I strongly considered throwing this book. I’m writing this stuck between Chapter 33 and 34; I knew I shouldn’t have read Chapter 33. I could’ve stopped reading and pretended the book ended there. But that’s the thing, the book would’ve continued whether I did or not….lets keep reading.
If anyone asks why I like this book, I don’t think the words exist. It is an incredible story of complicated grief and putting yourself together while falling apart.
This was published as Girls in the UK, just in case there’s confusion.
