be acceptable. But it will leave you with one flicker of hope, that no matter what, your inner spirit is what defines you

What a fantastic conclusion to the series! Everyone has come together to try to take down The Organization except no one is being completely honest. Just when you think that Tori might be becoming happy something happens that shoots her right back into who the Dragons raised her to be. As always, Tori’s take charge attitude truly suits her – I love that Michael and Enrique have called a truce and put Tori’s happiness first. Keeping this spoiler free – you’re in for an awesome journey!

Very well written, fantastic story. Samantha Jacobey has a way of bringing every scene to life, I've really enjoyed reading this entire series. It’s such an interesting twist to your typical “MC” book. Loved it! I highly recommend the entire series!

"I don't want to be saved, I wanna be avenged. I wanna rain down pain and wreak havoc on The Organization."

We see a different side to Michael and Enrique, their relationship growing due to shared feelings and events. The addictions play less of a prominent role in the last installment of Tori's story, instead focusing on her strengths, on what Eddie's baby girl was trained to do. Blood is spilled in epic proportions.

We uncover the truth behind The Organization but does Tori and her boys bring it down? Does she get her HEA Tori style ..you need to read to find out!

A 5 star whirlwind read of blood, sex and retribution.
