The next instalment in the Timeline 10/27/62 saga is here and is about to land!
Timeline 10/27/62 is set in a world in which the Cold War turned disastrously hot in October 1962 and afterwards, nothing could be as it was before.
Independence Day left us in 1972, a decade after the cataclysm that claimed hundreds of millions of lives and left vast swaths of the northern hemisphere in ruins.
THE MISSING resumes the story as the survivors approach the 20th anniversary of the greatest disaster in record history. It is a time for counting the cost, for old scores to be settled and for some, to contemplate a better future.
Many of the familiar characters return; and a few new ones make their first bow since the Countdown to War stories.

good series
I’ve really enjoyed this whole series but to me it has one major flaw. That is the writer’s need to give a back story to literally everything which breaks up the action so that there hardly seems to be any. I’m sure the writer ain’t going to change his style for me and I just have to skim lots of bits. Sad
